When you change a vehicle on your insurance, you change the policy. Meaning your previous policy is null and void. You are insured for that vehicle. Once that vehicle is removed, then that policy is no longer valid as there is nothing to insure. That is why you get a new policy. A new policy needs YOUR permission to ADD ON the rental clause. Why would they need your permission to remove the rental addon? They do not need your permission to cancel a policy you already told them was no longer valid.
The ONLY exception to this scenario is if you already have multiple vehicles on a single policy and exchange one. DUH!

No pharmacist will risk his license and jail time. This situation has been on the news multiple times in the last several years, and 3 years ago many pharmacists with CVS and other pharmacies were arrested for just that.
If you paid with a charge card, call the card and file a chargeback for false advertising.

Do you understand what the words back order mean? It means that even if they do know damn well they can make this sofa in a few hours, that you will not get the first one made. Back order means they have more orders than sofas, and it is a first come, first serve basis. It also means that the stores not make the product, the manufacturer does. Those orders before you will get filled first. Then yours. If you agreed to a special order with a NO REFUND clause, and most special orders are, then the FTC, nor any legal avenue will help you. This is why they are SPECIAL ORDERS.
If comfort is so important to you, why would you buy something that you have not tried? Why would you order something sight unseen?
Too much information missing here. We are building a house, and there is a LOT that happens after you sign a contract and BEFORE construction begins. It can literally take months after a contract signing for your builder's package to be approved by your lender, your loan application to be prepared, signed, and accepted by the lender, your plans to be approved, permits to be approved etc. THEN comes the backhoe on the property. Weather also plays a part. This is Florida. Was construction began or going on during rainy hurricane season?
Your roof truss would have been pretreated to protect against mold and mildew. So what you should be looking into is not only the contractors who ordered and placed the roof, but asking for a supply log to see who the roof wood was purchased from. Every piece of your home will have paperwork to back it up. You need this information for warranty purposes and also for any issues.
Your contract should have also included a clause to protect you from things like this.You need to read over your contract again. Then you need to think about hiring an attorney.
That situation has absolutely nothing to do with customer service. Your fiance was not a customer. Your complaint also belongs to your store not the internet. You should have addressed it there.

I understand being annoyed, but honestly. If no hotel had water, then no restaurant had water. No homes had water. If you were at home with no water, what would you do? What one hotel can afford to do does not mean another can. If the hotel across the street also had no water, how were they going to supply shower water?
The pick ups are done by volunteers. Someone obviously had a conflict in picking things up. If you want to donate that bad, drop it off. Or put on Craigslist for free. Either way, someone will get it.

While it sucks you missed out, it is not their responsibility to notify you if your payment does not go through, even though they sent an email, and they sent a text. Your credit card issues are not their responsibility either. Sorry, but the burden falls on you. It was up to you to notify them of your new card number. The fact that you were out of town and missed the notices is moot. If you can't get a text on a cruise, how are you going to get a phone call? Consider it a bust and move on.
If a discount would have made not having water acceptable, then paying full price would have two. Either your expectations are that you have water, or that they don't. Your analogy is like having hair in your food at a restaurant and if they give you a discount it would be ok.
Under your account what does the TRACK MY PACKAGE status say? They did their job and gave great customer service for refunding you an item their system shows as delivered. Most retailers will not do that.
Just FYI: estimated date of arrival means just that, an estimate. It could be earlier, it could be later. Never buy anything online that you need immediately.
Did you ask for assistance to your car? What a dumb complaint. You wold think someone picking up two assembled bikes would have either taken someone with them to the store or asked for help.
Selling a house, refinancing a mortgage, building a house etc...all of these things take time. We are 5 months into a build and are just now about to sign the loan contract. You have to be patient. Your contract to buy the other house with your earnest money should have included a clause to protect you against delays. This is not an overnight situation. I realize three months seems long, but you are dealing with several different factions, and some of them are governmental, and all must follow laws.
