Is it possible there was some confusion with your address during your second issue? I mean the first issue you describe seems to be caused by that (them delivering to the wrong city).
What is the gist of your complaint? I tried reading your complaint, but wasn't able to figure out what precisely you were complaining about?
Is your issue that some items you were charged for fell under the vehicle's warranty coverage?
Cheaply made products that were purchased from a dollar store? I am shocked.
I imagine there is an option in between doing nothing and contacting the company president/litigation over a billing inquiry. Have you tried calling the number on your bill for billing inquiries?
"I honestly believe that the first "representative" maliciously failed to close the account"
Why do you believe it was malicious?
Is this complaint serious?
"Can't wait for the class action law suits for the over charging of interest and fees. Do yourself a favor and avoid this deceitful company."
Can you help any reader to understand why you feel they were deceitful? Were they deceitful about any of the following when you agreed to signing up for card:
- The interest rate.
- The payment terms.
"I have photo's and video of workers standing behind the little shed out back smoking marijuana"
Better call 9-1-1
"IF they are breaking a law, it is your duty to report it and if you don't you are as guilty as they are."
This is not true.
Did you see the advertisement on September 1?
"I'm requesting like Splenda or toasted bagels due to their toaster not working"
What does Splenda have to do with a toaster not working?
"Lowes expects me a 70 year old disabled man to obtain work estimates from different contractors to make the necessary repairs."
If your disability does not hamper your ability to type this complaint, then it will not hamper your ability to get said quotes. You're being unreasonable with the perfectly reasonable solution Lowes has provided you.
"I want Lowes to hire a non-biased roofing company to come out and look at my metal roof and give their opinion"
If the are hiring someone then how could they not serve the interests of the person who pay's the bills. This is why they asked YOU to get the estimates...
You're vague on the most important details here i.e. the nature of their questions. Why not just answer the questions they have?
The charges you received are outlined in the terms of service that you agreed to.
"I had to cash it because the person was out of town and purchased a RV from me and I had to have the money in hand before I released the title."
A cashier's cheque is sufficient to release the title of property.
"So henceforth I will be a Lowe's customer where they value the service of ALL Veterans."
Apparently Home Depot and Lowes have the same policy: http://themilitarywallet.com/home-depot-lowes-10-military-discount/
Their policy clearly states it is up to a $500 purchase.
Is this a joke complaint?
You got your issues resolved right? So what is the problem?
"Now today she mugged him in his face."
What does this even mean?
You're not entitled to have nationstar provide you with whatever you want.
Your inability to read what you agreed to is your fault alone.
So you complained to the restaurant manager, they offered you a way of resolving the issue, to which you accepted and then proceeded to post this complaint here? Is that right?
1. Posting your itinerary numbers online, in a public forum such as this, is grossly stupid. People can use this information to steal your identity.
2. Your complaint seems to indicate that all of what happened to you is explained in the terms and condition you agreed to previous.
You do understand that this site is not Boston Pizza right...
