Planet Fitness review: Manager "Ruthy" judgement of my bank account.

I have been a black card member for at least 5 years. Planet Fitness has to have a bank account in order to be a member. They have had my bank account access and access to my debit card since I first signed up. I am poor and sometimes the payment is made a few days late. It is ALWAYS paid from the same account regardless. They seem to have major problems at this location in Farragut keeping employees and customers because of the way we are treated by management. "Ruthy" even suggested that maybe I should just cancel my account with Planet Fitness since I can't seem to pay on time. I am paid up with my annual fee and monthly fees and I do not wish to cancel. I just want to get this resolved so that I can change locations and maybe not get picked on.
