Pos Malaysia review: unsuccessful delivery

Hi sir/madam,

I felt so dissapointed with postlaju brickfield. This is not the first time happen. I should received my parcel by 10 jan 2020 as always keep up to date with tracking number.

Item out for delivery early in the morning as usual. I've been waiting for the whole day in office, even 8pm I still in office. But 6.30pm postlaju brickfield tag for unsuccessful delivery. How is it possible? They actually don't even do first attempt yet. I never received any call. At least they should notified me either by call or sms.

I've found out so many complaint about their poor service. I try to call so many times no one answers. Please do second attempt regardless whatever reasons. I don't have to and pickup my parcel. I will take action on this issue. Please deliver my parcel by today. My trecking number (erb181826627my)
