I ordered 3 new doors from Supreme Windows' salesman 2 years ago. In the first year, all 3 doors cracked down the side slab. They replaced all 3 doors. Unfortunately, the same thing happened to 2 of the doors the following year, and I learned that Centra was now the owner. I was frustrated and the poor guy who came to fix it took the brunt of my anger. They were not willing to do anything except to wood fill the cracks. I talked to a manager who agreed to replace one door. The guy who came back out was very professional, knowledgeable, and understanding. He showed me how to adjust the bottom of the doors and the strike plates if they needed to be adjusted again. He went above and beyond and said if I looked for square plates (all 3 doors had circular rings on the knobs), he would switch out the other 2 doors for a square plate, and that would alleviate any more cracking. He came back out and installed all 3 doors with square plates. He cleaned the areas when finished. Thank you so much! I appreciate that you came back the second time as I was not the nicest customer on your first visit!

Don't trust too much like I did! My walls were leaking water from my old windows, so I asked for a quote for rot and frame removal in the worst-case scenario if everything had to be removed. They gave me a quote for 2 windows for about 4K, which seems reasonable. The estimator told me that the quote was higher due to the extra work. All the other companies I called quoted about 2500 (without the extra work). So I thought, that seemed fair. I asked about what it would cost if there was no rot, but the estimator told me that it's best to stick with this quote and would reassess after the window technician took my old windows out. After all was said and done, they didn't have to do any extra work because there was no rot and damage, so I asked the technician about a price reduction because they didn't have to do all the work. Instead, they ignored me, charged me more than what I had originally owed, and basically said, too bad, so sad you *** for signing off on the papers. I would have been more than happy to pay for the damage, and I don't mind paying a little more for a reputable company, but at this point, even though the work was good, I feel taken advantage of for not being more discerning as well as misled by the estimator. In the end, they added a markup to my original quote which I didn't notice, and I have yet to hear back about why the price increased. Make sure you know what you are paying for! Won't be using this company for my future projects.

I am very pleased with the installation work done by Dennis and Damon to replace several old drafty windows. There is a definite difference in the room temperatures now. They were very professional about the installation and answered all the questions I had.

We replaced most of our windows with Centra windows years ago, and just finished replacing the rest this week. The friendly Kelowna crew did a great job! They made sure we were happy with their work, and cleaned up after themselves. Thoroughly sold on the product and the company.

Totally disorganised. The job site is a mess. No respect for our landcaping trees, bushes or plants. Supplies piled on Shrubs. Wood thrown on bushes and limbs broken. Hired *** subcontractors. took 2 months to install 6 windows and sliding door because wrong ones were sent. No end in site.

Trystan,Mike M. & Wayne installed windows in our home on Mon, Tue and Wed [Sep 13,14, 15 2021]. We were very impressed with their work. They were very professional, polite. patient, punctual and pleasant in their work and attitude. We are happy to rate their work as 5 stars [out of 5] and gladly recommend them to install windows for any interested homeowner.

In January 2022, Braden, Dallas, Robbie and Darren installed replacement windows in our home. This involved a fair amount of construction as two of the openings were enlarged. Despite the extreme cold and blowing snow they did a great job and were always very pleasant, informative and polite. They worked very well as a team. It was a pleasure to have them working on our home

We have recently had three upstairs east facing windows replaced by Centra Windows out of Langley, BC.. Our experience with Centra was top-notch right from the start. Installation was efficient and expertly handled...we hardly knew they were there. The windows look great and are of high quality. Trystan, Mike, and Wayne did a great job and my wife and I are extremely pleased with the end result. We have no hesitation in recommending Centra and are, in fact, getting them back to install a couple new doors for us in the near future. Thanks guys!

Centra recently installed all new windows in our home. Overall we were very impressed with the whole end-to-end process. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional, including Robin the estimator, Kelcy in the admin office, Alan who measured our windows, the install crew of Scott, Trystan, Tenzin, and Joe, Kyle who I met with afterwards as I had a request for some touch-up work to be done on the caulking, and Dave B. who came and did the caulking touch-ups. Hope I'm not forgetting anybody! The work was done on time, on spec, and on budget. We love our new windows and are very happy with the service Centra provided.

Centra Windows Kelowna! Darren, John and Damon K were so friendly, professional, talented and amazing when they were in my home replacing the front picture window. They went above and beyond, John was so great letting me pick the style of the frame and customizing it a little. All three installers were so courteous and patient with any questions I had. They all worked so happily and well together, and were all clearly very knowledgeable. It was just such a pleasurable experience. The team was great with my dog, they were just so friendly. Afterwards they showed me how to change out the screens, work the handles/locks and cleaned up everything from inside to outside. I would rate them 10/5! Definitely if I need a window again in the future, I will, more than gladly, call Centra and request the Darren, John and Damon K crew!

beforehand. The windows are not energy efficient and have caused my energy bills to skyrocket. I have contacted Centra multiple times to try and resolve the issue but have received no response. I would not recommend Centra windows to anyone looking for quality windows.

They put in 9 windows in my mobile home on June 22-24. When they left, I noticed they picked the wrong installation. Their way of installing made water go onto the building and they said the building wrap would fix it. I don't have building wrap. They made my home ready to rot. They also left big gaps between the window casing and the walls inside and didn't caulk it. I'm having trouble opening and closing the windows and the screens don't stay in the openings. I gave them $4500 and signed the contract on April 14th. I told them about the installation problems on June 25th and Ben and Damon came to check it out. Damon found even more problems than I knew about. We made a plan to fix the installation problems and he said he'd call me the next day to schedule a crew to come back and fix everything. I haven't heard from anyone. I sent texts and left messages and no one answers.

I had Centra Windows come to my mobile home to give me a quote on new windows and doors. The salesman said that the previous installer made a big mistake by not putting flashing on any of our windows and that the kitchen window was horrible. He said they could install a window in our bathroom and gave us a quote for 2 doors and 10 windows for $29117.98 plus financing. They came to install on Nov 7 2022 and started breaking and cutting the screens without asking. They kicked out the front windows with their feet and the front window popped right out of the frame. They took 3 days to install and didn't seal around the windows, leaving my mobile home open for wind, moisture, and bugs to get in. I complained about the poor installation, but they said it was not covered by warranty. Overall, I am disappointed with the installation and would not recommend Centra Windows.
