Fracture Glass Photos

After I ordered my print from Fracture I received an email from FedEx with a delivery date. I tried to track my order but FedEx website kelp saying they haven't pick up the package but would update their track once they had. This went on for several days, up until the delivery date that FedEx still had posted to the tracking number.
I contacted Fracture support to see when the package would be picked up by FedEx. They emailed me back within 24 hours and told me that the package had been picked up days ago. They also tried to track my package and couldn't find it. Fracture said they didn't want to wait for FedEx to locate the package so they quickly reprinted my photo at no charge and shipped it out right away.
This print was a birthday present for my wife, I never told Fracture this, they just stepped up and took care of the issue. The awesome thing was this wasn't their issue, FedEx had lost the print but Fracture was the one that made it right.
I HIGHLY recommend Fracture, in fact I can't recommend them enough. There are very few companies that would have done this.

Recently my beloved dog Coco died suddenly and without a cause. I thought to purchase two Fracture photos of her to help remind me of my very best friend. "Still crying". I got the two photos in and immediately installed them where I could see her each day.

Somehow the frame holder on one of my photos failed as I went into a room and found her on the floor. Devastated, I wrote them a simple message about what had happened and unbelievably and without me asking they replaced the photo at no additional cost to me.

First, these photos mean a great deal to em and they had no way of knowing that. Second, they treated me with respect before during and after they shipped me a second Fracture of the one that broke.

This company will have my business for everything photo as of now because they back up what they sell AND there are no hoops to jump through to have something corrected.

Too the folks at Fracture; The pain I feel six months after the passing of my dog is still as devastating today as it was six months ago and it would have been even worse had you not taken the action you took.

All I can say is Thank You! And it is not a hallow thank you at that!

The day after my dog (a/k/a best friend/partner/love-of-my-life) died, I gathered all my withering strength to pick out his very best photo and splurge on a giant FractureMe glass print of my angel. I literally waited for the mail each day for it to arrive. Fortunately it arrived quickly. Unfortunately the print was grainy and didn't do my handsome pup justice. I don't like to complain, so I put the pic aside and continued being sad about losing my dog. Then I got a email from Fracture asking if I was happy with my print. I checked off a few boxes indicating I wasn't happy, and next thing I new, "Jessica" reached out to ask me what happened and asking how she could make it right. Her attention is the reason I wanted to write this review. Jessica was patient, compassionate, friendly, warm, SO HELPFUL in my time of need. I can't begin to tell you how appreciative I am and how wonderfully she treated me! When I reached out to thank her for making me feel so special and important, she told me that Fracture is all about treating people right, and Jessica seemed very proud to be a part of that. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, to both Jessica and Fracture!

LOVE MY PICTURE! Thank you so much for the gifted talented artist who made up my picture of my cat. I simply love it. I could not be happier. It looks beautiful! Perfect! The quality is outstanding, the glass is sturdy, the workmanship is excellent. You can see that the people that do this work, take pride in our pictures and make sure we get the best quality back when done and that is exactly what they did for me. I will be ordering more in the future. I actually love it printed on the glass, it gives a different look, a clearer look, than just putting the picture on a cheap frame and cheap piece of glass from a store. This is far from cheap. The glass is strong and thick and will last many many years. Thank You so much Fracture for your outstanding workmanship! Thank the person that made up my picture of my cat on the hood of our convertible. We simply love it and I have it hanging on the wall in our house and already received compliments from friends and family that saw this picture on glass. Fracture did a fantastic job! Until now the experience with you and your company has been good. Although the shipment was delayed by USPS and arrived 3 days later than the confirmation said it would, that is not my complaint as I understand it is out of your hands. The picture in question was of my daughters dog who on the day I ordered the picture had to be put down. He was a good dog who spent the last ten years with my daughter when she really needed him. The problem is that I wrote I heartfelt note to be put in the photo along with a request of no receipt. You got the no receipt right but did not include the note. My daughter got the package last evening and sent me the note below:

Did either of you order this and have it sent to me? It showed up today with no note, no receipt.

You folks advertise that you take those special moments and memorialize them on glass. Well, you didn't this time! I got the picture which I paid for but I did not get the service. I will never use your service again and I will tell anyone I know not to either. I will be going to social media next and telling people of my experience as well. What I was hoping for was a special moment with my daughter over the loss of her great dog?what I got was a creepy package showing up at her house with the picture of the dog she lost and what was to be a tender reflective moment was lost.

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with the Fracture Glass Photos I ordered. I mean, I used my fancy Sony a7iii camera and took some really nice shots with a file size of over 14mb, but the way the ink dots printed on the glass just made the pictures look like they were taken with an old cell phone camera. Not cool, man.

I tried emailing them twice and even looked for a phone number to call, but no response from either! What's up with that? I mean, come on, Fracture, get your customer service game together!

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying from them. I mean, Costco offers better metal prints than Fracture does on glass. Just saying.

UPDATE: So, I finally got an email from customer service this afternoon. They offered to refund my money, which is cool and all, but I still feel like they could have done more to make things right. I changed my review to 2 stars, but I'm still not super happy about the whole thing.

Oh, and I attached a close-up of one of the pictures so you can see what I mean about the blur and ink dots. It's such a shame because in Lightroom, this picture is super crisp when you zoom in on the details.

I just gotta say, I sent a couple of my favorite photos to Fracture Glass Photos and I was pretty bummed out with the results. I mean, I sent them a picture of me and my boo thang on a boat in the middle of the ocean on a sunny day and the print came out looking all dull and pasty. Like, what gives? The water and the sky looked exactly the same, no color difference at all.

So, I hit up customer service and they offered to reprint or print another photo for me. I was like, okay cool, maybe it was just a fluke. But nope, the second photo I sent them also came out with the same dull coloring. I sent them two photos with bright colors and what I got back doesn't even look like the original photos in terms of coloring.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. If you want to preserve your precious memories, find another company to do it. I don't know why they can't seem to capture the colors correctly. It's like they're not even trying. I mean, just look at the comparison between the original photo and the one Fracture Glass Photos printed. It's a total bummer, man.

Overall, I'd give them a big fat zero stars if I could. Don't waste your time or money on this company.

I recently received a stunning photo from Fracture Glass Photos as a gift from a professional artist friend. The photo was absolutely breathtaking, and I couldn't wait to hang it up in my home. However, I quickly realized that Fracture only provides one way to hang their photos - with a giant screw into the wall. This was a problem for me, as I didn't want to mar my walls with a giant screw.

I reached out to Fracture's customer service team to see if there were any alternative mounting options available. Unfortunately, I was informed that any other hanging method would void the warranty and could potentially ruin the print or cause the backing to fail. I was disappointed to hear this, as I really wanted to display the photo in my home.

Despite the customer service team's warning, I decided to try and come up with my own way to hang the photo. I didn't want to return it or tell my friend about the difficulty, as I knew it would break his heart. After some trial and error, I was able to find a way to hang the photo without using the giant screw. However, I still wish that Fracture would provide alternative mounting options for those who cannot or will not use a giant screw on their walls.

Overall, I was disappointed with Fracture's lack of alternative mounting options. While the photo itself was stunning, the limited hanging options made it difficult for me to display it in my home. Until Fracture addresses this design flaw, I would hesitate to purchase anything from them in the future.

So, I got this glass print from Fracture Glass Photos for $70, and it's 11" x 14". When I first saw it, I was like, "Wow, this looks great!" But then I flipped it over and saw the back and the mounting system. It was just a key-shaped hole in the foam rubber backing and a drywall anchor screw. I mean, the screw was good, but the foam rubber was not strong enough to hold the glass on the wall. It tore and the whole thing came crashing down on our tile floor. And now, the glass is broken and my whole investment is wasted.

I went to their website and saw that the next size up has a metal grommet surrounding the foam rubber hole. That would have been great if it was part of every size.

So, I contacted their customer service about this issue four days ago, and I still haven't heard back from them. I mean, come on, guys!

Honestly, if I could give them a negative star rating, I totally would. This is just not cool.

I gotta say, I'm not too keen on Fracture Glass Photos. As someone who takes pictures and knows how to size them properly, I don't want to deal with non-standard sizes that no one in their right mind would use. I don't want to have to crop my images all over again just to make them fit into the processor. And I definitely don't want the processor to mess with my images and ruin the composition. These guys aren't photographers, they're not even professionals. They're just a bunch of dummies with fancy equipment who thought they could make a quick buck by going against the norm and selling their stuff online. Well, I'm not buying it. I'll stick with the real pros who know what they're doing and can handle my images with care.

I gotta say, I was pretty hyped when I first heard about "Fracture" and their glass printing game. I mean, who wouldn't want their favorite pics printed directly on glass, right? But let me tell you, the final product didn't quite live up to the hype.

I sent them a super high-res image and got a small print just to test the waters. And boy, was I disappointed. The image came out all grainy and washed out, like it had been through the wringer. I was so bummed, I sent them an email with a side-by-side comparison of their print and one I'd done on my Canon Pro 100 printer. But wouldn't you know it, my first email went unanswered. I had to send a second one just to get a response.

Finally, they offered to send me a new print to replace the crappy one I got. I was hopeful, but also a little skeptical. And sure enough, when the replacement arrived, it was just as bad as the first one. The colors were all wonky and the image was way too saturated.

Honestly, I don't think "Fracture" has quite figured out how to print on glass yet. And for the $30 I spent on this experiment, I definitely don't think it was worth it. I won't be going back to them anytime soon.

I was really excited about the idea of Fracture Glass Photos. I decided to get a few for my brother's birthday, and he said they were 'nice'. So, I thought I'd get one for myself. But, I have to say, I was pretty disappointed. They advertise that the photos are 'Printed On Glass', but it turns out that they're actually printed on the backing behind the glass. So, it's hard to tell if it's really printed on the glass or not. Plus, there's a black foam backing, which means you can't see through it or backlight it.

If you're just looking for a picture in a frame without a bezel, then go for it. But, if you're looking for something truly unique, this isn't it. I mean, their website shows 'reviews' from 'customers', but there's no way to actually create one. That's why I ended up on this site.

Don't get me wrong, they're not terrible. But, they're definitely not as unique as they're advertised to be. The pictures on the site don't make it clear that it's just a print under the glass. So, if you're looking for something truly unique, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

I recently ordered some photos from Fracture Glass Photos and while the end result was beautiful, I was left feeling disappointed with the overall experience. I had already spent close to 500 dollars on the pictures I wanted, which was fine and included shipping. However, I was not informed that I would also be responsible for paying duty fees, which ended up being an additional 70 dollars. This was a huge hassle for me as my budget was already stretched thin and I was not prepared for this unexpected expense.

To make matters worse, I had to drive an hour each way to the FedEx depot with my 3-month-old baby in tow to pick up the pictures in person because I had to pay the duty fees. Dealing with the unannounced amount of money was a headache all in itself, and to top it off, they would not accept cash due to COVID-19. While the pictures themselves were beautiful and a great job was done, I was extremely disappointed in having to pay way over my budget when it was never specified on the website. I was not too impressed with the lack of transparency and communication on their part.

Overall, I would recommend Fracture Glass Photos for their quality work, but be aware that there may be additional fees that are not clearly stated on their website. It would have been much appreciated if they had been upfront about these fees so that I could have made an informed decision before placing my order.

I recently sent a photo of my daughter who had recently passed away to Fracture Glass Photos. I wanted to capture her beauty and personality in a unique way. However, I was informed that they could only do the smallest size due to some reason that I can't remember. I accepted this and believed that the glass photo would still be just as beautiful as the original picture I sent. Unfortunately, I was wrong.

The glass fracture picture that I received was very dark and I could barely see my daughter. She was not dark-skinned, and the light in the original picture was not dark either. I was very disappointed with the final product. Additionally, there was no way to hang the photo. I had to put a piece of tape on it so it wouldn't fall out of the case they sent when I hung it on the wall. I paid full price for a glass photo that I can't stand looking at.

In my opinion, Fracture Glass Photos is a fraud or maybe only for certain people. Their commercials do not show any glass fracture photos of minorities for a reason. I feel like I was misled and I want a refund. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Overall, I would not recommend Fracture Glass Photos to anyone. The final product was not what I expected and I was very disappointed with the quality. I hope that they can improve their services in the future so that others do not have to go through the same experience that I did.

I gotta tell ya, I ain't too happy with Fracture Glass Photos. I ordered a picture of my cousin's wedding to be put on glass, and when I got it, it looked like a whole different picture. It was all dark and the colors were all off. I tried to contact them through their website, but they never got back to me. So I tried again a couple weeks later, and all I got was some automated message saying someone would call me. But nobody ever did. I'm starting to think this company is a total scam. They don't even have a phone number on their website, and the Florida dept of Corps doesn't have any record of them either. They're just trying to hide because they know they're selling a crappy product. It's only a matter of time before they go out of business. I already filed a complaint with the BBB, and I'm gonna take them to small claims court if I have to. And I'm even thinking about contacting the local news so they can do a story on these guys. It's not even about the $50 I spent, it's about the principle. They took advantage of me, and they don't even care. So take my advice, don't waste your money on Fracture Glass Photos. Go somewhere else where they actually care about their customers.
