My experience with Malaysia Post was terrible.

I bought a processor from AliExpress, and after it was shipped via Malaysia Post, I received a cable instead of the processor. It seems the package was tampered with during transit.

Later, I bought a smartphone from AliExpress in March 2026, and it was again shipped via Malaysia Post. The phone never arrived, and the tracking information remains stuck in Malaysia, where the system indicates it's being held. I believe it was stolen.

After these experiences, I completely lost faith in Malaysia Post. I've also seen many other customers report missing phones and processors shipped through the same service.

In my opinion, this is one of the worst postal services I've ever dealt with. I will never use it again, and I strongly advise avoiding it whenever possible.
