Planet Fitness review: Bad service

I’m disappointed with my experience at this location. Some basic machines I need aren’t available, and the gym is consistently crowded. The 9:30 p.m. closing time, limited hours, and frequent closures—including outside holidays—make it difficult to find a convenient time to work out.

The limited hours seem to concentrate everyone into the same busy periods. I end up wasting time waiting for equipment instead of exercising.

The online cancellation process was also confusing. It initially appeared that payment was required to cancel, while the option to cancel and defer payment only appeared on the next screen.

Better equipment availability, longer and more reliable hours, and a clearer cancellation process would make a real difference.
