Hello, please look at photo attached for details.
Stay away from playerup.com completely if you are selling items. This website offers a false service which will rob you for your money if you accept their middleman service. This website has had absolutely 0 response to me after several attempts.
- buyer sent deposit Friday April 1, 2022
- middleman then created 3 way ticket
- both buyer and seller confirm transaction Friday April 1
- website claims funds will be released after both parties confirm, and could take up to 1-44hrs
- failure to release funds as of April 10, 2022
- middleman has been non existent since they received deposit April 1 several attempts contacting
- buyer was charged additional $5 for the service, they got paid extra to steal the money
Desired outcome: I want them to release the $150 payment to me, the buyer sent it to middleman, the money is mine not for them to use.
This complaint has been resolved automatically due to user's inactivity.

Patient and Really Great at their Job!
I was the seller, with the buyer wanting to go through a Middleman I whole heartedly accepted this idea since with all my dealings with them they have yet to disappoint me!
Not only we're they really patient with me and the buyer, but they also laid out more options when a previous option was blocked... completely making the sale a whole lot safer and quicker!
I would 100% recommend people to use a middleman on this website since they are absolute saints!
Playerup is scam
This is scam site, they take money and never tranfer it to seller as they have no comback, I have instructed the buyer to claim it back from paypal.
They never answer questions, loads have lost money here and they ban you if you kickup...be warned you will loose your money!
I also found out today the buyer was charged twice...really great service NOT!
I agree. Playerup.com is a scam.
