PlayerUp Scam masters, they're very good at it

They have become so proficient in their deception that they actually believe they aren't simply a group of swindlers! I have had a payment pending since April 2022, and after a plethora of communications and messages, I have officially given up on the owed to me. They do not respond to messages, tickets, emails or anything, and are quite adept at swiftly cancelling year-long pending payment orders as soon as you leave a negative review of them. They instruct you to remove your review in exchange for payment, but trust me when I say that payment will never come. I have removed my reviews three times since last year, each time with a promise of payment, but have yet to receive anything. Please refrain from supporting such dishonest individuals who exhibit zero customer care or ethical behavior.

PlayerUp Middleman Services

I was the seller and sold one of my game accounts on here. The buyer and I decided to use the Middleman Services. The Middleman confirmed the $152 payment was made so I sent the account login information to the buyer. Now it has been over 2 months and I still have not received by payment from the Middleman. I followed all the procedures and submitted help tickets on the website. Avoid using this site, they are scamming people.

Desired outcome: I would like to be paid the money I am owed by PlayerUp and their Middleman service.

PlayerUp Haven't received payment for sold account

Sold account through middleman June 18. Had to write over and over again to get some respons from middleman. I was informed finally July 18 that I would receive my 87 dollars (account sold for 100$). I was informed my money would be deposited to my PayPal account within 95 hours. As of today I still haven't received any of my money and the page is down. I joined playerup so I wouldn't get scammed, but I feel I got scammed by middleman.

PlayerUp D2 account

So I had bought a Destiny 2 account it was my first time doing so and I will probably never come back to Playerup to buy anything. Due to the fact I have waited for almost a week and no communication at all just a bad experience overall and I hear the middleman doesn’t even pay the seller most of the time so I would not recommend buying from Playerup

PlayerUp Middleman service

on wednesday (08/09/23) my account was bought, i delivered the details and confirmed delivery on my side, the following day (08/10/23) the buyer confirmed delivery. I submitted my payment details and have been waiting since for my payment. I have not been paid and playerup has made no effort to communicate with me about the sale after several messages. it is currently the 19th and im still waiting to be paid. meanwhile none of my tickets or conversations have been responded to.

Desired outcome: I just want my money. The 200$ is important i didnt sell my account because i wanted to.

PlayerUp Middleman service

Date: August 7th

Listing: Gambling account

Price: 200€

I make a post selling an gambling account and request a middleman service.

Buyer pays for the account (It has been confirmed by the site) (They hold the money).

I deliver the account and change the order status to delivered.

Buyers secured the account and is happy about his purchase.

He also marks the status of order as delivered.

I provide the needed information for them to send me the money.

But I havent received anything and its been more then a week.

They have ETA of the payment and it was 24-144 hours, time went past this and i still dont have my money.

Now the website is down...

Desired outcome: I want my 200€

PlayerUp PlayerUp Middleman - Payment not received

It's been over a month and I still haven't received my payment. I sold my own Pinterest account. Buyer confirmed delivery 6/25/23 and started using Pinterest account. But I can't receive my payment from them. They don't reply in telegram. And I haven't received any answer from support on PlayerUp website.

PlayerUp Scam website

Ive used their middleman service and wanted to cashout but 3 months and i still havent gotten my money of $348. They give you false promises and words but all they do is delay the process. They will not give you your money. Ive tried texting them actively for the past 3 months but no results. They threaten to not do your transaction if you have bad reviews about them in review sites.

I wrote a review earlier about how they were not sending me my money even after two months. As soon as I wrote the review I got a response within one day. Now they've credited the money to the wallet but not sending it to my bank account. Even the credited amount isn't full which I asked about as they mention they don't deduct any money. I got no response as to why that happened.

And now it's been a week without my payment although they mention it takes 1-96 hours.

Their services are extremely slow and until now I'm not sure legitimate as I tried it first time. I'm not sure I'll try it again. After making me wait for two months it seems they're again going to make me wait a long time.

They didn't resolve it. They blackmailed me to mark the review as resolved. Scammers. They've now moved the site to https://middleman.net/ so people can't ask them for money. Kiss your money goodbye they're never gonna pay.

PlayerUp Playerup.com middleman steal my $900

I've been begging for my $900 payout on PlayerUp.com since April 20th. I write to them on Discord every day. They just ignore me or promise to pay me today / tomorrow and ignore me again. He also constantly asks to delete the review and supposedly then he will be able to continue working on the payment. My patience has run out. You will also be filed a complaint with the FTC. You will pay a fine, and you are also waiting for a showdown with the police if you do not want to resolve the issue in a good way.

I warned Middleman that he would get a bad review if he didn't pay my money. After that, the intermediary immediately canceled my application for payment.

PlayerUp Was not paid by the middle man after selling a game account

on 26th December 2022 i listed a star trek account on playerup.com to be sold,

On 31st January 2023 some one offered me $230 i accepted this offer.

He buyer sent his money to the middle man ready for me to hand the game account over.

After sending the game account over and the buyer being satisfied the order was complete, the next stage was putting the money from the middle man to my player up wallet which was never completed even though they stated it was on 2nd February 2023,

i have since requested for the $230 to be sent to my bank or pay pal account on several occasions with out any success.

Overall i have still not received the $230 player up owes me

PlayerUp Can't take my money

I sold my Destiny2 account and they won't pay out!

3 Way Conversation srated after 24h Feb 24,2023 and buyer Confirms Delivery Feb 25,2023

And i never get my money

On Mar 25,2023, 11:42 PM they add the money in my Middleman Wallet Balance and tried to cash out and it have been Pending since then

4 months now and nothing not even 1 reply from MM

And they say noo fee but they take 78$

I've contacted them over and over but nothing never replay. This is a scam site. You've been warned

I've sold a GitHub Student Developer Pack through PlayerUP. they dont Cradit my account.Even I have 100% good revew.But PlayerUp not paid yet any fund even single order payout.They always say their Paypal Had problem send Us Invoice.Totally unprofessional Support.They reply in month and saying Like this " Your transaction is now officially complete. Your payment has been successfully scheduled to be sent and it will appear in your Account within an estimated 1-96 hours." Total Sent = $39.51.It,s Small amount for payout.They cannot pay.I dont worry about my money I Just wanna to review because next time no one gone Scam with their site. PlayerUp Never received orders

I used this website because i was looking for 2 things older discord accounts and a twitter account created in 2008 i got discord accounts for cheap on this website and a twitter account for $25 so i spent around $34 on this site and it’s been months and i never received anything from this website at all the seller said they never received anything and i never got anything i got a order confirmation email and i’m disappointed in lack of service i would like to get the accounts back i can’t get a refund due to me using lowes gift cards as a payment method i should have known it was a scam because of that but what i was looking for was hard to find so i wanted to try this site i know people who have tried it and it worked for them and their official support channels do not work i have read that if you leave a bad review on their trustpilot website they will reach out and work with you but their trustpilot got banned just terrible support i would be fine with this if they actually had a support team

PlayerUp Middleman not giving my money

I've sold a game account for $40, the buyer sent the money to the middleman, and I gave the buyer the account and password. It's been weeks since I requested payment, and the middleman still won't give me my money or even reply to my conversations.

The live chat didn't work, I waited hours and nobody will come and help me, it had an estimated waiting time of 30 minutes but it's fake.

PlayerUp This website is a scam and doesnt pay its sellers

Its been over 1 month, I've made a sale on the website, I've opened multiple tickets, tried to reach out to support, everything. They will ignore all your messages, they will not send you your money. You're gaining nothing by using this website as a seller. They ask you to contact support to solve issues but when you do, they'd just ignore your messages, You can clearly see they were only a few minutes ago on Telegram and I've sent them a 100 messages in the past few days. Nothing.

PlayerUp Payment not received

I already made a complain on this subject, they had me remove it or mark it as resolved. Well guess what, nothing is resolved, it's just their way to make sure they don't have a bad reputation so they keep scamming people off their money.

Keeping the story short, I sold an account weeks ago on their website, transaction ID: [protected] , the buyer made the payment (which was confirmed by them as well) and got the account he paid for. That is when the trouble began. I followed every single step they told me to, and yet I have received no payment and they won't even answer.

Now I am out of an account and I am short of 348$ (Which should have been 400$ but I won't even get to the part that they are keeping fees that they are not declaring).

The only time I got a contact by them, after multiple tries, was to remove every complain I had sent or mark them as resolved so they proceed with the payment, and then once I did remove them or marked them resolved they disappeared again. I am 90% sure that is the same thing they have done with the other complaints that are marked as resolved in here...

I just want the money sent to me, ASAP!
