Planet Fitness review: Discrimination and harassment

Review: Professional Misconduct and Systemic Discrimination at This Location
This Planet Fitness location is unsafe, hostile, and completely violates its own "Judgment Free Zone" mission statement. For an extended period, I have faced daily harassment and targeting from a group of white and Black members, which is actively encouraged and joined by both the gym manager and a trainer.
The harassment is based entirely on my personal living situation—a private matter that has absolutely nothing to do with the gym, its staff, or my ability to workout. It is deeply disheartening that the manager and trainer, who are Black like me, find it amusing to mock, harass, and discriminate against a member of their own community while allowing other members to participate in the bullying.
Planet Fitness leadership at this branch does not care about member safety or professionalism. Instead of addressing the harassment, management targets the victims. If you are going through a difficult life situation, expect this leadership team to discriminate against you and maliciously cancel your membership rather than protecting your rights. Civil rights are violated daily at this facility. Do not join this location if you value your safety, privacy, and peace of mind.
