Planet Fitness review: Refusal of entry to gym

I am a Planet fitness member as of February 25, 2021. I was let into the gym yesterday with no issues. Today, I was refused entry per Santino Chavez who stated that "I haven't paid". When I said everything on my bank account was correct and they can easily deduct my payments, he made the comment that "maybe you had insufficient funds", which is also not true. As per my contract, Planet fitness has everything necessary to withdraw my monthly fee.
Additionally, he and another employee, Pam, displayed humiliating tactics in front of other members, making me feel like I was the one at fault. I'm disgusted by their lack of customer service!
