I am an owner of a small business with 1 employee. While I was out of town Idearc Media called and told my employee that we would receive 3 months free listing. We did not get the free listing, but instead received a bill for $1, 295.64. They also promised that from this listing we would get enough business to cover the cost of this expense. We didn't receive any customers and I want them to stop harassing me about paying this bill. I have reported them to the BBB and turned them into the Attorney Generals of the states of Texas and Michigan. We are now getting phone calls constantly about paying this bill. Has anyone had any luck in getting these people off your back, if so what action did you take?

I use to work for KFC and I have saw so many different things I am not sure why they are still open! About the food who ever wrote that is so right They both do it Kathy an Dina. They are very dirty too... And a lot of things go on there that no business should have going on... There is only a lil you can put on here because they can pin point who it is. I have a couple stories on KFC... Only if we would get the money for what we worked.

I received a charge on my credit card for an item I did not recognize. It was charged when I was out of the country and not using my credit card. I called and spoke to someone named Diana probably in India or Pakistan, who said I ordered anti-virus software. I told her I did not. She repeated that she had my order in front of her. I said I Googled the company and they have a lot of complaints for fraudulent charges. She put me on hold and came back with a cancellation order number assuring me that I would receive a credit in five days. I then received a confirmation from DRI*ca.com but most of it was trying to scare me about not having anti-virus protection and trying to resell me something I did not want or buy in the first place.

I sent for the cd to see if i could get a grant but there was only one for ohio residents and it was for avon but you had to work for avon to qualify for it. They misled people into thinking they could get a grant.
Chases whipping boy: Ok here it is in 2017 I lost my job and was unemployed for four months well you know the story no income no bill paying. Was able to get reemployed and get in touch with Chase lets do something about our arrears no call back what so ever in stead I received a foreclosure letter So I went into bankruptcy in 2017 to protect my home. Now lets go into there abuse The whole time I was submitting my payments through court Chase refused to send me monthly invoices you see my mortgage was 6% plus prime every month yes a fluctuating rate which means the payment was different every month So I get through the Bankruptcy and chase still would not send invoices I September of 2017 I got injured at work and have been out ever since One hand surgery and fourteen days in the intensive care unit, I get in touch with Chase again and go through the whole Forbearence deal proof of income, home owners insurance, a complete listing of my monthly expenses and a gerable in the pipes Well I faxed all this info and I get One call back some two months latter stipulating that a decision was made on a work out but they needed my information again well I complied another two or three months go buy and I receive my foreclosure papers with fourteen days to reply

it is July of 2017 I have never received a bill from chase They purchased a Mortgage in good standing from Bank One and are attempting to steal My Home of Twelve Years Well sorry Chase I need better Customer Service for now I will see you in Bankruptcy Court again Do you guys think I can receive a bill before 2017 You already ruined my credit lets dance again I get one more chance remember LOL...

The date is wrong, but this happened and I am hoping Walmart changes their policy..It was a busy shopping day toward Christmas..we had just begun shopping..no items in our cart..our first stop was the elctronics dept. we wanted to get some dvds..we picked out 4 dvds two were dvd sets about $40 a piece..the movies were $25 a piece..we placed them in our cart over $100 in total not counting tax..there was a line that stretched out around the entire length of the Elect. dept. into the shoes dept. we walked around the lines because we were not ready to leave yet..suddenly a walmart Employee jumps out at me scaring me silly I actually jumped, grabs my arm and yells "you have to pay for those movies here" I informed her we were not done with our shopping, she tightened her grip on my arm and said "you still have to pay for them here" I looked over at the long lines and said "like hell" I handed her the two dvd sets back and the two single movies..she made a face and said "don't you still want them?" I turned and said no we don't have time to stand in line twice..keep them! Then we walked away..I realize they have to protect themselves against theft, but my Partner and I are returning customers..acting as if everyone they come in contact with are thieves is very insulting..I for one do not appreciate it..I did end up getting both sets and both movies later, but not at Walmart..and we paid alot less for them! Btw we did find two movies up front in the 2 for $10 bin..we decided if they asked us to go to the electronic dept to pay for them we would just set them aside too, but happily they let us pay upfront for them...I should add when that Employee grabbed my arm she came close to getting her lights punched out, first by me then by my Partner...it is soo not a good idea to grab someone like that!

Do not do business with these people. Customer service sucks. No Delivery at All after three months wait. Same experiences as my friend. $7, 000 without refund or delivery. Don't buy!
GMAC acquired my loan from my previous mortgage company on 12/03/2017. At the time when my loan was transferred, my account was current. Payments had been made through November 2017. I was to resume payments with GMAC starting with December 2017. Immediately, after obtaining my loan, GMAC continued to send me statements demanding payments for October, November & December 2017. I submitted my payment history from my previous mortgage company directly to their office and their corporate attorney. During the month of June 2017, their attorney put notes on my account advising that I had already paid my mortgage for November through December 2017 along with a request to update my payment history. As of September 9, 2017, my account still has NOT been updated. Even though the representatives can view the account notes, they still refuse to update my payment history. Now I am receiving collection calls and being threatened with foreclosure for an error they refuse to correct. During my attempt to resolve this discrepancy over the phone, I have been hung up by several GMAC representatives and just treated like crap. They have no respect for their customers at all. Potential customers should be very, very, very careful before deciding to get a loan with GMAC Mortgage company. If your loan gets sold to this company like mines did, I would suggest that you refinance with another mortgage company immediately. GMAC is the absolute worst!

I went to the Radio Shack store in my town on 2 separate occasions looking for an odd AC adapter for a indoor fountain. I brought the adapter itself in the first time. The manager who's name is Chris, took a look at the adapter, looked through his various adapter plugs and stated he didn't have anything that would work.

He then went on to the next customer. Okay that wasn't a problem as I figured I would just have to keep looking. A month or so later, I came back in with the actual fountain piece that the adapter plug would fit into. Once again, I was "helped" by Chris. He pointed me to the various adapter plugs he had on one wall. He said if I didn't find a plug that would work, then I would have to just check elsewhere since they didn't have what I needed. Well I didn't find anything obviously and went on my way. Once again, no harm, no foul. Tonight was a completely different story though. I went into the store again for something different but this time my boyfriend was with me. Chris was the one who asked if we needed help and my boyfriend told him what we were looking for. After finding what we came for, my boyfriend mentioned to Chris that he was looking for an adapter for a tabletop fountain. Chris went to the adapter plug wall with my boyfriend to help him find the correct plug. I went out to my SUV and got the adapter that I had brought in on my previous visit so they could find an adapter with the correct voltage, which they did. Then Chris proceeded to go to a big storage unit within the store and search for the right plug for the adapter. He looked for about 10 minutes and came up with a plug, . but since I wasn't sure it would work with the fountain, I went back out to my SUV again and got the part of the fountain I had brought in before when I was by myself.

Amazingly the plug that Chris found fit perfectly. He spent about 15 minutes with my boyfriend to make sure he found what he was after, yet when I came in with the same exact requests and same pieces in hand on 2 different visits I was quickly sent on my way without anything more than a cursory look at the parts. I am looking for the Customer Service Number for Radio Shack tomorrow. It may do me no good, but I don't appreciate being discriminated against because I'm a female.
I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH PCH FOR MONTHS NOW. I ENTERED THE CONTEST ONLINE AND SOMETIMES ORDERED ITEMS. THEN, I STARTED GETTING ITEMS THAT I HD NOT ORDERED, ALTHOUGH I WAS BILLED FOR THEM. I E-MAILED THAT I HAD NOT ORDERED THESE AND IF THEY WOULD SEND ME A PRE POSTAGE LABEL, THEY WOULD BE RETURNED. I WAS TOLD THAT IT IS NOT THEIR PRACTICE TO PAY RETURN POSTAGE. I HAD ALREADY BEEN CHARGED POSTAGE WHEN IT WAS MAILED. I THEN RECEIVED ANOTHER UNORDERED ITEM-SAME THING ALL OVER AGAIN.ME WRITTING AND THEM SAYING I ORDERED UPON ENTERING CONTEST. I HAD ORDERED AN ITEM AND PAID FOR IT UPON ORDERING, USING A CREDIT CARD. AFTER ALL THIS OTHER HAPPENED, I GOT A BILL FOR THE ITEM I HAD PAID FOR! NOW, THEY TELL ME (THREE TIMES) THAT THEY DID NOT RECEIVE THE MONEY AND WOULD I PLEASE SEND THEM MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT. I TOLD THEM NO WAY AND TO LEAVE ME ALONE. I HAD ALREADY ASKED TO BE REMOVED FROM ALL THEIR MAILINGS 4 TIMES. TODAY, I GOT ANOTHER ONE, ASKING FOR MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT. I CHECKED TWICE AND MY CREDIT CARD WAS PAID TO THEM ON 7/07/08.

THIS COMPANY IS THE PITS TO DEAL WITH. SSTILL NOT SETTLED.

One of the major issue about this Magic Jack is the person you call will hear sharp beeps from time to time like you accidentally press a button on the phone. The Customer Care people never address that problem, told me to went through all kinds of updates and nothing works. Eventually they told me to change my phone set! Customer cares are not helpful at all. and each chat session would take about 1 hour, and that's the only way to contact them. I would never recommend people to buy this, and I agree on other reviews, this company is a scam!

4 weeks ago the rear projection bulb of my Samsung tv purchased at Sears with premium warranty went out. I've waited four weeks for bulb it finally came and is the wrong part number. Now Sear's wants me to wait for a technician and will not order a part. I am probably going to wait 4 more weeks or longer. Never buy from either company. During this period I was told the part would be only available from the factory and shipped from the factory in 4 to 14 days. Obviously this did not happen. Wife called later to confirm order and told they did not do business this way and a technician would have to come to my home. She persisted and was told she was correct and they were wrong but our order was still pending. Sears does not back its warranties do not trust them.

I had my Magic Jack working for a while, then started having problems of no audio, doesn't work through my phone from time to time, so everyday is a hit or miss. I chat with the Customer Care and that's the ONLY way to contact them, they told me to go through whole bunch of things, and it didn't work. And it was my bad, i actually went through it again and again for like 6 times with 6 different chat sessions. Eventually i asked to get a replacement, so i was transfered on chat to somebody, then they first said they can't find my account, need my credit card number, then they said they found it, and I will be contacted in 24 hours, but then nobody contacted me, so I chatted again... now, to make the story short, Cassey, Bert, Desmond and Grace, total 4 so called "supervisors", had promised i will be contacted and nothing happened, and they ALL said they couldn't find my account and then found it, and they all said it will be resolved in 24 hours... and they ALL said nothing was followed up because they can't find my account info (even though I have a copy of the confirmation email). Eventually i told Grace, if they can't get my account, that means i don't have to pay and renew it (which is coming up soon), because they don't know i have an account, and it's working occasionally. I am not planning to renew, this company really ***, and let's see if they will cut it off when my account is due, then hopefully they will realize... they do have my account!

When I installed Magicjack, my area code was not available. The Indianapolis area code was though. So my friends and neighbors in Southern Indiana now have to make a long distance phone call to speak with me. No problem, the truth is they never call me anyways. Oh, yes, according to their on-line help, their engineers are working on this problem and will be corrected in their future upgrades. I was pretty disappointed because it really did seem to work. My wife called be from her cell phone and the clarity was fairly good. I was speaking to her and could see her through the window. There is a one second delay which is not too bothersome- except when you can see the person you are talking to and their lips start moving before you can hear them on the phone.

Esbi billed me for two months of "service" that I had not signed up for. I don't know how or why they have my information but verizon wasn't able to do a thing for me and when I called their billing department I was on the phone with some type of child who had no manners or rather did he care for the way I felt about the situation. Very rude people, they get their kicks on riping us off. Now when I called they stated that I would be refunded in 2 yes 2 billing cycles, believe that I'll be waiting for my refund!

I purchased bottom mount freezer in April. Serial number KBLS20ETSSOL. The alarm feature for the last 10 days has been going off constantly. I was told be repairman that the control board needed to be replaced. It has been 8 days now and it still isn't done. I keep on getting told that it will be another day. Meanwhile, the alarm goes off every 5 second. It isn't a soft sound either. It is a loud piercing sounds that is driving me crazy. I've tried turning it off and even cutting power to the outlet. The thing still goes off. Why would a brand new product have this defect and the company is not stepping up to fix it quickly.

Wow, you have a whole lot of advice for the consumers on this site that have a problem with your company... who are you I know you don't have a financial degree of any kind be cause you work for cash call, no reputable company would harass their customers in the despicable manner in which your company has and continues to do so. I would get fired if I spoke to any customer the way your ghetto fabulous employees do. That's why you work there, no one would hire you with those tactics to represent their company, P.S. you can't even spell!
Well to our dismay and working with the resolution team at first Franklin they have not done 1 thing to modify our loan we are in construction and the last year has been a mess i have given all the paper work that they asked for and well after 9 months we are in the same place we were at the beginning they do care about anything but them selfs after stacks and stacks of papers we are still not sure if we are able to keep our home so what was the purpose of doing all the work and no help on there part?
I have not authorized this company to get money from my account, I don't have an account number with this company. They receive $1.00 from my account and sent my account into overdraft which cost me additional $22.00. I want this unauthorized debit to stop. I didn't even talk with anyone in this company and I don't know how they got my CC number I will be going to my bank and submitting a form to send to this company about their unauthorized debit from my account and request them to return the $22.00 overdraft fee.

I start by saying I am a faithful National City Employee. I cannot present to anyone what I do not myself believe in. First I would like to say in response to so many posts that in all stories there could be human error and for that we should be forgiving. To be rude or condescending is also not acceptable. With that said, many complaining not only on the blog but in my branch about overdrafts are "MAINLY" those who are in no way responsible for keeping record of their accounts, I will not take blame for that. I respect my customers whether they are in the negative $200 or positive $200K. I am NOT responsible for... your lack of planning and check writing BEFORE you have the funds to do so...Not responsible for your personal life, that is what your family is for... I DO love my customers, I understand them, *** I've had RECENT overdrafts... It's MY fault I knew i didn't have it! I am NOT responsible for your HELOC freeze, Blame BUSH we are just abiding by their rules... Your 2 cent overdraft costing you $34, yep it's a loan baby, you wrote a check your account couldn't pay and by the way we lost more money paying your pizza bill than you did overdrafting. I am actual friends with MANY of my customers and have cried over the death of more than one. I AM National City Bank and I'm truly sorry if you did have an unresolved "issue" and it was not TRULY your fault. I'm in Monroeville Pennsylvania and if you come to my branch you will get the utmost respect from me.

I've found most people are more patient in line at McDonalds waiting for their promised "fast food" than they are at a local bank who is being careful to count their money, keep balances low in drawers in case of robberies... until you have walked in our shoes... I love National City and if you are my customer I love you too.
In early Sept.2008, I received a summons representing Midland. I contacted the attorney and obtained the original creditor. I advised the attorney that I had sent several letters to Midland attempting to obtain that same info to no avail. Midland never responded to any request. To make a long story short; I ended up making a payment arrangement thru the attorney in order to not have to fight in court.

It appears that Midland does this routinely, using attorneys specializing in these tactics. (basically ambulance chasers!)

A class action suit against Midland should be considered. I would be happy to join.
I requested them to ship after 6 as i was at work. But the shipping guys came in at 5. I called my neighbor and asked to talk to the carrier. He refused to talk to me. I was forced to get the product delivered to my neighbor and had to haul it up two floors myself. Customer service did not care as the delivery was not their responsibility but that of an outside contractor. They said it was my problem that I was not at home and the contractor should have charged me twice and delivered it later instead of delivering it to the neighbor.

I am not really sure about this websites fascination for the 100 word limit.
I paid my charge card in full. I called to see if the checks posted to my account. They did it said I had a zero balance. I got a bill in the mail on 10/1 stating that I owed them 1.23 dollars for a finance charge. I called them up and they said it is their policy to charge interest on cash advance on a daily basis. If that is the case then no one would be able to pay off their balances in full.

I told them my balance is zero. Zero times any interest rate is still zero. The second lady agreed with that statement, but they said it was the interest rate that caused the finance charge to occur. They don't understand when a bill is fully paid off you can not legally charge a person anymore money on that same bill. I did report them the the BBB.

I am mad about being overcharge. They did say that they will adjust my account. They already did and I did not like it.
They first wanted me to give them a social security number with birth date. Not my debt, I'm rich I did not nor have I ever owed. They Call 20 times per day and when challenged on this they say, "No we didn't". Sorry but, I'm here! Phone rings... Caller Id says Illinois call. Same number... These people are bottom feeders. They buy old debts paid or not and try to collect a commission. They make me sick to my stomach with their 2 day collection course training attitude and their attempt at command authority.
