It's been over a week since I sold my account via playerup.com's middleman service and I still haven't been sent the payment for my order 11192900248 despite the fact that the deadlines they set have passed . I've been constantly emailing, msging telegram support and asking on the website and it's thoroughly disappointing that they mostly ignore you.
I sold my account over a week ago via the middleman service and I still have not recieved my payment. I've been messaging telegram support that hardly ever replies, once they said I could expect an update in 24hrs and it's been over 4 days since.
This has been resolved and I have been paid as of 8th Oct
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
