Pizza Hut review: My manager

Good Day! I would like to complain my RJM on SM Bacolod Pizzahut. First, she cut our time duty, they didn't follow the contract on our agencies. When we signed the contact it says theire that the minimum time duty will be 8hrs but she assigned us only 4hrs. Second, they didn't give us the exact salary that we signed on our contract, we should get 7, 000 pesos every 15th day. The minimum wage is 475 per day if you have overtime then it will add 60 pesos but we only get 200-300 pesos per day. Isn't it unfair? not that we didn't received the exact amount but they also cut time on our duty so it will also affect it on our salary, they did that for years but no one complained their doings because they're scared. She also pressuring us the monthly goal income in our stores. The Mall hours is 10am so at 8am we need to be in the store already without having breakfast because we need to clean the store. we have 2hrs left before the mall open, we need to fix and clean the store, we've been working so hard but she doesn't want us to time in because her belief is we can only time in if the mall were already open. But how about the 2 hrs of cleaning? It will not counting on our time and that's unfair (so sorry for the other wrong grammar, I'm no that good in english) is that how they treat their employees? little they know how tiring and stressful they're doing? we didn't get what we deserve. She also laughed her employees if they made mistakes, but before she laughed she made us embarrassed and we felt small on ourselves. She doesn't know how we feel. She doesn't have concern on her employees. Sometimes, there are customers who didn't pay their bills because they see that we are so busy in other customers they left without paying their bills, we that assign on cashier, they made us pay the bills they blame us for not being attentative, so they'll deduct the bill on our salaries. How about them? they are their but why we only need to pay the bills? It was unfair for us. I hope they will get action to this cause we don't deserve this kind of management. there's a lot of problem in the store I just can't count on it. even the previous employees they have a lot of complains but they choosed to quite.
