why in earth take so long to sent my parcel?

I was expecting a courier (credit card from Maybank), I did not receive it on time, bank approve it on 6th Sept and the delivery attempt says on 8th Sept but fail to deliver.
Here I would like to lodge a complain towards the person in charge of the delivery on 8th Sept ( IBNU from Poslaju Bandar Baru Bangi) to my place because he did not appear on the date and time mention approximately 1038am. Tracking number provide by the bank EG 813275601MY

I have the CCTV footage to proof that he did not attempt the delivery and he did lie. Kindly arrange my delivery for tomorrow as this is urgent and has been delayed.
Revert me the feedback or I will have to take it to the higher level.

Bila ek nak post out barang tu. Dari haritu cek still dekat pos laju dato onn. Dah 2 minggu kot. Tak baik buat org macam ni. Kalau ada apa2 inform la jgn buat senyap. 😌

My item status is still dispatch eventhough it already dispatch out since 9/9/21.today already 12/9/21 still not arrive yet..

Order barang melalui kurier poslaju.
Barang sampai tapi pihak penghantar tidak memaklumkan penerima.
Tidak boleh meninggalkan barang begitu saja tanpa makluman.
Mujur barang Masih berada dalam kondisi baik.
Kawasan perumahan adalah apartment, bukan rumah teres..jika barang diletakkan dan diambil orang lain bagaimana?
Siapa perlu bertanggungjawab?

Diharap pihak poslaju memandang berat isu begini untuk penambahbaikan.

Nak minta perjelasan dari pihak poslaju bandar dato onn.. Parcel saya sampai di hub anda pada 25 ogos 2021.. Sehingga hari ini bertarikh 11 september 2021 saya masih belum menerima parcel saya. Mohon pihak poslaju ambil langkah yang sewajarnya untuk masalah ini.

Mohon bantuan poslaju Dato Onn utk post out parcel sy PL492801776986 secepat mungkin. Dari 7 sep 2021 stuck kat sana tak gerak2. Parcel sy yg lain sampai sekali dgn parcel ni kat poslaju dato onn dah 2 hari sy terima. Parcel ni je yg tak gerak2 lagi. Tak tahu apa masalah. Call tak dapat.

Please ya poslaju. Improve ur service if u want to still relevant in this industry.

I have an consignment number ENB063021276 MY which has arrived at Kuching delivery facility on 4th September, 2021. To my complete anger I called both Kuching and KL for the past two days. Everybody was dead there; ie nobody answered the call. It was either engaged or just nobody picked up the call. When I checked the consignment again just now, it was out for delivery. Imagine the parcel reached Kuching delivery facility in 4/9/2021 but was on the way to deliver on 9/9/2021. What the hell of this service. Please immediately look into your ground staff who were just having coffee time. Simply a bunch of lazy people

Tolong lahh pos laju malaysia. barang saya dah nak seminggu stuck dekat pos laju bandar dato onn. branch dato onn ni memang bermasalah ke? nak tunggu sampai bila? tengok tracking sampai sana 3hb sept sekarang dah 9hb sept. tolong manage betul betul lah kerja awak. banyak dah yang complaint pasal branch dato onn ni. still tak improve improve. barang kitorang tu nak buat apa lama lama dekat sana?

POS LAJU BANDAR DATO ONN ~ Service TERUK TERUK SANGAT! Orang yang hantar parcel itu pemalas dan jerit macam hantu ? Ingat orang pekak ka? Keadaan COVID kes yang tinggi mana ada orang berani keluar ambil parcel dengan org sender yang tak pakai pelitup muka dgn betul?!Pakai dengan betul2 bukan pakai sampai paras dagu! Tahu tak orang itu jerit suruh KELUAR AMBIL! CEPATLAH! SI BUJANG MATI MAKAN TAHI! Macam tu... Satu kampung dah boleh dengar dah! Service yang paling teruk dah lah n org tu letak parcel aku atas tong sampah yang kat luar. Apa yang jadi ni... Aku bukan x nak sombong bodoh ambil parcel tu, aku nak jaga penjarakan sosial...

i waitting too ling time for my parcel， the service counter give me the number call for pick up the parcel ， but i had call 40 call ，i did't anyone pick up . Pos laju dekat dato onn ni mmg suka simpan brg cust ke? Dh lebih 1 mingu brg tak kluar2... Kalau korang rasa tak boleh nak buat penghantaran bagus tutup je company tak payah nk buat untuk penghantaran barang.. Menyusahkn je... Dah banyak cust complain tapi servis tetap teruk... Dah la aku call banyak kali tak nak angkat... Aku nak tanya la prosedur korang macam mana ya? Aku tengok kelaut semua... Kalau tak reti nak jaga servis untuk penghantaran barang cust baik ttup company ya... Jgn nk menyusahkn orang... Terukkkkkk

Barang saya dah sampai di Pos Laju Bandar Dato Onn pada 30.8.2021. Tp hari 7.9.2021 masih belum menerima. Pos Laju tutup sebab kes covid ke?

Parcel arrived at DATO ONN POSLAJU on 1/9. Today is 7/9 and there is no update on my item at all. Tried calling them basically 30 times and there is no response too. This is not the first time experiencing with DATO ONN POSLAJU but this been repeating multiple times! I need the item urgently as I am WFH. Upset with this type of customer service. What should I do next?

Kalau dah sampai sana barang tu, boleh tak hantar cepat sikit. Ni peram sampai 5 hari, ko buat ape ha? Lain kali jangan guna perkataan laju. Tukar je jd pos lembab. Orang bayar kot postage! Haish.
