I purchased a 200 page photobook via Groupon on 29th May. On editing, I noticed a lot of blurred images. They had been perfectly clear on my computer before uploading to the website. I emailed Printerpix on 2nd June and got told to change the pixelations, which we did, but this had no effect. The images were still blurred. He then told me it was the website and this would be rectified as soon as possible. Nearly a week later there is no difference to my book. I have asked whether I need to start a completely new book, which obviously is very time consuming, but I am still awaiting a reply. I cannot speak to anyone on the phone, as all lines are not in use. Please help

You bought a 200 page photobook, not a blurry jigsaw puzzle — and now you’re lost in pixel limbo. Automated emails and silent phone lines are all that’s left. If they know it’s a website issue, they’re wasting your time and leading you on. There shouldn’t be a need to rebuild the entire book — businesses should either fix their system or offer a full redo at no cost. Hold onto your evidence, keep fighting, and if everything stays the same, get a refund and threaten to warn everyone who considers buying from them.
