Planet Fitness review: I received hearing damage from fire alarm testing noise at P.F. gym

INJURED, MEMBERSHIP CANCELLED AND EMAILS NOT ANSWERED
HELP!
This is a safety complaint that caused physical damage to me at Planet Fitness 240 Motor Parkway, Hauppauge NY
The Planet Fitness person involved Queen B. Manager
On 3/17/2021, I mentioned to the Manager, Queen, of Planet Fitness that I wanted to report that I received hearing problems from the fire alarm testing they had at the gym a week before. Since that time, I have a loud sharp sounding hum in my ears. Since it didn't go away I thought it should be reported as a safety issue. I also stated that I was reporting this to her to protect employees and members from getting hearing damage at the facility and not for a lawsuit. She said I shouldn't be telling her as it was not her job it was Corporate's job. As a daily Manager at the gym, I said it was her job to listen. I said the alarm could be tested at the gym in the evening or the customers and the workers could have been warned. She said it was not her job. I said, as Manager she is the person I should tell. She said it was the law to test. I said there are laws protecting workers and customers from noise that load. She said there are no laws protecting workers. I said yes there is, it is called OSHA. Queen said, no there isn't and it is not her job. When I again said it was, she said it is not her job and there are no laws to protect workers. I said yes there is, it is called OSHA.‘.
I then went to the locker room and then the gym. After about 10 minutes she came to me in the gym with a male worker and said she spoke to the Regional Manager and my card was cancelled and I should leave because I shouldn't have had that discussion in front of others and I cursed at her. I never cursed at her. I got my belonging and left. When I exited the gym, I said I am not letting this go; you will be hearing from me again.
When Queen heard I had a problem when I first reported it; shouldn't she have taken me to a private area. Also, we were in the middle of the gym when she told me she spoke to the Regional Manager and made me leave.
I believe, when the Manager and Regional Manager knew I received hearing damage, they should have had me fill out an Accident Report. I believe someone from Planet Fitness should have made contact with me to learn what happened so they could prevent it from happening again to other people. I have yet to hear from them.
I feel my membership should be turned on again with an apology. All I wanted to do is report a safety issue to protect others.
After reviewing my years at Planet Fitness; I feel I was treated this way because I am a white, female senior citizen.
I feel the Manager, Queen, should be fired. If they refuse to fire Queen, they should send her to Safety Training, Sensitivity Classes and Etiquette Training on her own time without pay.
