Planet Fitness - South Africa — cancellation of membership
I have sent an email to [protected]@planetfitness.co.za on the 22-11-2011 to cancel my gym membership. My contract says I can cancel my membership at any given time, as long as I send them an email and they will process two payments from the month of cancellation. I have only had one correspondence from that, stating that I need to pay them R5000 before canceling. I responded with a note that the contract does not say that. After following up with them four times(telephonically and via email), my contract has still not been cancelled and debit orders are still going through.
How do I get these people to cancel my contract?
