Planet Fitness review: Membership

I recently made the decision to finally cancel my membership due to my responsibilities at home taking care of my mom since my dad paased.
I have mot been able to go for over 1 1/2 plus years but have paid my monthly fees and yearly fees.
So I asked if last months yearly fee charged to me could be waived due to my situation,
I clearly explained,
Nope!
I was told it had to directly impact my health! Really?
Like the stress of what I am doing isn't?
I will never recommend pf to anyone again,
Or be back.
