You are not entitled to have WalMart cash your cheques. Open a chequing account like normal people do.
What is the point of your rant?
The path of least resistance here appears to be getting a chequing account like normal people have JaimeG
You are not entitled to have them provide you with dental care for free.
What is the concise nature of your complaint? Your rant is difficult to understand.
You must find life in general to be difficult.
"Omar Buckley of RAMOMAR was advised by me via email that his non-compliance constitutes Fraud, Misappropriation Of Funds and Failure to Comply"
You have an email from him where admits to all of this?
You are not entitled to use their services. They do not need to provide you with a reason.
""Omar Buckley of RAMOMAR was advised by me via email that his non-compliance constitutes Fraud, Misappropriation Of Funds and Failure to Comply""
Based on your recent reply it appears that you do not actually have this.
What is the warranty on the purchase?
That isn't a bait and switch.
Your complaint is very hard to understand.
Are you saying that, with your purchase, you also received $20 out of the till from a debit card transaction? If that is the case, why did you sign your receipt saying you received the $20 when you in fact did not?
They made their withdrawal policy to you perfectly clear before you opened your account. If it was an issue then, why did you open your account?
You aren't entitled to have them print out your transaction receipts. Their request of a nominal fee was perfectly reasonable and standard practice at many stores.
You are entitled to be paid for hours that you have worked. Unless it was in your employment agreement, that you would be personally liable for any mistakes/damages to customer vehicles, then they have no basis for not paying you.
Why did they say they were taking back the $1217 credit? What was BofA's reason for doing this?
"I tell ya will never deposit money in there ATM again"
I think you should avoid depositing that much cash in any ATM. Had you deposited a cheque it would probably have been easier.
That hotel is very poorly rated. Ranked nearly dead last of hotels in Ottawa. What did you expect to happen?
"no choice but to take the costly rate for 200 bucks per night!"
The Ottawa Inn is only $80 per night.
You don't seem to have answered my question though - If their policies were an issue, why did you agree to them and create your account?
Ask the restaurant manager...
"How can I complain to him about how the gym is ran when he is the one in charge?"
Try contacting their headquarters.
Be prepared to offer specifics on your complaint.
If you are offended that easily you should probably stay off the internet.
The thread of comments on this complaint are baffling.
