Planet Fitness review: Overcharged fees

Hello, so I cancelled my member ship in June, I just saw my bank statements saying that I have been charged for the months of August and July. I cancelled in person in June. I need my money back as soon as possible.

Desired outcome: Refund on 2 black membership months
