My first time wearing the purse I found out that there was a little scuff on the shoulder stripe it came with and also the logo is a little uneven. It's not MAJOR defect, but I still noticed it. I didn't have the box with me, and I was using the purse at the time so I just took it to the store anyways. Showed them the purse, and the Asian lady that was helping me, when I showed her the logo, she was like... "well no it's fine." And when I told her about the stripe, she didn't want to do anything at first after I pointed out how I couldn't have checked this at the store because it was wrapped, then she pulled another opened stripe from the back and exchanged it for me.

This store tries everything to get out of returns and exchanges. Makes the shopping experience really bad for a high end brand store.
