I'm writing to report the ongoing cleanliness issue at the Planet Fitness location in Fairmount, NY. I have been a member for over 10 years and have noticed several problems, including:
Equipment that is uncleaned, dirty, and filled with dust.
Multiple buckets are throughout the gym collecting residue coming from the roof into the gym.
The bathroom is filthy and I won't even enter it anymore.
These conditions make it uncomfortable to work out and raise concerns about hygiene and safety.
This is completely unacceptable.
Claimed loss: Cancelation of membership
Desired outcome: If this is not addressed and rectified immediately, I will cancel my membership along with my families and extended family.
