I am extremely frustrated.
I have been a Black Card Plus member since December 7, 2025. Recently, a third party went to the club and somehow my membership was canceled, even though I never requested or authorized this cancellation. This should never have been allowed to happen without my consent.
The situation became even more frustrating when I tried to have my membership reinstated. I was informed that my original membership cannot be restored and that I would need to sign up for a new membership instead.
This is unacceptable. I do not want a new membership. I want my original Black Card Plus membership reinstated. I already paid the annual fee associated with my membership, and I should not be required to pay it again because of a cancellation that I did not authorize.
In addition, I would like to transfer my home club from Watertown to Waltham. My previous home club was located at 191 Watertown St, Watertown, MA, and I would like my home club to be changed to 108 Clematis Ave, Waltham, MA 02453 once my membership is restored.
Desired outcome: I am asking Planet Fitness to:• Reinstate my original Black Card Plus membership.• Honor the annual fee I have already paid.• Ensure I am not charged any new enrollment or annual fees.• Transfer my home club to the Waltham location.

That is completely unfair — a third party cancels your membership without your permission, and now they want you to start over and pay another annual fee? Absolutely not. You’ve been a loyal Black Card Plus member since December. You deserve your original membership back, with your original fee schedule and home club transferred to Waltham. Don’t let them brush you off. Ask for a manager. Explain that this was an unauthorized cancellation. You have every right to be frustrated — and every right to fight for what you already paid for. I believe in you. Keep pushing.
