Planet Fitness review: Rude and harassing manager

I decided to come to the 152 S Gary Ave, Unit 101 Bloomingdale, IL 60108 US location today with my friend since I'm trying out and seeing if planet fitness is a good place for me but after the way my friend and I were treated at this location I am 110% certain that I will not be joining planet fitness. The manager Richard made this experience by far the most humiliating experiences I've had in my life. We visited this location to meet up with another friend and workout, upon our arrival the manager stoped my friend and I and told us we had an outstanding balance but we assured him that we didn't have any outstanding balances and that we had got this settled in our last visit to the gym at a separate occasions where the manager there told us there were no fees and we were good to go because she had called. Well time went by we were stretching out when the manager came into the stretching room and raised his voice so that everyone could hear and said "you can leave right now or you can finish your workout and never come back, I have called and they said that you have never called and that you haven't even been at a gym for a long time. If you would've just been honest with me the first time I would've let you guys finish but since you lied you can either leave right now or finish and don't come back." He said this loud and clear for everyone to hear and at a busy hour. I told him we had visited 2 other locations and we had already solved the issue. This by far has been the absolute worst I have been treated. It was not only humiliating for me but for my friends too. I also have proof that I have been at other gyms before with my friend and haven't had any issues. We got the problem resolved and he stepped all over my dignity without letting us explain or pulled us to the side to speak in private. If someone could please contact me.
