I had a really bad experience with BuyGames. I bought a game from them, but I never received it and ended up losing my money. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this company. The worst part is that when I contacted their customer service to ask for a refund and inquire about their scamming practices, they banned me. It's really frustrating and unfair. I've decided to take action and will be filing a police report in the morning.

I recently purchased the Uncharted Collection game from BuyGames (buygames.ps), but unfortunately, I encountered some issues with the email and password provided. When I tried to sign in on my PS4, it kept showing an error message saying, "The sign-in ID or password is not correct." I attempted to log in multiple times, around 5 to 10 attempts, but it still didn't work. This has been quite a disappointing experience for me, and it has negatively impacted my overall impression of this website.

Además, cuando intenté comunicarme con el servicio de atención al cliente, no recibí ninguna respuesta. Parece que simplemente ignoran las consultas de los clientes y no se preocupan por resolver los problemas que puedan surgir. Esto es muy decepcionante, ya que se supone que ofrecen un año de garantía, pero en realidad esto resultó ser una mentira.

However, I encountered an issue where they required me to use a third-party account. After two weeks, they went ahead and changed the account, resulting in me losing access to the game. What's even more frustrating is that they didn't bother responding to my messages regarding this matter. In my opinion, this is the absolute worst place to purchase games. Period.

I don't know much about gaming, but I wanted to get my boyfriend a couple of games for his new PS5. So, I did a Google search and found two games that were pretty pricey! But here's the thing, I have no clue how we're supposed to actually get these games because there were no instructions for the PS5. And to make matters worse, I haven't heard anything back from customer service! I'm really frustrated and just want my money back!

I've been trying over and over again to access my account on the BuyGames website. I've reset my password about 9 times because I got an email saying that the digital code is in my account. But no matter what I do, I just can't get in. I've tried reaching out to their info team and sending them emails, but it seems like they don't even exist because my emails just don't go through. It's really frustrating because I've already lost my money and there's no way for me to get the digital code now.

This website sells accounts with games, not games themselves! And according to the customer support, there are no refunds! Don't misunderstand me, the game works and can be downloaded. But if you want to purchase the game through your own account, it's better to use official game key sellers or the PS store. Avoid this website. I will never buy from them again. I give three stars for the customer support, but everything else deserves only one star.

Der Kauf und die Installation der Spiele bei BuyGames funktionieren wirklich gut. Es gibt jedoch ein kleines Problem, das in den Geschäftsbedingungen versteckt ist: Die Spiele sind nur in englischer Sprache erhältlich. Das ist etwas ärgerlich, wenn man kein Englisch spricht oder lieber Spiele in der eigenen Sprache genießen möchte.

Wenn man dann den Kundenservice per Chat kontaktiert, um das Problem zu besprechen, wird man leider nicht gerade freundlich behandelt. Es ist wirklich enttäuschend, wie unprofessionell der Kundenservice ist. Man wird beleidigt und sogar ausgelacht. Das ist wirklich nicht akzeptabel und zeigt, dass hier wohl eine Ein-Mann-Show am Werk ist, bei der der Eigentümer wohl etwas überheblich ist.

Alles in allem kann ich BuyGames leider nicht empfehlen. Die Spiele mögen gut sein, aber der Kundenservice und die Art und Weise, wie Kunden behandelt werden, lassen wirklich zu wünschen übrig. Es ist schade, dass solch ein vielversprechendes Unternehmen so enttäuschend ist. Es gibt definitiv bessere Optionen da draußen.

I bought COD Modern Warfare from BuyGames and they gave me an alternate account instead of a license to download the game. So now, with my new XBOX, I can't download the game again because the seller changed the game's credentials and sold it to someone else. As a result, I lost both my money and that pricey game. To put it simply, I strongly advise you to steer clear of this website, no matter how convincing they may seem. It's a complete scam, without a doubt! I'm definitely going to file a report first thing tomorrow morning.
