Planet Fitness review: Illegal charges

Signed up for month free for kids and told could cancel anytime without charge. They charged us before month was done so we quite and got no money back. Then they charged an annual fee on daughters closed account before it was due even if it was opened. Called twice and daughter went in twice. No manager Elise available. Told by employees it was wrong but only Elise could refund money. Talked with Elise today. She refused to believe daughters account was closed at same time and wanted physical proof. She also stated annual fees were taken out as contract said July 2, but yet it was taken July 01 early on a closed account. Annual fees shouldn't be taken for 2 months which I believe is July 6 if I remember right. Either way it should have been charged. Still refusing to give back our money.
