The garage door was installed by precision only a couple of months ago. The remote has been working intermittently but today (Tuesday) the door wouldn't open--with my car in it. They said they could come out to take a look on Thursday between 9 - 1:00. Then they wanted to charge me--while it was under warranty. I recommend finding a company that has better emergency service!!

    Lost 1 remote control and call for a new one, but instead of getting help where to buy a new one they are sending a technician and the remote, for service charge of $79.99 plus the price of remote.This is a rip off.I just need a remote and you are paying for the service charge. To all future customers you need to think of this, that if something happened to your garage they are the only one who can service it. They don't know where to order a replacement. Disappointed customer. Olivia
