Pop Telecombroadband connection

Hi, i signed up with pop on 14th october. Money was taken immediately, go live date was 24th October and the date now is 6th November which i have been paying for broadband and still no service of any kind. I have made several pho e calls to pop to fix the problem but no luck. As i have paid for a service which pop cant provide breaching the contract, i would like to cancel my contract. Thank you.
