CosMedix is a great company for skincare
CosMedix is a great company for skincare. They have a lot of products that are really good for your skin. I have been using their products for a while now and I can really see a difference in my skin. It looks much better and feels much smoother. I would definitely recommend CosMedix to anyone who is looking for a good skincare company.
I started doing business with Cosmedix to sell their beauty products at my spa in Tampa, FL
I started doing business with Cosmedix to sell their beauty products at my spa in Tampa, FL. However, they didn't give us the support and marketing they promised. We applied for a partnership on September 30th and made our first order for $1,687.60 on October 6th (Order#XXXXXXXXX). We called Karen *** multiple times over the next 3 weeks to ask about the marketing materials and samples they promised us, but we never received them. Karen always said she would send them, but she never did. After 3 weeks of no support, we decided to close the account and sent two emails to Jackie ***, Karen's supervisor. Mrs. never responded to our emails. We returned the full order and requested a refund to our credit card. However, when we received the refund, it was $457.53 less than what we paid. Cosmedix charged us a 25% restocking fee, which I don't think was fair since they didn't fulfill their agreement. I called customer service, and they said the fee was authorized by Jackie ***, who was the only person who could help us. Mrs. then emailed me, saying the fee was authorized by customer service and not her. No one was willing to help, and they kept blaming each other for the fee.
