I used playerup to sell my last war account but I'm still waiting for the money. The buyer paid directly (they charged him even more than the price I asked for) but playerup took its time and didn't respond to conversations or my tickets.
The process is now in state of "Middleman wallet balance cash out - pending" for some time but the amount they listed is 250 USD less than the amount I've sold the account for. I asked for explanation but I'm still waiting for any response and even the money.
So like others already described their cases here I'm also convinced that this website is scam and I don't recommend it to anyone.
I'm still hoping that they will send me the money but we'll see.
Claimed loss: 1760 USD
Desired outcome: Please send me the money I've sold the account for.
