Printerpix PrinterPix Review: Poor Customer Service and Delayed Shipping for Special Occasion Book

I had a really long weekend trying to make a book for my mom's 60th birthday. My whole family is flying in town for the occasion, and I wanted to make something special for her. I decided to use PrinterPix to make the book, and I paid an extra $33 for 2-day shipping. However, I was just told that it will take at least a week and a half for the book to arrive, which is after my family leaves. I have ordered from many other sites before and always got my items on time, but this time, it was different.

I talked to a sales lady and Eugene, who is supposedly the supervisor, and they told me that there is an additional 5-7 days for production. I was frustrated because this was not clear when I ordered. Eugene was not helpful at all and kept repeating himself over and over again. He could not solve any issue or give me any reassurance, just repeated the "process" they have over and over again. It was super frustrating.

The first lady I talked to said my order was out of production and ready to be shipped. Eugene said my order was still in production, and when I asked if the first lady lied, he said no, they don't lie. So then I clarified what she said, and he suddenly "couldn't give me an answer." If it is out of production, I should have my book in 2 days, which is Friday. However, Eugene was not able to help me with anything.

I asked him to check on my order and call me back to let me know if it will be here by Saturday, and he said he will call me back tomorrow. I told him I need to know by tonight so I can go get a new present if it can't be. He just kept repeating himself over and over again - very much the worst customer service I have ever heard. He ended up not even talking and then said he has already told me everything he can and he has to just repeat himself because the call is being recorded.

I am very disappointed with PrinterPix's customer service. They should have been more clear about the production time, and their customer service supervisor should have been able to help me with my issue. I want a full refund on the book, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Printerpix Nightmare Experience with PrinterPix: Unprofessional and Frustrating Customer Service

I recently had an experience with PrinterPix that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I had purchased a deal from an online group-coupon site, and while the price was good, the trouble I had dealing with this business was not worth it.

I ordered multiple copies of photo books, but when they arrived, they were not the versions I had selected. I tried emailing customer service for help, but their response was slow and unhelpful. When I finally called them, I was shocked by the noise and chaos in the background. It sounded like they were in the middle of a stadium surrounded by 50,000 other reps. I could barely hear the representative over the background conversations, noise, laughing, etc. Their English was poor, broken, and not clear, which made it even harder to understand what was going on.

Despite providing proof of their error, they insisted it was not their fault and that their computers or programming do not make mistakes. It was frustrating to deal with their unprofessional and shady behavior. After multiple discussions, they agreed to reprint the books for free, but I had to pay a $20 shipping charge via Paypal. I'm still waiting for the books to arrive, and I'm not holding my breath.

Overall, my experience with PrinterPix was a nightmare. I would never do business with them again, and I would caution others to avoid them as well. The entire process was unprofessional, frustrating, and not worth the time or trouble. I hope to never have to go through this kind of experience with any company ever again.

Printerpix Sherpa blanket 60/80 with photos on them

I ordered a 60/80 Sherpa Blanket on12/16/22 for Xmas with photos on it just arrived this week 1-4-23 the blanket is ruined with lines going through all the faces of the pictures plus there is a mustache on one of a female picture it’s disturbing I cried I made it for my Best Friend for Xmas it’s awful looking I went to call them to tell them about it you get a recording saying go on line then I saw all the bad reviews about all the people who never got there refunds and how there work was terrible I didn’t know I just want a refund ordered no [protected]

Printerpix Order number [protected] - personalised photo blanket

I ordered my item on 18:11:22 and received an update on 22:11:22 stating that my item was being processed {that status remains the same up until today when I attempt to track my order}. I have sent several e mails to request an update and there have been generic constructed responses to some, nobody has contacted me or updated me with regards to delivery times.

I receive e mails on a daily basis from PRINTERPIX with offers on products and initially, as I stated in one e mail, I was likely to proceed with more orders after receiving my original but certainly would not do that now.

I have purchased many items from many companies in the past couple of months but this has been my only negative experience and I am bitterly disappointed as this was a special birthday gift for my grandaughter, an extra that I couldn't really afford.

I understand about additional workload this time of year and postal strikes, yet I still have offers which promote delivery in time for Christmas!

I have read reviews which state that issues have been resolved successfully, however, I am getting nowhere with mine.

Desired outcome: An e mail or telephone call to say that my order is in the post, with expected delivery date

Printerpix PrinterPix metal photo

Cust. Serv. Req #’s: 1818874 & 1820482

I have made 5 unsuccessful attempts at reaching out to in regard to a damaged item received 3 days ago. I sent an email to [protected]@printerpix.com as soon as I opened the box and discovered the problem. No response!

Then the next morning (tuesday) I sent a written e-request for help as directed by and through your website. No response!

Tuesday afternoon (2 days ago) I attempted to reach your customer service via ‘live chat’ as suggested on your website. I was 6th on the cue. After waiting 40 minutes someone texted me and said they would be with me shortly, explaining that they were dealing with more than one customer at a time! This made no sense since what was the purpose of being in a cue if you didn’t get a human’s undivided attention. The agent never came back and finally got a message that a different agent had been assigned. This agent asked me to send photos of the damage, which I already had done. He said they couldn’t open the jpeg (even though your website says that’s how they want the images) and just robotically kept asking for them. I explained that I did not have computer skill set (i’m 75 years old) to drag the photos into your website. Then suddenly this second agent disappeared and a third name came up on the chat! This third agent got as far as saying hello, never responded to any of my replies and requests. I spent more than 90 minutes on your “customer chat” and got absolutely nowhere!

After the above fiasco, I sent another (4th attempt) written e-request for assistance from your so called customer service through your website. I believe I successfully attached photos of the damage this time. Still no response from you!

You present yourself as a reputable company on the internet. However, you do not accept phone calls (directing everything to the website) and then you don’t respond to requests for assistance with an issue. I expect the common courtesy of some form of response from you today.

If I don’t hear from you, I can only presume that you are not going to stand by your products. I will return the damaged item at my expense, deny the credit card charge and spend the next several weeks exposing your company’s behavior on social media. I am an old retired person and have nothing much else to do with my time.

This is not my intent. Please! Aren’t there any humans at you company that can address this and do the right thing? A phone call or a text would be nice: [protected]

Printerpix Photo-book

I'm not satisfied with the photo-book I received, as all the photos inside are darker than the original ones (on my computer) - so all pages are disappointing ; I sent an email last week-end to "[protected]@printerpix.com", on November, 27th, within the 7 days after reception (like written on https://pix.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/208805929--I-am-not-happy-with-the-quality-what-next-), but didn't received any answer yet

I'm quite sure I won't have any when I see all the unresolved complaints here...

Printerpix Photo book

I bought a Groupon for Printerpix for 3 photo books. I made the 3 photo books but Printerpix send me 2 of the books and 1 completely blank book. I contacted them several times before they responded back asking me to take a photo of all 3 books. I took a photo of all three books including the blank book and sent it back to them. But I never heard back from them after multiple attempts of trying to reach them. I tried calling them but I only reached a recorded message stating that I need to contact them on their website. So reached out to them on their website as well as responding back to the email they sent me requesting the photos of the three books. I've been trying to reach them in multiple ways for days now but I'm not getting any response back. Therefore, I sent them another complaint and more photos but still did not hear back. Right now I have two correct books and one blank book. These books were gifts but I obviously can't give the blank book as a gift. I would like them to send me the completed book that I made in place of the blank book they sent me.

Desired outcome: I would like them to send me the book I made instead of the blank book they sent me.

Printerpix Photobook

I recently got married and decided to create a photobook out of the images the photographer had given us.

So, initially it took ages to upload my photos, the website itself was a little slow and bulky.

It really did take about a month to arrange my photos across the A4 100 page booklet. Plus, you know people will visit and want to look through the wedding photobook so I made a conscious effort to include the guests and family.

However, once I paid for delivery.. in February, I would get these emails stating:

*** 18 Feb 2022

You can expect your order in 5 to 7 business days

Come March or April nothing would arrive and I'd have to reach out and ask where the product is. So in April I got another confirmation my photobook was on it's way.

***21 Apr 2022

You can expect your order in 5 to 7 business days

I was never able to see the tracking. They kept asking me to confirm my delivery address which wasn't the issue.

Printerpix would say they'll provide a replacement, which never came so eventually I decided to ask for a refund.

But to be honest, the photobook took such a long process and now I'll have to make another one. That is the main reason I'm so annoyed. Complete waste of my time. So frustrating

Printerpix Photo book X 2

PLEASE BE AWARE OF POSTAGE AND SPECIAL OFFERS
I ordered and paid for 2 photo books and was offered a free personalised marks, however when I completed the claim there was a charge attached to it at check out. I called customers services at least 3 times and decided to persevere with the wait time and it took over 40 mins to get through. I was advised to send an email and still await a response.
However, I then decided to ask them about the delivery time for my photo books and was advised that it takes 3-5 days to print the books and 10 days or more to post them.
This is not clearly advertised on the website as when at check out it asks what type of postage you require and states the time for delivery which is 3-5 days standard delivery.
I advised that the books are for a friend that is leaving the UK on 17/1/2022 and if I do not receive them on time it will be much more costly posting the books abroad. The response was that I should check this in the terms and conditions for delivery first, however I believe it should be clearly stated prior to payments and/or at check out and not be hidden elsewhere.
No happy with service and I will never use them again once or if I receive the books.

Printerpix Blankets & throws

I placed an order on Dec 8, 2021 & did the shipping to have it delivered before Christmas as they are Christmas presents. I got an email on Dec .11th stating that they were being created. On Dec. 14th at 10:34 am, I called & spoke with someone after waiting for 30 minutes & was told that my order was in the final stages of production. On Dec. 20th I received an email with a tracking number stating that my order had been shipped using FedEx. However, upon contacting FedEx, I was told that they had not received a package under that tracking number & that only a shipping label had been created on dec. 13th. I called Printerpix on dec. 21st only to be told that it hadn't been picked up by fedex yet & that I would receive my order by Christmas & for me not to call back. Having to deal with this company like this I want a full refund for myborder since I haven't received it yet and don't look like I will.

Printerpix Calendar and canvas print

I received my calendar completely crushed as it was shipped in a bubble mailer with no support. Unusable! Contacted customer support and... Yup. Nothing. Complaint #1591844

I also ordered and received a canvas print. The support wood at the corner was adhered to close to the front and it is bursting through the canvas. Contacted customer support and... Yup. Nothing. Complaint #1592198

While I did receive an automated email stating that my complaint was received, I also received another email asking me how I would rate the support I received. Since I have not received any support, I rated them 1 star (cannot do a zero), both were received around december 14, 2021.

Desired outcome: Replace both items!

Printerpix Holiday Cards

I ordered my holiday cards in the morning of Dec. 4th. My order number is [protected]. It is now 8:35 PM on Dec. 20th and I still don't have them. Since I work tomorrow, the earliest they'll go out, if I get them tomorrow, is Dec. 22. They will not make it to my friends and family before the 25th, none the less early like I'd hoped. I can not get ahold of customer service. I am so disappointed as it's been a few years since I've sent cards out. I will never use printerpix again.

Printerpix Ordered a custom puzzle...

Ordered a custom puzzle on 12/10/2021.
They processed my payment immediately.
Since this was a Christmas gift, I needed to get some tracking information or a shipping ETA.
However:
The customer service is easily the worst I have ever witnessed in my life.
All I needed was a simple order status.
1 week later… nothing.
Not from lack of trying.
I've called 7 times (each time on hold for over 40 minutes) - nobody ever answers the phone
I've emailed 11 times - not a single response!
I've chatted 3 times with "customer support" - all three times the agent could not (or would not) get me a status on my order.
Twice I was told someone would call me "shortly". Obviously that never happened.

This is obviously a well orchestrated SCAM.

It's a shame that companies like this "exist" simply to take advantage of people especially over a holiday.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Desired outcome: I'd love to get my money back, but obviously this will never happen

Printerpix Photo Books

Don't order from here. After spending hours and hours to create two wedding albums, which I was very excited about, it's been over a month and I still haven't received my item. I received a pre-shipping label on the 17th and it has yet to be updated. I've contacted customer service several times just for updates, via email, I get a basic response with no real remedy other than quoted shipping times that absolutely do not apply to my order as at this point it's well beyond their quoted times. I was able to speak to one representative and he told me my order was out for delivery? When I inquired about this as the tracking had no indication of this he said "your order should arrive soon!" When I asked for a tracking number that gave him this info he stopped answering me. I asked again and once again no answer. He just ghosted me. Then I emailed the company again with screenshots. No answer. Horrible! Save yourself the time and trouble. 😠😞

Desired outcome: I just want my books 😭

Printerpix Never received order

I'll never by from here again. I ordered pictures back in September and almost 3 months later never received my order. They couldn't track down 2 of the replacement orders they supposedly sent out (never received tracking info) and tried to do anything but refund me. Finally after 10 hours of trying to reach a supervisor I spoke to one and they said they would refund my money and I would receive a confirmation email. 6 days later I received an email saying a brand new order with a new order # has been shipped ! And I never received my refund ! I had to call my bank to put in a claim. Honestly there is something not right with these people

Printerpix Prints

Emailed several times trying to get updates, all they would say it's in final stage, that was 2 weeks ago. Did online chat 11/19/21 and again they claimed was in final stage. Told them to cancel and issue refund, they claimed would get email and would be delivered over weekend, if wasn't they would cancel and issue refund. This morning they gave me a big run around finally agreed to issue refund claiming could take 10 -14 days which sounds fishy. Will be notifying PayPal and Discover about.

Printerpix An order for Photo Book order #[protected]

I made a photo book online which took about 50 hours of my time. I placed the order Nov 6, 2020. I waited a couple of weeks and then called them to see when I could expect my book. I was told it would arrive shortly. I tried contacting them multiple times through their Chat but no one ever responded. I sent numerous emails but they only responded to say they received the email and then never followed up. So I called a couple more times and was finally told on Dec 21 that the book was printed and would go out that same day and I would have it for Christmas. On 12-28 I tried phone and Chat several times but got no answer. When I called again, I waited on the phone for 1hour but when I was 2nd in line to be answered, they cut me off. I called again and waited another 40 minutes and again was disconnected.
I called 12-29, they answered after 35 minutes and said my book would be sent out the next day 1 day shipping. I called again 1-4-21 and every time I called, the line was busy. The next day I called and again was told it would ship out the next day with 1 day shipping. I called 1-8-21, asked to talk with someone in the US (she was in India). She said she couldn't connect me but after asking numerous times, she finally let me speak with a supervisor who said she was in the US but I questioned her again, she admitted she was in India. She said she would send an email to the Florida plant and call me back within an hour. I got no call.

What does it take to get something that I ordered over 2 months ago? Please help. Thank you

Printerpix No customer service

The magic mugs themselves are fine. The service is atrocious! I placed an order for two different designed magic mugs in my cart, and they sent two of the same ones. I called and spoke to an Indian woman with a dog barking in the background. She said I ordered the same mugs. Not true as I place two different designed mugs in the cart. She said she could give me the other mug free but I had to pay $8.99 shipping. That is ridiculous because I paid for two different mugs but I went along with it because this was a gift. Well... I never got the credit for the mug or a callback, so I sent an email and got an auto response with a ticket #. I sent numerous more emails and no one ever replies. These people are scammers and don't do right by their customers and I have placed many orders with them. There are plenty of US companies that make these mugs and satisfy their customers so that's where I am taking my business!

Printerpix Customer service and still receiving my orders

Charged twice for delivery
Not received goods within delivery time and need them before Xmas - still waiting
Poor response from staff answering phones, unable to help, speaking to me in a different language
Offered 3 times a call back from a U.K. agent and never received calls
Unanswered emails
Emails no longer not being accepted as mail box is full
Complaints procedure is to the same mail box that is full, so unable to complain
Website advertises live chat, but it is not live.. this is just a list of FAQ with one stop shop answers
Now faced with a £73 telephone charge over 3 calls made to this number, local numbers are not advertised on the website
On hold for over 30 minutes most times, todays call was almost 1 hour on hold

Very unhappy customer and get get through to anyone in the U.K. to have my questions answered! Still don't have orders!

Printerpix Faux mink blanket

Hello. I ordered 2 faux Mink blankets. When the order was processed I had only one exclamation point for one picture out of 9 pictures. I received my blankets and one blanket was had 2 blurry pictures which neither had the exclamation point indicating that the pic was poor quality. No one emailed me or called me to inform me there was an issue with the pictures. I called and was placed on hold so many times just to be hung up on. I asked for the return process and was told that I could not return the blankets or get a refund and there was nothing that printerpix could do. I have ordered so many items from this company and lately the customer service and quality has gone down. How do you order a black print blanket with white stitching. That had been on everything ordered and was told nothing can be done yet again.
