I have spent thousands of dollars playing this game and I am fed up with it. I spent 40 dollars about 10 minutes ago and am broke already, lately I stay broke, I never carry over a balance since around 3 months ago, I use to win tournaments, the promo games, quest, I haven't won anything for months, and I am fed up with it, this game is rigged so bad that everyone sees it but everyone just plays anyway. Complaints need to be recognized and taken care of by you money hungry fools.

I just purchased a coin package today in the amount of $19.99 and was charged
$30.85. There was a discount offered today so I decided to take advantage of it. I have noticed small discrepancies in the past but this is getting ridiculous! Please adjust my account with additional coins for the purchase or refund the difference in what I paid and what was advertised!. Which was $19.99! Thank you.

I had $552, 000, 000 and some change. I collected 43 of my 44 gifts which O would had about $10, 000, 000 more rough guess. I couldn't collect the 44th gift said send ticket or something like that, I did now my total is $258, 043, 529. Needless to say I am very upset. Today is the last day of my club nd now I lost about $300, 000, 000 from some error with this game. Please reply immediately begore I post to facebook. Not meaning to threat just very upset my last day of club I am missing chances ofmaking lot more with the $300, 000, 000 taken from me.

For the last 3 days, my slotomania games have been freezing up. I have to go out completely from the internet, and then I have to sign back in. Then it will let me play for a few spins and it will freeze up again. Slotomania is my relaxing game and I can no longer play it and actually relax.How can this be fixed? I thought it was my computer so I had a tune up done, but it still freezes up.

I have played Slotomania for years - often several hours every day. At the moment I can only play for a few minutes as it freezes up all the time. i even tried to make a purchase and it would not go through. It is the same on my laptop (Worse actually) and my PC as well. It has spoilt my holidays as I have to go back to work and won't have much time to play! Can this problem be fixed. I keep having to turn off and come all the way back through facebook again! i am fed up and frustrated!

For 2 days now Slotomania has been freezing whenever I am trying to make a purchase, collect and send points. Whenever a message pops up asking if I want to share or cancel, I am unable to click either option and screen freezes. The only way I can play a game again is to reload, which if very time consuming. I thought it was my computer, so took it and had it looked at today and spent $60 to have them tell me that it is a problem on your end and not my computer. I have since talked with 2 of my friends who are having the same problem. Please get this issue resolved.

I have, over the past several months, submitted various complaints, mostly regarding the SPEED of the REELS "changing" during CERTAIN TIMES of the DAY and CHEATING players out of BONUS ROUND WINNINGS.

Well, Playtika is STILL at it! My complaints previously were because the REELS were FROZEN or VERY SLOW MOVING. They said to clear the cache...but having done that and nothing happening, I realized they were putting THAT BURDEN on the Players to find out WHY this was happening.

As of today, 7/15/19, and over the past 2 weeks, they HAVE adjusted the REELS. However, NOW, they are moving TOO FAST and you're lucky IF you can get ANY of them to line up providing you with a jackpot...ESPECIALLY during the BONUS ROUND ("scatter pay").

Hey, Playtika: FIRST, you were TOO SLOW or FROZEN. NOW, you are TOO FAST. Howzabout SOMETHING IN-BETWEEN?

I have a massive problem with your games website that I need to discuss! Please kindly call me on either of these two numbers very urgently to resolve these issues. I called the no on the website and waited for long periods of time after which the line kept cutting off!

I was falsely & wrongfully accused of using a bot & threatened with an outright ban! I do not & have never used a bot! I don't even know what a bot is up till now!

Right now I cannot even access the games site at all & no communication whatsoever to date! Official complaints raises have continued to be ignored to date!

Have I been finally banned or what? At least I deserve an explanation with a notification of offence which I have never received!

I will like an opportunity to put my case & complaints across to the appropriate authority!

I have purchased £ 14.99 worth of coins and now the game will not load at all. I have cleared my cache and uninstalled the game. However when I've loaded it back up again it does not open up. My account is connected through my Facebook. Email [protected]@hotmail.com. This is unacceptable as I have purchased many coin packages over the years. I want my money reimbursed or the situation resolves immediately.

This game is a trap to get your money, the higher level you are, the more expensive it gets, I've spent hundreds, with little return on my purchases. Beware, this game is designed to get you hooked and drain your finances. You don't even get anything tangible for your investment, nor does it allow you to play long, it's ridiculous and it's a waste of money!

I installed and played slotomania to earn credits in IMVU. The offer explained that I had to get to level 30 on slotomania slots casino to receive 12, 329 credits. I completed what was asked to earn credits for IMVU and did not receive it. I already contacted IMVU and they have responded stating the problem isn't on their end it's with the sponser or third party involved which is Playtika. What can be done to correct and settle this problem?

I have on two separate occasions had billions of my dollars disappear, in just a manner of seconds. I've spent $100's on Slotomania™ and it's highly frustrating to have over 20 billion and more than half disappear without ever spinning and then a couple days later around 70 billion disappear, without spinning. I will not say I won't play anymore, because I will likely here and there, but won't spend anymore money on lotto, breaking pigs, or mega spin @ $23-45 a pop, if I cannot get this returned.
