You do not understand how pharmacy software works. In most cases, your co-pay is set by your insurance company and is the amount your insurance decides to charge to deduct from your deductible. Once your deductible is met, then you only pay the insurance cost, which in some cases, can be less then the drug cost, or more depending on the store's retail price. (Publix gives Metformin for free, most other pharmacies do not. But you would pay your insurance charge if you do not ask for the cash price).

Now, retail or local pharmacies use software to communicate with insurance companies for approvals, price and co-pay amounts. When you come in to the pharmacy to drop off your script, the software will default to the last payment option for that script: if you paid cash, it will give the cash price. If you used insurance, it will give the insurance price. If you want the pharmacy to compare both prices, you have to ask them to do so. The software does not automatically do so. And with pharmacies being as busy as they are, and people already unable to comprehend how it can take an hour or more to fill a script, can you imagine how angry you would be if that hour turned into 24 hours? That is what would happen if every pharmacy script had to be checked for cost comparison. They would have to do each one, one at a time. People would lose their minds. It is done upon request.

Now, in Express Scripts, this is a mail order pharmacy. You already know you are going wait days, or a couple weeks, so you are not going to lose your mind when they check each script for cost comparison. See how it works? People these days just can not understand the concept of waiting, or asking.

If you want a cost comparison, ask for one. They will be happy to give you the least cost available. But let me tell you from my experience in working in a pharmacy, I have asked customers if they would like me to check the cash price to see if it is cheaper, and the number one question I get is HOW LONG IS THAT GOING TO TAKE? The next thing I hear is I GAVE YOU MY INSURANCE. Some people, you just can not help.

You should also be aware, that NO pharmacy sets your co-pay. Your insurance does. Your co-pay will be the same no matter where your drugs are filled at. The cash price however will fluctuate.

I am sorry you lost your wife. However, if you are upset that they would not bump other appointments to accommodate you then you are upset at the wrong thing. Just because you spend a lot of money at a business does not mean they will, or should, toss other paying customers aside for you. What you should have done, was thank them for trying, and called other groomers. Those appointments can be made months in advance. For you to be the kind of person who would make a complaint like this over something like that, well, that makes you the kind of person who's business they do not need.

Rental insurance is an ADD ON. It is not default, you have to ask for it. Did you look over your insurance when you changed vehicles to make sure your add on applied? It is not a scam. It is your responsibility to make sure you get all you want when YOU make changes to a document.

You bought a gold plated watch. A pencil eraser will take the plating off.
Did you purchase postal insurance?

You do not understand how your card works. Every time your card is swiped (entered electronically) it will show on your account. Debits, even declined ones, will always show on your account as an attempt. It will show a pending transaction until the merchant submits the charge for payment. After a few days, the pending charges will fall off. If your bank did not explain this to you, then you got an inexperienced bank employee. What you should do is ask why the purchase was declined.

Any business has a right to decide who they choose to do business with, just like you do. They obviously felt you would be a problem in the future and decided to end your relationship.

Have you tried going into your account and clicking the TRACK YOUR PACKAGE link?
Jag has no legal authority over a civilian business, even one on a military base. I want to ask, was the box really that important? Were you going to eat the box? Save it? Or was it going in the garbage? Honestly, for you to get that upset over the packaging that you were going to toss in the trash is ridiculous, vet or not. My father is a Vietnam vet, with 2 medals of honor and 2 purple hearts. He would be ashamed at your priorities.

Suck it up buttercup. If you gotta pee, go pee. Otherwise, how old is your friend that one, they can not do their own complaining, and two, that they can not do their own research into the labor laws of their state?

Invasion of privacy to send you mail? Get real.
Blaming Walmart for Certegy declining your check is like blaming your cable company because HBO cancelled your service.

If your name was on the account with your husband, and they attached the money for a legitimate debt, as they have the right to, then when you attempted to circumvent the collection by opening another account, they attached it too. Whatever you and your husband owed together, you still owe apart. You can't avoid it by opening multiple accounts. Try it again, and you may find yourself blackballed by the banks as they do communicate with each other. Or worse, you could find yourself sued along with your husband.

More information is needed. You slam two businesses over your inability to link accounts. Answer a few questions. Is your husband's card a joint account card? Or a single card? Were they opened under the same account or separate accounts. Depending on how the online system is set for you, if you have a joint account, with each of having separate cards, then his card will show under his profile, and yours will show under yours. Only joint cards will show on the main account page.

It may not be Costco's job to regulate fraud, but it is their right to protect themselves from it.

What did you eat the three to five days before? It is a proven scientific fact that with food poisoning it is hard to identify the source unless multiple people eat the same thing and have the same symptoms. It is also a scientific fact that the bacteria for food poisoning can stay in your system for up to a week before making you ill. Think of it like a trigger. You eat chicken today, and it was a tad spoiled, but you did not notice in the taste and you do not get sick. Then a few days later you eat ice cream and WHAM...instant poop session. Sometimes, it ain't the ice cream you ate two hours ago. It is the bacteria in the chicken you ate days ago that interacted with the bacteria in dairy that got you.

Feel better. But be realistic. Unless there are multiple reports of food poisoning from Costco you really can not prove where you got it from.

Just noticed your chicken had Tzaziki sauce. Did you spend any time out in the heat after eating the Tzaziki? I bet that did it. Dairy and hot sun do not mix well.
So who is right? The ones who check the card and it works fine? Or the register where the card didn't work? You equate confusion with rudeness.
Walmart does not carry Sear's brands.

Rental insurance is an addon. When you changed vehicles, did you specifically ask for rental insurance on the new policy? Or did you just assume they would add it? Unless you added the new vehicle to an existing policy with a car already covered, you would have gotten a new policy altogether.
The police have a report. It is out of the hotel's hands now. It sucks, but any reimbursement will not come from the hotel it will come if they police find the thief and a judge orders restitution.

Your issue is not clear. Linking two credit cards to the same online banking account depends on how the cards were open, and whether they are single or joint accounts vs whether your bank account is a single or joint account.
Sadly, the simple answer is, if you owe taxes, pay them and no one will levy your account. Another simple answer is not to leave all your money in one place where you have problems when you need cash.
