Honestly, from reading your review, I have to say that I can see why you got such crabby service. Your whole attitude stinks. I am willing to bet their reaction to you was a reflection of your own to them. You automatically went to the 'we are tattooed and they hate us' mode. Get that chip off your shoulder. Or better yet, next time you get married, spring for a real honeymoon cruise to a honeymoon spot, and not a party spot cruise. This is like going to Panama City Beach for your honeymoon during spring break and complaining that there were too many drunk 20 somethings there.

It really is buyer beware when you lose something you bought. It is not their responsibility to replace your lost gift card. Next time, be more careful with your belongings. Honestly, how is your irresponsibility their problem?

It is not a business's fault that your mother is ill and can not pay. It is not their fault that you were sick. It is not their fault you want to pay with a nonaccepted payment type. Rent A Center has strict contracts that you signed when you rented the items. Don't blame them. Filing complaints against a business for your irresponsibility is ridiculous.
The store you pick up from does not send the notices, WM.com does.

Amazon is not at fault. You should have your son arrested. How was Amazon supposed to know it was not you?
A double charge is the same thing. 7 days is long enough to catch the issue. And hell no. I do not work for Walmart. If I worked for every company people like you accused me of I would be rolling in the dough. I just have common sense.
The simple answer is there is a reason the bank will not lend the buyers the money. The buyers should have been preapproved before they gave you an offer. It is not the bank's fault they won't just give money away with no way to recover it. Be reasonable here. Your buyers messed up by not having the funds to buy your house way before they submitted the offer. And if your buyer can not be financed, your house is still your house. It is in absolutely no way a bad business practice not to lend someone money. You do not seem as though you know much about the loan process.

I would have taken someone with me to pick them up, or asked for help. But that is just me.

Sub, she won't do that because to her it matters not that her son is a thief. All that matters is that Amazon 'allowed' her son to rip her off so therefore it is their fault. Parents like this are why people are so rotten.
Carnival, the poster's main issues were that the ship was a party boat. I have never been on a cruise, but even I know a Bahama cruise is going to be a party cruise. If people want sedate cruises they should book sedate cruises. The point that the poster is ignoring is that all of those people paid money to have a good time just like she did. She did not have a good time because she did not want to have a good time. And honestly, no matter how legitimate your issue might be, the moment you bring up your tattoos or your skin color or a disability as a reason, your whole complaint becomes invalidated.
"if i do not get my check with in 24 hours i will summited it"

So you want this poster to be sued for extortion?
It is called a pre-authorization and every shell pump discloses this information on the pump for you to read before you insert your card. The only way to avoid it is to pay inside or pay cash. Most gas stations have a pre-auth. They range from $25-150. Next time, read.

Hang on...it was raw and inedible but you all had stomach cramps? If it was inedible how did you get stomach cramps? And if it was raw why didn't you take it back instead of jumping on here to complain about it?

She did the right thing. Your son was not prepared so when he had to leave the line to get his ID (which if the package did not have his name on it she should not have released it to him), the next person in line gets served. Your son goes to the back of the line. Perhaps you need training in customer service and how to be a customer. Imagine you are in line and someone has to leave the line because they forgot their ID. You are next in line and he comes back and cuts in front of you. You would be mad that she took him ahead of you. Admit it.

HIPPA violation? What? HIPPA has zero to do with anything but your medical information. You made a mistake. Now you have to try to fix it.
Why are you in the store all day? How do you know how hard they work in relation to each other? Customers really need to mind their own business. If you want to manage someone's job, apply to work there.
I take issue with people who complain about this situation and do not take responsibility for their own mistakes. Every single one of these offers has a disclosure that clearly states you will be signing up for a membership or an auto service. You have to UNCHECK the box to avoid it. If you uncheck the box, however, you do not qualify for the 'free' item. You have to agree to this before you can continue.

Blame yourself.
It was terrible but I was tired so I dealt with it. What a crock.
You spoke with an attorney...and what? If you are filing a suit, the last thing you need to be doing is posting it on the internet.

So you got hurt so a free room will make it ok?
Everyone knows you do not leave valuables out in your hotel room. Everyone knows this is what the safe in your room is for. Everyone knows there are signs that state they are not responsible for missing items because they offer you a safe in your room.

As a stockholder I would think you would know that Costco has been all over the news with their VISA change. They no longer accept any card BUT Visa. Maybe you should read some of those stock mailings they send you.

First, let me say that if you can not tell fake leather from real leather you should not be buying leather. Second, if you do know leather, you know that leather is dried animal skin. Dried animal skin does not come pastel, or green, or pink, etc. It is dyed to whatever color you choose. Just like with fabric, dyes can fade, or come off with chemicals. One thing that can protect your leather coloring, is to make sure your leather products do not have continuous contact with sunlight. This can fade and even wear your leather. You also need to make sure you use the leather conditioner suggested by the product's manufacturer.

Leather is not guaranteed to never lose it's color. You can keep it pretty for a number of years, but wear and tear, and the natural oils from your body, or animals, or chemicals all play a part in how long your leather will last.

PS..you could have this issue no matter where you buy your leather.
They probably looked blankly at your threat of filing an online grievance because such a thing does not exist.
