Prada want refund for fake goods

I have been been receiving these automated replies for months I am owed nearly £300 for a fake PRADA bag and LV wallet, which I returned via Royal Mail recorded delivery including tracking number.
Why can't the address below be investigated and some one stop them.

Our billing department is working on your refund process and has notified the bank. It will take little time for the bank to complete the refund process for your transaction. Because of all the steps involved; for instance, the merchant bank takes money back to card organization, then card organization takes money back to your card issuing bank, finally the issuing bank takes the money back to your card account. Every step will need time. Meanwhile, Saturday & Sunday are not the working day for the bank, so the credit card refund normally takes 1-2 billing cycle. Please be little patient and thank you so much for your understanding.

I have received the same reply to goods that were sent to me that were totally not what I ordered from pgagolfdirect.com. I was going to send them back to this address, although it's not the one on the invoice - that one is bogus, I'm sure. Having read your complaint, I don't think it will be worth sending them back.
I have put their names on [redacted].com and scaminformer.com but don't thnk there's much else I can do. They will, no doubt, continue to do this and have no scruples about doing so.

Prada Servise

When I paid by my credit card, I had told them again and again to swing the right currency because my credit card is a dual currency card. But they still swing the other one. I phoned to my bank to find out the situation, it was sure that the Prada made the mistake. Then I called to the Prada the other day, and they deny their mistake immediately and said that was impossible. Then I told them what my bank said, they ask me to bring back receipt for check and said I should talk to their store manager the afternoon, and their store manager is not always in the store. That day was a rainy day, I spend 10 euro to go to the Prada Hamburg. When I was there, they never check the receipt for me and still deny at first. And I told the SM the bank's words, she realized it was their mistake and apologized to me.
What I angry with is not they make the mistake, it is their service. If they check when I called to them the first time, it won't waste me so much time and money, and still not select the problem except sorry. I will never waste my money in Prada.

Prada deny mistake and accuse customer for lying

I spoke with the sales associate named Anastasia on the phone and inquired about a cosmetic pouch I wanted to order. This style is available online with the product code 1N0021_AIG. It is a cosmetic pouch with gold zipper and priced at $210. There are also many other cosmetic pouches available online; some of them look almost the same, except they don’t have the gold zipper that I wanted in particular. When I spoke with Anastasia, I told her that I was interested in the cosmetic pouch (item code 1N0021_AIG and priced at $210). Because I was aware of the similar styles without the gold zipper, I made sure that I told her the item code I gave her was for the style with the gold zipper. I also mentioned to her that there are many different colors (red, pink, green, grey etc.) available online. She checked her system in the store and she told me that she only had it in black. I thought it was perfect because I wanted it in black but it was not available online. Therefore, I placed the order with her. I filled out the telephone order form and scanned and e-mailed to her right away. For 6 days, I didn’t hear from her. She never contacted me to confirm if the order was received or shipped. Nevertheless, I received the order today. But, it was the wrong item. She sent me the one without the gold zipper. It was the same price and same shape as the one I ordered, but this one doesn’t have the gold zipper. I called Anastasia to clarify this, but she said the item she sent me was the correct one. Now, here is the catch: Prada uses same product code for different styles, but how would I know that? All the different colors of item 1N0021_AIG have gold zipper showing online, but the 1N0021_AIG in black that’s not available online has plastic black zipper. How would I suppose to know that? If anything, Anastasia should have informed me about the confusing product coding.

Okay, so the issue was clearly caused by mis-understanding about the product code which Prada made very confusing. This would be classified as a mistake on the company’s side. Therefore, I requested for return of the product and the shipping fee as well. Why would I be responsible for the shipping if it was a company mistake? However, when I spoke with the store manager, she said it was not a company mistake because Anastasia sent me the item I specified in the order form. I explained the whole story to her, and she said that I never told Anastasia I wanted the cosmetic pouch with the gold zipper. So, she accused me for lying!

The store manger even said a black cosmetic pouch with gold zipper doesn’t exist. Now, please take a look of this item online: 1N0339_2AIG_F0002. It is a black cosmetic pouch with gold zipper, priced at $195. This is the smaller version of what I ordered. Prada employees really should make sure that they know the products of their company. It makes perfect sense that I assume the 1N0021_AIG in black comes with gold zipper, too! Of course, the store manager dismissed my claim. During our conversation, she didn’t show concerns for the customer. When she was talking over me, I raised my voice slightly so she can hear the point I was trying to make, she got very unhappy and spoke with me with bad attitude. As I said, the amount of money involved in the transaction was very small, but the issue is serious that Prada has such a bad customer service both on sales associate level and store manager level.

I agree that sometimes those product codes get confusing. This problem exists not only at Prada, but at LV and Burberry as well as per my experience. Generally the service is excellent at the Prada SoHo store so I'm quite surprised that they were apparently so curt. I am not one for ordering over the phone or online as I prefer to see the item and handle it before purchase. As an inside tip... there is a woman, Denise, at that store that I have had the pleasure of working with ever since my original favorite, Michael, left for another venture. Denise has filled his shoes quite well and she's probably a good two feet shorter than him. Sorry, I do not know Anastasia, but I will relay this information to Denise when I return to the store before the Thanksgiving holiday. - Ema G.

I recently complained to Prada about 2 perfume sprays which had stopped working although the bottles were over 2/3rd's full.
Their customer service (e-mail) was superb and without any problems they have replaced both bottles with larger sizes and also sent an extra bottle aswell.

Look for a company listing in the BBB website to check out the company. You may be able to get a phone number. I tried it for you, but could not find a company called sun glasses in LA. You need the real name and phone number.

Prada perfume bottle refuses to spray

I purchased a 50ml bottle of the above perfume last summer in House of Frazer belfast, there is half the perfume left in the bottle but the pump spray will no longer work and i cant get the perfume out. I went back into House of Frazer Prada department but because I had no proof of purchase they would not do anything about it and told me to contact Prada direct, which I am struggling to do as i cant find their details online.

Wow! I'm not the only one with this silly problem! I see the bottling of the product was done in Spain. Italy outsourced this very vital part of the product, so now NOBODY wants to be bothered with fixing it. I imagine that ALL OF THE BOTTLE ATOMIZERS ARE DEFECTIVE! THIS IS NOT A LIFE THREATENING EVENT, SO PRADA WILL JUST SWEEP IT UNDER THE RUG.

THE ONLY DEFENSE WE HAVE IS TO BOYCOTT! I WILL NOT PURCHASE ANY PRADA PRODUCTS UNTIL AND WHEN I HEAR THEY HAVE TAKEN NOTE OF THEIR CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS AND OFFERED SOME KIND OF REMUNERATION. SUCH AN EXPENSIVE PRODUCT TO BE BOTTLED IN SUCH AN INFERIOR WAY! THE FINANCES ARE NOT TRIVIAL EVEN IF THE COMPLAINT MAY APPEAR TO BE.

IF THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, THEN WE NEED TO BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT DOES!

I am not normally one to complain but in this caxe knowing the cost of this product and actually like it very much am very annoyed and i dont see why I should chuck it away when the bottle is practically full and cloudy.

I was given a bottle of prada perfume last year purchased from the duty free shop at Gatwick, it has been kept in its original box the atomiser will not work and its gone all cloudy. Took it to House of Fraser and they said they would replace it but when she brought the new bottle it didnt match the prada logo so unfortunately could not change it. So i am now left with a practically full bottle of perfume which i cannot use. Very dissappointed. Please advice, alos there does not seem to be a prada direct website.

Try running hot water over the nozzle and poke a needle in it, it is probably just clogged.

Prada The soles are coming off

I purched a pair of prada sneakers from 724, fifth avenue New York 10019 for $313.93 after 2 year the sole is coming off the shoe. I have so much foot wear that they havent even been worn like that because i have other foot wear. I take this one as a lost but wont get me a 2nd time. I'll hit the knock off Africans on 28 th street for 40bucks then toss them to the side after 8 wears.

Prada they switch purchased item to different cheaper one

Prada Store in South Coast Plaza Mall in California - switched the item that I bought for full price and give me different item which is cheaper/discounted/past season. After I purchased the item from the new fall collection, the salesman took the item to the back to put it in a shopping bag and wrap it. At home I opened the item and to my surprise he gave me the summer collection item which was on sale. I paid full price for the new fall collection. He SWITCED THE ITEM TO A CHEAPER VERSION and he removed (ripped) the sticker price from the price tag. So there is a tag attached to the skirt without listing the price. I am very upset and stressed. His colleagues even covered for him to help him do the exchange. I am going to the store to speak with the manager. If the issue is not resloved I will dispute it with the credit card company. I bought a black skirt cost almost one thousand. It was wool and soft. I tried it on and decided to purchase it. He took skirt to the back and returned with shopping bag inside it a different skirt. Angry customer. I am upset. U shoud not trust them and check item again or do not let the item out of your eye sight. THIEFFFFFFFFFFFFF. I NEVER want to buy anything from Prada again.

Prada does not list a telephone number or email addess for customer service. If you have a complain or problem, you can only contact the same store that made the problem. It is frustrating that Prada official website does not list any contact details. So either the store solves the problem which they created in the first place (which the do did not) or you are ignored by the company and management. They want our money but we can not reach them except stores.

hi. i have a stressful case with prada losing my strap for a handbag and instead giving me the wrong strap. i was curious, were u able to resolve your case? have to called the corporate office ?

Prada broken wallet

rec'd a $500 prada wallet as a gift, had it four weeks and wallet broke.
had to take back to store which is at least 40 minutes away expecting to get another. instead they return the wallet and i have to wait for them to repair it. then they will call and I HAVE TO GO BACK AND GET IT. horrible service.
When i purchase an expensive wallet and it breaks within 4 weeks they automatically give you another. this is amazing. I will never never again buy or shop for prada. "RETURN IT for repair" ... wow. It was $500. This is not a normal policy ...Here i thought i'd just get another. I do not drive so that means i need to get another ride to get it. the initials on the front of the wallet came off ...Their error - certainly not mine.

Prada Poor quality shoes

I purchased a pair of £320 Prada shoes (on April 11th 2011) from Prada on New Bond Street.

After having worn them a few times, I found that my feet were getting black, from the dye or whatever substance was used to colour the shoes. The shoes have not been exposed to water and neither have they been polished.

So, I decided to return the shoes and ask for an exchange or failing that, a refund.

The first assistant that I spoke too, informed me that this was perfectly natural and that his shoes gave him the same problem. I requested to speak to someone more senior and was informed by the assistant manager that Prada do not exchange faulty goods unless they are returned to Italy for examination, which would require six weeks or more. She also informed me that she had never heard of this problem before, despite having been within earshot of the assistant with a similar problem.

It seems a shame that Prada operate a system that relies on one having to take them to court to seek redress, or for those too busy for this, to have to walk away.

Having conducted an online search of Prada customer care, I was appalled to find that they do not have a telephone or email address that one can use to address ones concerns. In fact, they do not have customer care.

I have learnt my lesson and will never shop in Prada again.

Prada Terrible Atomizer

I used my 50 mL bottle of Prada Amber pour Homme for about a month before I realized that I was losing product very quickly. I was storing it correctly and using it interchangeably with other scents, so why was the bottle nearly empty after such a short period of time?

Because the atomizer on the packaging is absolute crap. It leaks product something TERRIBLE. The leaking product left the bottle feeling oily and even left an oily mark on the wooden dresser where I keep my colognes. Then, the metal plate that says "Prada Amber pour Homme" just fell off one day. This packaging is complete garbage.

Prada never responded to my emails (not even an auto-response!), which seems to be a popular complaint with the company. Customer service is nonexistent. I would never recommend a Prada product and will never purchase anything from the company again.

Prada Scam of selling &authentic& items

I was from Singapore and I almost got scammed by this website which they claim to sell 100% authentic products. I almost lost my 299 USD to them. Luckily I decide to google about them a few hours after making the payment, I quickly report to pay pal and excalate my claim regarding this fraud. Pay pal agrees to help me and they hold the money that was about to transfer to the seller. I contacted the seller directly telling her I need my money back and I can't afford to be scammed. At first she reluctantly wanna refund me and she asked me to release the dispute made to her a ebay. Being an adult, I called pay pal and asked for their suggestion on what to do about this matter. Pay pal told me not to release the dispute and continue till she reply the tracking no. Again, I message her telling her I will not release and she have to make refund if not I will continue escalate this case as what pay pal told me to do. Finally she agrees to do a full refund to me. Thanks for the help PAY PAL. I feel so lucky for the first time. PLEASE! DO NOT BUY FROM DELUXEMODA.COM. They sell fake bags and not authentic ones as they claim.

I too have been scammed I bought a Prada purse from Deluxe Moda to find out it was a fake I had pass the 30 day return and thought I would sell it in Canada on EBay . I immediately got my listing cancelled saying the purse is a fake. I sent an email to deluxe Moda and they said I had to prove it was a fake. I elevated the claim to PayPal since I bought it through PayPal thinking they would not deal with fraudulent companies. I am waiting for a response. PayPal should yank their support and the website should make it known they sell replicas not authentic Prada. I suggest if you have a problem report this too who ever you used to pay Deluxe Moda to get a full refund and make them pay for shipping to get their fake merchandise back.. This is totally wrong to keep allowing this company to deceive people. If we all take action we can stop this.

Prada - Shoes, bad quality

I bought 2 pairs of shoes at Prada, one had a big rigid bow jutting out over the front of the shoe. Within 1 week of buying them, I was walking across a room, when the bows got tangled into each other and made me fall to the floor with a bang. There were about 20 people in the room, and 2 came running over to help me get back up on my feet. I hit myself...

Prada even we are still frightened of earthquakes

PRADA JAPAN decided to open all their stores. All office staffs are taking weekend off but they decided to make the store staffs work at dangerous huge department where are the worst place to escape to large land.
We just had huge earthquakes which was of magnitude 8.9. Most of people are still panicked I can't buy water at seveneleven because of sold-out. and we even dont know what is going on next. TSUNAMI doesn't come any more? How many people died or are going to? Are we OK now? could I survive? who knows? We still have tons of middle or small earthquakes even while midnight. last night I stayed at train station because most of trains werent working. I couldn't sleep at all.
I think other staffs might be still frightened of earthquakes too. Who can perform best service to customer when our loved ones and we might be going to die? PRADA doesn't care about their store staffs and their family.

wtf.. I gotta go work tomorrow as usual despite we can't get food at supermarket or seven eleven. what can I eat tomorrow... supermarkets are just empty. should I smile for customers in spite of exhausting all day?

the Huge earthquake happened on friday afternoon. the office staffs escaped and went home before they announce closing stores. so we couldn't take contacts with them and we gotta stayed at the store for a few hours during aftershock and the store manager decided to close. lots of handbags and shoes were dropped down from shelves. Why they can decide to open the store even they didn't concern of the store yesterday?

Prada Glass broke 3 times

Prada glasses...pay for the name not the quality. The arms have broken three times. The frame is no longer carried by Lens Crafters. LC will not replace them because they said I had them too long.. Well you replaced them for the same defective issue before and it keeps happening to both sides...now it is my fault and at my expense. Why do they think I should spend $500.00 again? Sure I will just click my fingers. Honor you product. You know that the frames were defective.It is called good customer service and knowing that you will only carry quality.

I bought some Prada sandals in the sale for £177 (£370) last June. I had worn them maybe ten times when the leather piece connecting the catch on the ankle snapped. I took them back to the London store for repair which they did free of charge. I collected the shoes without trying them on in the store but when I got them home I discovered that they had been repaired by cutting the length of the ankle strap so now they are too tight to wear. I have tried making another hole in the leather but although just wearable, still too tight and will give me blisters.
This is the fourth item I have had to return to Prada for repair, the others being sunglasses with cracked glass and two purses. Not impressed. Frankly, Prada, although beautiful, is crap and I will not be seduced by them any more. Good luck to those of you who are.

Prada Fake Fragrance

My husband bought a PRADA MILANO DAL 1913, INFUSION DE TUBEREUSE at the PRADA COUNTER COSMETIC DIMENSI EKSKLUSIFF KAULA LUMPUR INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT on 30/6/2010 for Rm:380 which is around $ 125 U.S. The tester shown to him was the original stuff while the final product which we opened is clearly a fake.I am a resident of India and cannot take it back to KL to return/exchange.It is sad that such a well known brand as Prada is unable to monitor the fake market to avoid it's clients from getting harassed by dubious sellers.Please see to it that the expensive fake perfume is replaced by it's original.I am registered on the Prada Site too.

Prada misrepresentation

Complaint regarding e-ciggerette. I called and cancelled my order less than 5 minutes after pushing submit. They told me that I need to read the terms and conditions. I responded that I did and they stated product was already being shipped. Remember I called them less than 5 minutes after pushing submit. Erin D. responded, I'm sorry we are too fast for you. Exact words. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she refused to transfer. Stated she was the supervisor. Mis-representation, therfore breaking agreement. I asked to talk to her boss and she stated she was not going to transfer. Exact words, I guess she owns the company. Very rude. They debited my account for the wrong amount and then turned around and did a reversal for partial when I brought it to their attention. They just broke their terms and agreement for over-charging. She responded by when you recieve the product you need to write down the rma number in which she gave me and return to them and I will pay the shipping and handling. If this is not done within the 10 day trail and it starts the moment you push submit, then your account will be charged $149.90. It may take days for you to get, but that's not their fault. They are running this scam, mailing late, so you won't have time to get it back to them within 10 days. But again, remember, they mailed it when I pushed submit. They mis-represented twice.

ATTENTION: PURCHASERS OF PRADO OR OTHER E-CIGARETTE "TRIAL OFFER" PRODUCTS--We are a law firm with attorneys admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New York, District of Columbia, Georgia and West Virginia. We have also appeared in matters in California, Florida, Texas, Illinois, Ohio and elsewhere. We are interested in hearing about potential wrongfully charged credit cards or debit cards arising from the purchase of "trial offer" e-cigarette products which were supposed to be mailed to the buyer for $0.00 plus $9.95 or $14.95 for "shipping and handling". We understand from this board and other sources that purchasers of the $0.00 "trial offer" were subsequently charged $149.90 and then $69.90 every month for e-cigarette cartridges they did not believe they had ever requested. We may be able to represent you in a lawsuit against the responsible parties. There would be no fee to you unless there is a recovery. PRADA FRAUD- LADIES BOOTS- SELLER NEVER HAS MORE THAN 2 ITEMS SOLD- LIKELY SOLD TO HIMSELF TO APEAR LEGITIMATE- THEN WHEN U MAKE YOUR PURCHASE HE GIVES YOU A SHIPPING TRACKER # AND THIS STILL TAKES 3 WEEKS TO GET TO YOU. UPON RECEIPT YOU OPEN A SMALL ENVELOPE WITH A WORTHLESS PIECE OF CHAIN. PAYPAL WON'T LOOK AFTER YOU. IOFFER IS A JOKE- THEY RIGHT IT OFF AS A DISPUTE BETWEEN THE BUYER AND SELLER WITH RESPECT TO THE "QUALITY"OF THE ITEM YOU RECEIVED. QUALITY ISN'T THE ISSUE. IT IS FRAUD: PLAIN AND SIMPLE.
