Just been told by pop telecom that ive to pay for the return of thie router, I have refused to pay to have their goods returned, so now they are trying the "bully boy" tactics, they have told me it has to be retuned to them at my cost, and I have refused to do so, so now they have escalated to a goods non return and are now wanting to charge me £80 for their router, and to top it, they are claiming that no time to pay will be given, so here we have a british company using american tactics, which im refusing to fall for, they seems to think that the consumer should pay so as to keep their profits up, but this is total exploitation from pop telecom which im refusing to accept... Poop customers relations if you ask me... Should be ashamed of themselves,
