I listed my LBC accs in Playerup website and after the buyer paid for the item. When I wanted to withdraw my money, they refused to pay me. My money withdrawing keep saying pending for nearly a month now and I have contacted them many times, but they always saying "We are processing your payment blah blah..". They are trying to keep my money and don't want to release my money.
They pretend to be a legit middle man service website but they are just a trap to catch other people's money.
If any one who want to sell something with escrow service, avoid Player Up at all cost.
You will never get your money if you sell your things in Player Up.
Updates: I have received my payment. The delayed payment was caused due to some misunderstandings of my Payerup acc so the payment had been hold longer than normal. The moderator has fixed the issues and he made the payments to my btc wallet address. I think if anyone that has payment issue can always submit a ticket to moderator to solve the issue fast.

One of the safest and easy platform to buy and sell game accounts, for buyers you can first check your products/game accounts and release funds after you are fully satisfied with account. Moderators are very helpful. i will say this is the number 1 site on the internet for game accounts.

One thing Ill add though is be patient. Initially was going to write a bad review but they redeemed themselves. Just takes time for them to process orders.
This scam platform had banned me on the website, can not use and they took my money off.! I am not the only person who has this! I CAN NTO EVEN ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE! THEY TOOK MY MONEY! SCAMMER!
Ordered an account and paid with bitcoin. Confirmed payment with middleman, no response after a week. Contacted seller, opened tickets no response. SCAM. Don't use this site, I'm posting negative comments everywhere and looking at the comments here hopefully this site gets shut down.

I haven't received my money for over 4 months. I sold my account and buyer confirmed the account. They always had this issue, you have to contact them every time you want to do a transaction. And this time they aren't even responding. This site is a scam. Don't do business with them.
Edit: They contacted me, said they will handle the issue.

Great site they responded very fast, previous issue resolved Just remember, patience is the key guys Playerup is the best website for seller, buyer and trader and if you ever see scam just report them playerup take super fast action to those scammer! The best way to trade is through middleman to avoid scam!

Middleman received money, moved the ticket to cashout.
Cashout ticket has been there ever since without any payments. The middleman is out of reach and never replies neither on site nor on discord.
Its almost 2kUSD deals in total.

It's a shame! These are scammers! They steal their customers' money! And then they just ignore it! $130 was stolen from me personally and I haven't been paid for more than 7 months

I was the seller, with the buyer wanting to go through a Middleman I whole heartedly accepted this idea since with all my dealings with them they have yet to disappoint me!
Not only we're they really patient with me and the buyer, but they also laid out more options when a previous option was blocked... completely making the sale a whole lot safer and quicker!
I would 100% recommend people to use a middleman on this website since they are absolute saints!

Sold rush royale account for more than 300 dollars half a year ago, they said they will send me the money, i sent them the address where to send the money, but they were just gone, after i wrote a bad review they came back saying to take down the review. I took it down and never gotten any response from these scammers.
I'm seller for 2 years on playerup, there have been ups and downs on payment but this time since I required my cashout nothing has been send. The discord agent doesn't answer and telegram support read 2 times my messages and never responded.

They're legit but they can take sometime. They've been in business for nearly 10 years and besides speed issues, never had problems using them.
Told middleman about my situation regarding seller not having the item I already paid and sent money for.

Sold my account following there guidelines and got all the way up to we are sending your payment to your PayPal part and literally nothing for 6 months no payment no assistance no nothing. Filed a report on ftc to have website removed. I suggest everyone who has been scammed do the same it's fast and easy

Toward end of April 2023 there is no news so I have changed the payment method to Advcash.

Further update up til now still no response from Middleman. This website is scamming ppl money. Even though they charge seller they still do not pay them.

I paid 366 dollars for a 7ds account, there is no email listed for the comany, they had a live chat option but nobody ever replied, when I try to activate the order it says I can't even do that, the account still shows up as unsold despite me paying for it.

Don't use the site, if you don't receive your item, then they give you a credit. You can cash out the credit but will never see the money
