Im trying to get my money from playerup for months now and they just ignore me , they didn't want to resolve this and pay.

When i posted a negative they just suspend my payment and threaten not pay unless i delete the review.

I have been an excellent seller on playerup platform for the past 2 years , i have over 580 postive feedback. And sold more than 700 accounts , but each time i want to take my money. I face the same issues on playerup. Either they keep my money for months or they straight up ignore you .

To be honest , i used to cope with this as i needed the business but i cant take it anymore , this just bad business management and bad treatement for any seller on playerup.

Im still open to resolving this issue with playerup team if they like to do so . Hopefully i get my money from them.

On February of last year I went to PlayerUp to sell a Clash Royale account. The agreed value was $1700 and the process was going well. The account was handed over and after a month the money still wasn't released by PlayerUp (btw, out of the $1700 they pretty much "stole" (took) $300 as fee, which was higher than announced in their website, and I was going to only receive $1400. But I guess it was okay.

Fast foward a couple more weeks, the account I "sold" and that the new owner has been using for a month and half got banned (that's the risk of buying accounts and I warned the new owner about it). That's where the trouble started. The new owner came back to PlayerUp to complain and they ended up putting our case on hold. It has been 1 year and 8 months now.

The buyer and I ended up agreeing (all this talk was done inside their website, inside the conversation with the admin) to split the money, $700 for each, so that the trouble could end.

Ever since we decided that, over a year ago, PlayerUp never responded to us again. They robbed us.

I have sold an account on 08 Oct 2023 and was supposed to be paid by 11 Oct , I shared all the required details and after sharing i marked the order as delivered and submitted a request for payment, since then the middleman is unresponsive, and there is no virtual support from the website. Playerup is scamming the sellers.

i sold my destiny 2 account for 800$ everything worked fine untill the moment i should cashout my money the eta was 1-96 hours 2 months has passed i tried reaching the middleman on reddit/playerup site/telegram i got an asnwer 1 time on telegram and nothing more i keep getting ghosted,

ALSO HE KEPT SAYING HE WILL HELP ME IF I REMOVE BAD REVIEWS THAT IS ILLEGAL HE CAN GET REPORTED TO THE FTC FOR THIS!

I lost count to how many times they told me to remove my bad review to continue my transaction and il never remove my review again until i get my money. I dont care about my money at this point i only care about this website getting what it deserves. Theyve been holding my money for 4 months. A $#*! ton of false promises and ghosting. They have been doing this for awhile now not paying their sellers. I have had an expedite cashout transaction for 2 months now with zero progress. They just started to ghost me and many others. There is no hope and i urge everyone in the same situation to spread awareness about this website in other review sites. Dont forget to report to the FTC (https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/#/). If youre a seller and havent gotten your money please do contact your buyer to report to their bank. SPREAD AWARENESS EVERYWHERE. DONT STAY QUIET.

2 months after no reply they reply only after you write a bad review. Theyll ask you to remove the bad review in order to continue the transaction DO NOT FALL FOR IT. Its all lies and its gonna be an endless loop. I will spread awareness everywhere about this scam. They will get what they deserve.

150$ (after cut 130$) for 9 months, still nothing. If you think of selling things here, don't. Sure they provide the market so buyer is more likely to find what you are selling, but having fewer possible buyer is far better than having your money gone to a blackhole (to the middleman wallet). If you really want the market place then DO NOT use the middleman service, just beware of chargeback from buyer. Oh also they shadow ban people without saying anything if they owe you money. Beware.

Here's whats gonna happen to you if you decided to use their service;

1. They dont pay you

2. You try to contact them on Telegram/Email/Facebook that they provide

3. No one will respond ( if they do respond the respond will be like "we will have an update for you shortly" / "one moment here" / "I will ping the agent who handle X payments" etc.)

4. A week of nothing, then you decided to leave a negative review

5. They blackmail to remove negative review

6. You remove the review

7. Repeat from point 2

They have become so proficient in their deception that they actually believe they aren't simply a group of swindlers! I have had a payment pending since April 2022, and after a plethora of communications and messages, I have officially given up on the owed to me. They do not respond to messages, tickets, emails or anything, and are quite adept at swiftly cancelling year-long pending payment orders as soon as you leave a negative review of them. They instruct you to remove your review in exchange for payment, but trust me when I say that payment will never come. I have removed my reviews three times since last year, each time with a promise of payment, but have yet to receive anything. Please refrain from supporting such dishonest individuals who exhibit zero customer care or ethical behavior.

I recently had a truly frustrating experience with PlayerUp.com, and I feel compelled to share my negative review to warn others about their unreliable services.

As a seller on PlayerUp, I expected a seamless transaction process and timely payments. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.

First and foremost, PlayerUp failed to pay me for my sales for over two months, despite repeated attempts to contact their middleman support team. This level of negligence is simply unacceptable.

It's disheartening to put in the effort to provide quality services or products to buyers, only to be met with complete lies and non-payment.

The lack of communication from PlayerUp was particularly infuriating. Their middleman support team appears to be non-existent or unhelpful, as I sent numerous emails and messages through their platform and telegram, but received no response whatsoever, after they know about honest review about their website has been posted they immediately responded with threats to banned my account and they immediately did. It's as if they have no regard for the concerns and issues faced by their sellers.

I believe that the issues I encountered with PlayerUp raise serious concerns about its practices. It's important for potential users to be aware of these issues and exercise caution when considering this platform for their transactions. I strongly urge PlayerUp to address these problems to improve their reputation and user trust

Potential sellers and buyers please steer clear of this platform, as it is unreliable, unresponsive, Scam and ultimately a waste of time, effort and money.

There are far better alternatives out there for those looking to sell or buy their gaming-related items and services.

if you still see this review, that's mean I still didn't get my payment

I was the seller and sold one of my game accounts on here. The buyer and I decided to use the Middleman Services. The Middleman confirmed the $152 payment was made so I sent the account login information to the buyer. Now it has been over 2 months and I still have not received by payment from the Middleman. I followed all the procedures and submitted help tickets on the website. Avoid using this site, they are scamming people.

Sold account through middleman June 18. Had to write over and over again to get some respons from middleman. I was informed finally July 18 that I would receive my 87 dollars (account sold for 100$). I was informed my money would be deposited to my PayPal account within 95 hours. As of today I still haven't received any of my money and the page is down. I joined playerup so I wouldn't get scammed, but I feel I got scammed by middleman.

This is the third complain I make about this company.

This is the last one as it will NOT be removed or marked RESOLVED unless I actually receive the payment.

I sold an account with the value of 400$ on this website using their "Middleman" service the 06/09/2023.

The buyer received full control of the account ( I gave it to him ), and now they are keeping the payment, which I know the buyer sent because themselves confirmed it, and are not sending it to my account.

It has been months now, I have filed a few complaints, which is the only way to get them to actually answer to you because I have sent on the tens on messages to them and no answer. They keep contacting once you have left a bad review asking to take down the review because that is the only way to get your money, and from what I have read online this is the same they do for everyone. So each and every issue marked "resolved" is probably not resolved, just they have extorted the owner to mark it as resolved saying they won't get a payment unless they do so.

So I had bought a Destiny 2 account it was my first time doing so and I will probably never come back to Playerup to buy anything. Due to the fact I have waited for almost a week and no communication at all just a bad experience overall and I hear the middleman doesn’t even pay the seller most of the time so I would not recommend buying from Playerup

on wednesday (08/09/23) my account was bought, i delivered the details and confirmed delivery on my side, the following day (08/10/23) the buyer confirmed delivery. I submitted my payment details and have been waiting since for my payment. I have not been paid and playerup has made no effort to communicate with me about the sale after several messages. it is currently the 19th and im still waiting to be paid. meanwhile none of my tickets or conversations have been responded to.

I make a post selling an gambling account and request a middleman service.

Buyer pays for the account (It has been confirmed by the site) (They hold the money).

I deliver the account and change the order status to delivered.

Buyers secured the account and is happy about his purchase.

He also marks the status of order as delivered.

I provide the needed information for them to send me the money.

But I havent received anything and its been more then a week.

They have ETA of the payment and it was 24-144 hours, time went past this and i still dont have my money.

Now the website is down...

It's been over a month and I still haven't received my payment. I sold my own Pinterest account. Buyer confirmed delivery 6/25/23 and started using Pinterest account. But I can't receive my payment from them. They don't reply in telegram. And I haven't received any answer from support on PlayerUp website.

Ive used their middleman service and wanted to cashout but 3 months and i still havent gotten my money of $348. They give you false promises and words but all they do is delay the process. They will not give you your money. Ive tried texting them actively for the past 3 months but no results. They threaten to not do your transaction if you have bad reviews about them in review sites.

I wrote a review earlier about how they were not sending me my money even after two months. As soon as I wrote the review I got a response within one day. Now they've credited the money to the wallet but not sending it to my bank account. Even the credited amount isn't full which I asked about as they mention they don't deduct any money. I got no response as to why that happened.

And now it's been a week without my payment although they mention it takes 1-96 hours.

Their services are extremely slow and until now I'm not sure legitimate as I tried it first time. I'm not sure I'll try it again. After making me wait for two months it seems they're again going to make me wait a long time.

I've been begging for my $900 payout on PlayerUp.com since April 20th. I write to them on Discord every day. They just ignore me or promise to pay me today / tomorrow and ignore me again. He also constantly asks to delete the review and supposedly then he will be able to continue working on the payment. My patience has run out. You will also be filed a complaint with the FTC. You will pay a fine, and you are also waiting for a showdown with the police if you do not want to resolve the issue in a good way.

I warned Middleman that he would get a bad review if he didn't pay my money. After that, the intermediary immediately canceled my application for payment.

on 26th December 2022 i listed a star trek account on playerup.com to be sold,

On 31st January 2023 some one offered me $230 i accepted this offer.

He buyer sent his money to the middle man ready for me to hand the game account over.

After sending the game account over and the buyer being satisfied the order was complete, the next stage was putting the money from the middle man to my player up wallet which was never completed even though they stated it was on 2nd February 2023,

i have since requested for the $230 to be sent to my bank or pay pal account on several occasions with out any success.

Overall i have still not received the $230 player up owes me
