I am getting charged even though I don't go to the gym. I went to canceled my membership and the lady at the desk didn't canceled my membership because I have to pay even if am not going to the gym. I couldn't get the membership canceled out. I am still getting charged for a membership I am not using. Due to covid19 I don't feel safe using the gym.
Since the pandemic I have not gone to the gym. Gym was closed and membership was froze. I didn't activate it therefore membership should be froze until is safe to go to the gym.
Desired outcome: Gym membership not to charge
I AM NOT GETTING BILLS BECAUSE THE LADY FROM THE DOS (DEPARTMENT OF STATE) SENT A LETTER WHICH I HAVE A COPY OF IN MY EMAIL INBOX. AS FOR THIS SITE HERE DO NOT TAKE THIS VICTORY AS YOURS. THIS ONLY WAS DONE THANKS TO RICARD FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF STATE, NOT YOU GUYS. BUT THE ISSUE IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL SHE, I, OR BOTH RECEIVE A TYPE/WRITTEN LETTER AS TO WHY/HOW/WHEN/ETC THEY STOP BILLING ME. SHE EMAILS ME AND SHE RESENT THE LETTER BECAUSE SHE AND I HAVE NOT TO RECEIVE ANY RESPONSE. THE ONLY WAY I KNOW IT WAS DONE IS BECAUSE I AM NOT GETTING BILLED TO MY ACCOUNT. BUT AS IT SAYS IN LAW IF SOMETHING IS NOT DOCUMENTED IS NOT LEGAL, TERMINATED, RESOLVED COMPLETELY, ETC.
