Me again, it is day 2 and after numerous calls to katsur emergency# still no return call, this child has to be very careful about what she is eating and how she brushes her teeth, besides not cutting into her cheek or roof of her mouth with the broken wire... now i know you are thinking why not go to ER well ER wont touch her because they didn't do the work all they will do is cut the wires outl, which has already been done with the broken piece that wasn't attached, not by the person who put the braces on but her dad... (which is what he was supposed to do) according to papers given and reports on computer... only the broken piece was removed not the braces... now since 11am yesterday and it 10 am today it has been almost 24 hrs since this happened and still no call back, and they know what the problem is because you have to state the reason for your call... so tell me is this a way to run a business, or is this just showing ppl that they don't care once the work is done... which by the way the work isn't done she still has a lot of work to be done... which is making us do some serious rethinking...

I went on line a hardworking mother of 4 to try to get a cash loan until payday. I have been waiting for a email every since I submitted my application. I have sent numerous emails with no reply. I am going to have to go through a lot just to make sure that they can not get my hard earned money. They should be shut down and sent to jail. Is there anyone that would like to try and set up a class action law suit against them? If so I would be more than willing to join. Thanks for reading.

I paid for an overnight package of flowers sent to CA from HI on a Friday to be delivered Saturday afternoon. My tracking log indicated:

"Sep 27, 2017 8:57 AM

Held at FedEx location for recipient pickup

OAKLAND, CA

Package available for pickup at: 8455 PARDEE DR "

When my sister went to pick up the package, she was told that they will not release the box until Monday. This is because their inspector only works from Monday to Friday.

The real issue is, why is Fedex accepting customers money, misleading the customer to believe that the package will be delivered on the next day (paid Friday am to be delivered Saturday pm), if they don't plan to deliver it until Monday when the inspector comes to work. What if the inspector calls in sick or is on vacation during the week?

It's beyond me to know of such a huge company with not catching a simple operational errors but much worse are the pointing of fingers at other Fedex locations and not compromising with the customer who really is the only one that got screwed. Put up a sign or something at least at all locations stating, we will not deliver on Saturdays if that really is the case and stop taking the customers money.
First of all, how come every time a black person is hired at this store, management finds a way to get them fired. Geoffrey is a tattle tale, always telling on everything he sees to matt. I just try to keep quiet and watch what goes on a daily basis. I wish I could be manager but all I'm type casted is as a groomer. A lot of the bathers don't even know how to do the dogs properly. I seen Christina steal here numerous times. Ben accepted $160 in counterfeit twenties and never was wrote up. I could see him from grooming window lots of time eating and drinking away. My heart goes out to all the mistreated.
I am a current employee of Circuit City. I am a Firedog. I'm a very honest person. I always, always sell the customer the right things that they need. I never over-sell a customer UNLESS my manager is watching. See...we have meetings about once a month on how to upsell people. They teach us techniques that will convince the buyer into getting a four year warranty that they don't need at all. Oh yeah... they make us call it, 'Circuit City Protection Plan' so that it doesn't sound like, 'warranty'.

One thing that I hate about my job is getting in trouble for my sale's numbers being too low. I have to upsell someone 3 - 7 times a week. If I don't, they cut my hours down very low. I was working 32 hours a week once... I didn't upsell anyone for one week... and they cut my hours to about 17 hours per week. I don't like lying to people, but to keep my job... I have to. I need the money to pay for my car, college and gas.

We learn this method of getting rid of people that don't fall for the upsale. All of our expensive things are in the warehouse... and if a customer doesn't fall for the upsale we are trained to either,

A.) Tell them we don't have any in stock.
B.) Tell the customer that we will be right back... but go to the breakroom for 5-10min in hope that the customer leaves or asks someone else for help.
C.) Get a manager to 'help' us with the sale.

In my opinion, this sucks. It makes me think about when I was younger shopping around with my Mom if that happened to her and I? I've wanted to work at Circuit City since I was 12 buying my first PlayStation 1 game.

Everyone at my store plays around all day. My managers are never to be found. Managers are the only ones with keys to ANYTHING. If a customer wants an iPod or something that is locked up, I have to find a manager for a key... which takes about 10min. Finnaly I get a key... the customer is upset already... then I go to scan it... oh wow, it is 30$ more than what the price tag said... I have to explain to the customer that the price tag is out of date... they get even more angry and I have to get my manager... after ANOTHER 10min of looking for him/her he comes to tell the customer that we are sorry and there is nothing we can do. So the angry customer leaves. I feel bad for those customers..

Another thing I would like to mention... sometimes I ring things up, it comes up 20$ or so cheaper than what it did cost. Example: I ring up a laptop that cost 599$, but the computer says that it cost 449$... usually I tell the customer, 'Wow, it is your lucky day, that computer has dropped down to 449$.'... but my manager would be around watching and he would jump in the sale and tell the customer that he can add on a 3 year 'Protection Plan' for 'free'. Which of course the customer says, 'Wow! Thank you.' because they don't know that it is actually on sale or on clearance! It is just another way Circuit City sucks money out of people.

Just this past Sunday we had an all-store meeting about the holidays that are coming up. We learned again, like last year, how to upsell people. We learn to mention christmas gift for a loved one... We are trained to make a laptop or TV or w/e sound like the BEST and only gift that a child or husband or grandson etc would want.

I understand that warranties are a good thing to have... but you just are wasting your money when you get a warranty on a PC. The warranty cost about half of the computer's price... that is a waste. I'm a computer Tech, I would know.

All I ever wanted to do was just fix computers and help customers with their specific needs. It was my dream growing up to be a great PC Tech..which I am, but I never wanted to pay the price of honesty.
Went to Circuit City to buy our first computer, the sales man and the manager were explaining more about their "WARRANTY AND UPGRADES" rather then listening to our needs, pushing it that it got to a point that they pushed us out the store, knowing more about upgrades and their warranty then us wanting just to get our first computer, extremely disappointed that, their leaders in the store just care about warranties and upgrades an not about what the customer needs, so i took my business to "BEST BUY" was very "HAPPY"! I will never shop at Circuit City "EVER"!

As the person before me me, I too was curious, aha the cat!, so I figured $3.99 couldn't break me. But $89.31 did! I called the "customer service" number and complained, and was told basically "too bad" so buyer beware! they refused to take the product back and refused a refund. My husband said I should report them to the BBB, but what good would that do? So this is a much better way to tell everyone about this scam. I just wish I had read it before I got scammed. An unsavory company indeed, Please don't make the same mistake I did. I was told that the fine print about the reoccurring charges were on the website, I didn't go to the website to order. I think this company should be run out of town on a rail or tarred and feathered.

Anamy is a shift mngr at mc donalds at 27774 baseline ave, highland, ca 92346. Sept 29, 08 at 6:25 pm. She's very rude with her head bobbing attitude. how does one become a mngr with a crappy attitude? instead of saying "sorry we forgot your drink", she blames it on her sweet window crew. Darling, FYI, managers need to suck up all the blames... regardless. This will further be forwarded to your corporate office. McDonalds have the worst attitude of employees. Complaints have not changed anything. That is very very sad. They need interpersonal skill class please.
I have had a very similar experience... I think this has something to do with our great government(make me throw up... all they care about are their selves and the CEO's of certain companies[that's why the BAIL OUT failed, not that they were worried about us, but for their lobbyists] - anyway... you can not reach them (Allied) - Outsourced to India, just like my job was... I tried numerous times to contact them, I even tried all the options to get someone on the phone... no luck... just kept on hold..and the original person who called... their mailbox is always full... no way to get a response back...

AT&T is charging me over 170.00 for internet that they never set up. My first bill was "0.00" and I thought to myself... "Why do they bother sending bills for zero dollars". As time went by I had moved out of the place that needed internet, they never came to install internet... They never called me and I had no reason to call them since I was going to be moving to my prior residence. A couple months past and my sister (who owns the place I was at before when trying to set up my internet) told me she was receiving bills from AT&T, I opened up the bills and they're charging me for internet service that was never installed, I'm getting late fees and all this crap. They're not getting my money obviously but seriously if you are stuck with AT&T like I (almost) was then watch yourself. Hopefully I can resolve this as I don't have any intentions on sending them a single penny for a service they did not ever provide, install or help with. Boo-Ya.
Allied Interstate [protected]) call daily about a 'debt'. When I return the call, the voice mail box for 'Ebony' is full and unable to accept my message. I'm not familiar with any debt that may be assigned to a collection agency, but can't make contact with them to investigate. My credit rating is excellent. I don't understand the issue, but want the calls to stop.

Allied has not identified the 'debt' so I have no idea what the call is about. They have called each day for the past 7-8 days. The calls have been noted in our message machine at various times during the day, but usually only once per day. A very unprofessional company.

Countrywide is raising millions by charging fees for refinancing your home and they have no intention of closing the deal. During the appraisal, they will so under value your property you will be in a reverse mortgage situation. Most will seek other mortgage companies or bank, however you will be out hundreds of dollars. Fees for running your credit, paperwork, and the appraisal fee. DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME. Go to another bank to refinance. Countrywide rates and fee will always be higher. And there customer service is terrible. The agents do not return your calls nor do they inform you on possible lower rates. Due to the financial troubles on Wall Street, they have no intention on giving you a good deal. They are only in this to make money off of you. They do not have your best interest in mind.

Hello everyone on the magic jack bandwagon, and here I thought, I was the only one and so I am not. I got mine on ebay from seller who since was deactivated and paid for it with paypal. I've had the thing for 2-3 months by now and cant really complain too much about its performance. However, today, 9/29/08, the stuff hit the fan. I logged onto my computer at 10 am, by 11am magic jack was history! I then spent the entire day on line with their rude and stupid "customer reps" on the chatline and got nowhere, lipservice, run around, NO SERVICE! The blue light does not stay on after plugging it into the usb plug, I tried plugging it in on each of them, still no go. I started having problems 2 weeks ago when I got the "USB Hub" popup that never stopped. I thought it was my 3 year old laptop having a problem but my lappy is not the problem, Magic Jack is! One person posted on here having had the same problem with the "USB HUB" popups and having bought a hub router said didnt work either. I am not going to buy one either but have reported to ebay what happened to me and they said that paypal would refund my money. One thing magic jack cannot do is take more of my money, they have no access to my credit or debit card and cannot take money from my paypal unless I authorize it. Then I found this website on a search and within minutes was speechless to read about so many people getting the same or worse runaround with magic jack, but am glad on the other hand that I am not the only one. Well, I logged onto the MJ chatline one more time and popped this website on the chatscreen whereupon the person immediately "terminated" the chat. The reason they are not "available" by phone or email is that they KNOW this product is not fit for usage and they don't want to hear this OR pay refunds OR give replacements. Instead, they have cheap labor drones on the frontlines taking the hits. Fine mess this has gotten us into, but, nothing goes unpunished. Cheer up folks, with the useless piece of garbage they have put out into the marketplace, their "business" won't last too long. Don't get mad, get EVEN! Post everywhere how bad this thing is, pretty soon people will stop buying it and that will be the end of it.

For God will bring every deed into judgment, including every hidden thing, whether it is good or evil. - Ecclesiastes 12:14.

I just recently went into a "Purrfect Auto" location Cave Creek Rd. just south of Thunderbird Rd. I had a coupon for a 9.95 oil change. The manager told me the 9.95 was for 4 cylinder cars 14.95 for 6 cylinder and 19.95 for 8. I walked out and reviewed coupon and discovered it stated none of this. I went back to ask manager to show me this and he stormed off and told me " have a nice f@#$n day". I asked him"what" and he repeated "Have a nice F@#$n day sir". I told him I was going to report him to the BBB and he repeated the Fraze again.

We have excellent credit and advanta business card raised our rate to 35%! We are a small business in business since 1989 never late on any payment we received our statement with the rate from 7.9% to 35% the reason the guy said is that they have so many businesses not paying they have to get their money some how! We cannot afford 500.00 a month interest! This has to be illegal! what can we do? We cannot transfer because no ones lending so thanks to this loan shark lending they will most likely put us into bankruptcy.

After purchasing my policy it has taken more than 3 months and I still have not received a hard copy... they will not fax it or send it to you via e-mail. Now I have a claim and when I called they were rude to the point that they told me they would cancel my policy and i would be screwed... YES! Amazing... after asking to speak to a supervisor they hung up on me... Its now taken over a week and the car is still in the Dealer waiting on a response from the adjutor... this is the worst company... I am just amazed that companies like this are allowed to provide any type of service to customers... They should be shut down.
The worst credit card I ever experienced. I applied for their credit card with 1 year 0 apr promotion which would expire in November. But they began to charge finance fees in August. I called them in August and they credited back the finance charge and their manager admitted that 0 apr should expire in November. However, I noticed they still charge finance fees for September statement. I called them again, but they told me that 0 apr had expired in August and the last credit back was only courtesy continuation of the promotion. They could do nothing for me but apologized. I did not keep the offer letter and they don't admit what they said. I was really pissed off, paid off the debt and closed the account immediately. Never Never apply for capital one credit card no matter how good the promotion looks. They cheat on customers and try to stole money from you. The customer service is very terrible.

If there was a "Worst Customer Service on Earth" Award., I would vote for Verizon hands down! I have been trying to set up service with them since July and to date, I still have no service but 5 orders on file all pending. I am consistently told that someone will call me to give me a status but no call. I am constantly told that he person I am speaking with will personally call me back and follow up to make sure the order is completed but again, I have 5 orders all pending. The best is that the previous person entered the order incorrectly and this new person will be deleting the old order to fix the issue and enter a new order to replace the wrong one... did I say 5 orders pending?

I have gone from wanting to set up FIOS service for two weeks to just setting up phone service. Worst part is, the jacks are in and I even have phone service, all that has to be done is migrating the phone number from another company to Verizon. I wouldn't doubt I have talked to the entire Northern VA branch near my house and yet, I still have phone service with the other company. I have talked to someone at least twice a week and instead of telling me it can't be done, I get to hear how stupid and ridiculous the person is who entered the previous order but who still has no will be the mastermind to figure out why 5 orders and pending, I still have no phone service with Verizon?
I just received their letter in the mail (with my current address). I closed my account with Columbia House in 2017. I called Columbia House to let them know that I do not have a balance. They looked up my name and prior address and confirmed that I did not have a balance and to disregard the letter. Then something told me to look up Nationwide Collections. I saw the rip-off sites (that pissed me off further). So I called them and left a message, since they didn't show any *** and put a real person on the phone.

So let's shut classiccloseouts.com down!

Officemax... Awful-frustrating-time consuming, this was the first time i bought a big ticket item, bought a monitor... broken monitor, had to exchange it 4 times to get one that worked, which required me to go to 3 different locations due to stocking issues, the people were rude and condescending to me when i asked to try the monitor before bringing it back home which caused me more trips back and forth to get what i had paid for. Secondly my max assurance plan was supposed to be registered online, which could not be completed due to the website not working. I will not shop at officemax nor recommend it to anyone ever again and will take my small business needs to a competitor from this day forward.

I ordered from Custom Silk Creations in July 2017. I received a phone call from Susan in late August stating I would receive my proof via email by the week of August 27, 2017 and receive the product by September 3, 2017. I have not received anything as of September 29, 2017. She does not return phone calls or emails and when she does email, she is dishonest. I have read positive and negative reviews. I hope to get the product in a timely manner and be pleased. In the meantime, my stress level is getting higher and higher. I have requested a proof by October 1, 2017 or a refund. Wish me luck. I looked into getting the magic jack. I saw the so called "free" for 30 days ad and considered it. By the time it was over it ran up to a whooping $146.80, I wanted to cancel the order, so I never hit confirm. Today I get an email stating the equipment is on the way and my account is being billed, immediately, no 30 days free. I email them back to tell them I wanted to cancel the order. I get an out of office reply from Magic Jack stating they are "upgrading" the site. I have been unable to find a working #, except for [protected], which is long distance and keeps you on hold until you give up. I called my bank to cancel, they can see the transaction pending and cannot stop it until it actually goes through. The whole thing seems like a scam to me. I would not recommend it to anyone. It seems like a big rip off for consumers.

Just flowers and 1800 flowers do not know what they are doing. They take your money and call another florist for you. Next time I need flowers I will go straight to my florist. These people are just a call center! What a rip off! When I sent flowers to my sister for her birthday I called 1 800 flowers and after I seen the arrangement I was mortified. I spend $100 and it looked like $10. After researching I found out 1800 took a lot of fees out of the money intended for flowers and it was not made clear, also the lady i spoke with was clueless. I had trouble understanding every word. After that I said I wouldn't use them again and tried a place out of the phone book called just flowers, well they are a call center too so I decided to just call my local florist... it was much easier.

First off, I was on the notes & the primary was with me. We went to a sprint booth located at a SAMS store. The primary & I wanted to upgrade while We were waiting & were told that "upgrades are illegal." I had to buy a new phone & a new plan. The guy was talking to the CS & they backed him up. I called the CS & they said that it wasn't illegal to upgrade & I could. I informed him about the guy & he was shut down. Still no upgrade.

Some months later, I go to a actual sprint store & asked if I can upgrade my phone. They said that it was illegal for non primaries to upgrade. I asked the clerk why & he called the manager who backed him up. I cant upgrade even if I was on the notes, had all the info & was given the green. I had to buy a new plan & phone.

I was given the CS# & I called, told them my issue. The supervisor said "yes you can upgrade, you are on the notes."

"Well, they're saying its illegal." "Let me talk to the guy." he does & the clerk hangs up on him. "I am not gonna give you an upgrade, its illegal." said the rude manager with a smug look on his face.

'I don't want a new phone."

'Well I cant help you." He turns to the clerk."If she causes more problems, kick her out."
