Pos Malaysia Astro payment & reload tunetalk

1. I have pay astro bil acc no [protected] (Haliza Bt Junaidi) amount RM261.50. Still not updated in astro acc. (1.10.2021).

2. I have buy reload for my tunetalk number, still didn't receive any pin number to me to key in into my phone...amount RM50.00.

All the above txn...i pay using Posonline.

Hi pos laju...
Nie tak tahu kali yang ke berapa dah complaint... Barang saya masih tak bergerak gerak dah sebulan di klia.. Tolong ambik tindakan segera sebab barang tu milik orang.. Milik customer saya.. Bukan sehari dua, tp dah sebulan!

Pos Malaysia Late delivery of pos laju dato onn johor bahru

Hi, saya nak tanya kenapa barang saya dah beberapa hari sampai di pos laju dato onn johor bahru tapi masih belum di hantar kepada saya? Berapa lama lagi nak simpan barang saya? Dah kalau tak cukup sangat pekerja cari la pekerja jangan kedekut nak bayar gaji lepas tu simpan barang orang lama lama. Saya rasa saya guna posLAJU BUKAN posLEMBAB ATAU posPERAM. Tak kan dah bayar mahal mahal nak kena ambil sendiri kot kat dato onn sana? Habis tu kalau semua customer kena ambil sendiri barang yang pekerja pos laju ni semua buat apa?

Pos Malaysia tidak menerima barang dari pos laju bandar dato onn

TRACKING NO : PL744567407475

Parcel out for delivery pada 21 sept tetapi rider cakap tidak dapat menghubungi saya. Tetapi selepas dua minit, saya menghubungi rider dan dia terus menyatakan dia tidak hantar barang sy dengan alasan saya tdk angkt call. Sedangkan hanya 2 minit saja beza masa dan dia tidak meninggalkan slip utk saya.
Pada 22 sept dalam sistem update item out for delivery dan delivery failed sedangkan sy tidak mendapat call dari mana2 rider pos laju. Macam mana boleh terus update fail to deliver sedangkan tiada tindakan menghantar barang kepada saya. Tiada langsung panggilan telefon menyatakan utk menghantar barang.

Pos Malaysia Pos laju tak hantar barang saya dan claim barang hilang

Barang saya ada dekat pos laju dato on dari 15hb pukul 10 am. Masih tak hantar ke alamat saya, saya pegi ke pos laju tetapi staff mengatakan barang saya tiada.. servis sangat teruk!

Pos Malaysia Service

I did my parcel from Kuching with consignment number CD351976075MY to Labuan on 13.9.2021

... how come stuck at Pending of Kuching station from all the infor I get from the tracking of parcel info

and it is already almost 10 days done of it

Pos Malaysia Item not delivered to correct address

My parcel was posted on 9 sept supposed to be delivered to ezibox locker poslaju skudai but I was asked to collect from the post office but then by the time I finish my work the post office will be closed can't expect me to take leave just to collect my parcel. (ep831275421my)

Desired outcome: I hope they can deliver the parcel to the ezibox locker ASAP

Pos Malaysia Delay shipment from pusat pos laju bandar dato' onn

Barang saya dah sampai [protected] tapi masih tak hantar kepada saya. Kenapa service terlalu lambat? Harini sudah [protected]. Saya call tak pernah nak angkat. Teruk lah macam ni. Tak patut betul buat orang tertunggu2. Please take action. Tak malu ke asyik kena complaint je? Top management tak buat kerja ke? Tak nampak ke orang ramai complaint?

Pos Malaysia I have not received my parcel

I have not received my parcel, it is stuck at Pos Laju Bandar Dato' Onn. it's been 2 weeks and it's really important to me. please I need the parcel asap because it's a supplement. I don't mind if it is skincare or dress. please I'm begging thank you.
i have contacted the poslaju through e-feedback but they said that the admins are too busy. i don't know who to ask anymore, I really need that parcel now.

Pos Malaysia I am complaining about the delivery of my package

Since 14 september my package dispatch from pusat mel nasional and to the nearest pos Malaysia which in telok panglima garang. On 17 September already there, I personally go there and the office told me the package is out for delivery and it never came, nobody contact me and on tracking say delivery unsuccessful. Until today no response, it is very frustrating and i need my package before 20th and the pos Malaysia is so unreliable. I wish something could be done so my package can be delivered tomorrow please.

Pos Malaysia Parcel is still on hold and not yet received

Hi admin. I am a receiver of parcel number PL867375661455 which uses the services of Poslaju Malaysia as its courier. It has been 2 days on hold and not delivered to its final destination..I am very worried and concerned that something might have happened to the parcel in questioned. Poslaju in the other is Malaysian prefered courier and I hate to be the one complaining about the services that they provide to the masses.

Barang dah dihantar oleh IKEA sejak 5/9/2021. Sehingga ke hari ini, 15/9/2021, barang masih tidak dihantar keluar. Sudah hampir 2 MINGGU.

Pos Malaysia Delivery status

I am facing the same issue, the tracking status on Poslaju show goods picked up on 6/9 and pending at Poslaju Bandar Dato Onn, till today 15/9 I yet receive my parcel which I am hurry to use. And no one pick up call all the times.

I don't know what others channel I can get assistance.

This is very most fluctuating purchase experience I ever had.

Poslaju is really an unreliable organisation that's what I can say.
