PlayerUp review: Scammers, they scammed me of $5665 for gotwic account which was cancelled before any exchange of gaming account details

I purchased a Gotwic account on Playerup website. The middleman became non responsive and I requested to cancel. The order got cancelled. When I wanted to withdraw my money, they refused to pay me. My money withdrawing kept saying pending for nearly four months now and I have contacted them many times, but they always keep saying "We are processing your payment blah blah..". They are trying to keep my money and don't want to release my money. you contact them on telegram give them the username, order number and what needs to be resolves. There response " Thank you. I will be at my workstation shortly here then I will check on your status" and your not hearing from them again. They pretend to be a genuine middleman service,
If any one wants to buy something with escrow service, avoid Player Up at all cost. You will never get or even see that money ever again. I'm surprised they are actually even allowed to operate.
