I signed up in January I only went a couple of times. I had a change in life event happen to me and I had to move. I had so much going on that I forgot about planet fitness I haven’t gone since January. I tried to cancel online because I live too far from the Colerain facility and gas is extremely high but it wouldn’t let me cancel. I physically went to Colerain and told them what’s going on and they told me they canceled it. I asked them about the charges for February through may because I didn’t even go in any of those months and they told me I was taken care of and that I wouldn’t have anything to pay. They just recently tried to charge my card 152 dollars. So I called again to get some clarification, I was transferred to the manager Doug. He was rude , barely listened to me. I’ve already been told that I don’t have to pay for those months by his employees, he refused to follow what his employees told me was the procedure and then proceeded to just say yea I won’t help you. He was unpleasant and had very poor customer service skills. This isn’t the first time I’ve heard about rude services in this gym especially from the leadership positions
