"I need to know that he is going to be dealt with in a proper manner and no longer going to verbally abuse anybody."

You do not need to know anything. Make your complaint and move on. It is illegal for any employer to discuss any disciplinary action with anyone not employed with the company and at the same or higher managerial level.
Ever noticed how the people who write complaints about the gloves do nasty things themselves? Like, a lady complained about gloves at a store that I was shopping at, and while she was complaining about the gloves she was steadily eating grapes out of the bag. She was eating unwashed produce but had an issue about a clerk not wearing gloves.

Listen, people can wipe their nose and scratch their butt with gloves on just like they can with them off.
After 7 months we would not take it back either.
They were short handed and closed early. Seems about right.

These days credit is hard to get due to all the deadbeats. For something to show on your credit report, it has to be at least 2 months behind since credit reports run 30 days behind. So when you show late 30 days, you are in reality 60-90 days late. That is a problem for lenders, since they know this.
Did Walmart or Pet Supplies Plus have the product?
I do not like every item I get from Dunkin Donuts, but that does not mean they are bad.

Did you use self checkout or did you go through a register? If Proctor and Gamble limit the number of coupons, then the store does too. If a store does not, then they take the loss. If a manager chooses to take a loss, that is their choice. But not all store managers will. The way it works is if a store takes more than the vendor allows, the store will not get paid back the face value of the coupon. If the coupon says a limit, then abide by the limit.
What do you mean they don't accept returns? Did you take it to a supercenter or a market store? Did you buy on the WM.com marketplace or the regular site? Did you do the START A RETURN on the website under your order status? Returns are easy (unless they are marketplace and the site will tell you it is a marketplace item before it allows you to continue) if you do the return online.

What is ducting? People can not help you find something they do not know what it is.
And? It is their job. If you do not want the questions, just tell them in advance that you have the membership.
Anyone can interrogate you without reading you your rights but law enforcement. I could tell you everything else you did wrong, but I have a feeling you already know and just refuse to accept the consequences. Good job on the store for not allowing your behaviour.
Just think that the time you had to wait might have saved your life. What if you were supposed to be in a car wreck and having to wait saved you from it? I always try to see the positive in any negative situation. Perhaps they had a call out that day, and the two employees were left to cover the shift. Perhaps the employee who was on break was over her break and really needed it. While I see your point in the danger, there is no more danger in being alone than there is in a crowd. Just look at the shootings that occur in public places. Most, if not all, are in crowds, not solitary situations. Just be patient, and be blessed. And thank the employees who were there to help you.
The guarantee likely came from the manufacturer not the retailer. Nearly every product comes with a 1 year warranty. The retailer does not honor the warranty, the manufacturer does.
The laptops were likely not broken. They were likely password protected or not charged. The demos are just that. The fact that you even had the gall to stick a flash drive in one suggests that you do not respect other people's property. Even if the product was faulty you had no legal, moral, or Constitutional right to even touch it, let alone tamper with it. So yes, I do agree with Walmart''s stance. You broke the law and had to pay for it.

Imagine a stranger coming into your yard or home and tampering with your stuff, then claiming they were only trying to fix it. I guarantee you would not be so nice about it.

You were way out of line, and I believe you know it.
First, you would google (or read the packaging for the address or phone number) the manufacturer, call them, give them the package info, and they will take care of the warranty process. It is the consumer's responsibility to return products for warranty.

Those coupons can only be used at a corporate store. No franchise has to accept them. Just ask if they are a corporate or franchise.
No attorney can function without their paralegals, If attorneys had to do all the paralegal work themselves, they would never have time to talk to you, let alone visit a courtroom.

No one forced you to sign anything. You could have fired this attorney at any time and hired another.
What I am trying to say is that if the attorney was as unreliable as the poster claims, and since cases like these take months, if not years to resolve, she could have fired him way before it got to the point that she is now posting about it. The first time he did something she did not like or understand, she could have addressed it. Had it not improved, she could have fired him or brought it to the attention of the partnership of the firm.

And the settlement can NOT be accepted unless you agree, OR you give the attorney written permission to make that decision for you. It sounds to me more like the poster was uninformed, and just did not know how to be a plaintiff. I am sorry for that.

When my husband had his motorcycle accident a few years ago, we fought the insurance company, and read every line of every piece of paper they tossed at us. When it came to the settlement offer, WE made the decision, not the attorney, since we never signed any agreement that he had the power to do so. Our settlement paid ALL his past and future medical bills related to the accident, and paid for the replacement of his bike.

You just have to be proactive and get a bit of knowledge when dealing with things out of your comfort area. Most people have no clue about legal issues. We didn't at the time. We have a better understanding now. It all comes down to NEVER signing anything you do not understand.
As for the attorney not releasing the documents to the hospital, you probably signed a non-disclosure agreement, OR, the terms of your settlement prohibit it. BE careful. If you break the terms of the settlement, you could be sued for breach, and be liable for every dime you got paid in damages. You should have been given a copy of the settlement agreement. READ IT. Or take it to another attorney and let them peruse it.

How long have you had the phone? The extended warranty picks up when the manufacturer warranty expires, and the warranty packet you get with the warranty explains this. That is why it is called an EXTENDED warranty. The manufacturer is liable first.

The bank does not take any maintenance fees until at least 30 days after purchase. This information is listed on the packet when you buy it, and the print is not that small at all. Every, I mean every single bank backed gift card works exactly the same way. The only way to avoid fees is to buy a store use gift card.

This explains why bank issued gift cards have fees:

I could not understand a word of this.
When you paid it off it depends on what the balance was and where you were in the billing cycles. Your credit agreement that you signed explains all of this.
