I ordered a pizza 03/02/2017 to my apartment in Aurora, Colorado when my pizza arrived I do have a puppy understandable they get in the way. But Joel the deliverer of my pizza was quite rude by stating " Oh what you don't tip?" When I had asked for my change. I understand we have bad days in customer service but that was very unprofessional. Very upsetting and it will probably be awhile before I order another pizza from this company

Order was wrong, missing wings. Called store and spoke with manager named april. The manager argued with me for 5 mins how she had no conrol of online oreders and she could only respond with "i dont have an answer for you" i was never once offered a solution to correct my order. Instead i was told over and over how her screen doesnt show my wings on order. Yet i received order tracker text which i screen shoted to show i was being delivered a large pizza, 8 wings and a free hershey dessert. This was by far the worse customer service i have ever received. If the order was wrong, even if the "store screen" doesnt show my correct order as i was told, i still shouldnt be responsible for that, so next time i will just order dominoes pizza

After working a 12 hr shift decided to get a pizza! I walk in, place my order to go! ( Lg pan supreme, no onions, extra cheese, sweet tea) said it would be ready in about 20 min (about 8pm), go wait in the car. I go in at 8:17 and was told it'd be a few min it was coming right up. I go back out wait another 10 min, go back in give the girl my name. They're looking for my pizza, and can't find it! (I paid after I ordered) One girl asks if I'd like smthg to drink, I told her I'd already ordered one when I ordered (she goes to get me my drink) tells me not to worry about, so I told her I'd already paid. Said the computer "lost" my order! I'm tired, at this point frustrated, I'm ready to get off my feet! Another girl asks me if I'd like them to fix me another one! Well I mean I had already paid! I said "yea I guess so" I mean it wasn't like I was just gonna walk out! Go back out to my car, and within just a few min one of the girls was bringing me my pizza out to the car! (Whom was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!) Absolutely NOTHING was said about making it right other than the mention of a drink that I'd already paid for! 1 hour to get 1 pizza! I'm in disbelief! All of that trouble with ONLY a drink offered, and a cookie or brownie! Not big on sweets! It may be a long time or if ever, I decide to go back in there! Terrible experience! Worse service!

I ordered a pizza at 10 am, I didn't get it until about 1:30 pm. The delivery driver said he came to my door and knocked, but I was in my living room the whole day watching the Big Ten Tournament. I had to wait another 50 minutes for another pizza. When I FINALLY recieved my pizza, it was cold and disconnected like somebody picked them apart. The stuffed crust cheese was hard and nasty. When I called customer service they said they would have them remake another one. Once I called the store they had NO record of it. They informed me I would have to wait 3 DAYS. 3 DAYS to finally get something owed to me anyway. I really hope

On march 2 I called in my order for a medium pan pepperoni and a medium thin supreme picked up the order got home now the thin supreme was not good it taste like eating a cardboard box like it had been cooked all day and put in my box was the worst food I had ever eating makes me wonder if something else could be wrong of in it I call back to the store and was put on hold for 45 min on one ever came back to the phone

I order a pizza in pizza hut mansarover and the employee told me to wait for 15 mint after 15 mint i go to counter for my order till that time my order is not ready and the employee manoj misbehave with me nd m with my family that time... stealing of customer's financial / account information at pizza hut wapda town branch lahore, pakistan

It is to bring to your kind notice that Pizza Hut Pakistan (Chevron Wapda Town Branch Lahore, Pakistan) is actively involved in stealing the customer's account information / details through Card Reader. Last night I visited the aforementioned branch of Pizza Hut and paid through my Visa Debit Card. Almost immediately I received a phone call pretending to be from Call Centre of card issuing bank asking me details for no apparent reason i.e. the amount was nominal and transactions of similar / equivalent amounts have been executed many a times on said card. Above all, on suspicion I refused to provide the details to the caller and when I called my Call Centre, it was confirmed that same was a fake call. It must also be noted that staff of Pizza Hut asked for my mobile number as well again for no apparent reason.
Further, I also confronted the staff at Pizza Hut who admitted using my card twice on two different machines one the POS and another machine / reader attached with Cash till. I have also noted my complaint in their register. I am attaching the snap of the register as well the bill.
Please note that as result of the above I was forced to block/suspend my card /banking services available thereon.
You must take immediate and stern action against the culprit (s) after conducting the necessary investigation with intimation of the result to me.

I am friends with the general managers daughter and she told me that her and her mother share this account "I love Pizza Hut" the general manager not only brought up an old employees name but told him to sit on a [censor] and do a 180? Is this really who we have running our community Pizza Hut?!?! I saw this and had to post. I have also been harassed in the work place while being on the clock of Pizza Hut and that situation STILL haven't been resolved. This store is a mess and something needs to be done. If I don't hear back from Pizza Hut soon I will contact my lawyer and have him take action to resolve this situation.

My family is a military family and has long had a tradition of Pizza Hut pizza and movie rentals each weekend, but since you have become the new sponsor for the NFL, we will be supporting Papa John's pizza.
I am very disappointed that Pizza Hut is supporting those that disrespect our flag and the men and women who fought and died to protect our country! You should be ashamed!

I have a very big complaint
On February 14, 2018 I did an online order and my food took over 3 hours to receive my food...which is very rediculous and to top it off my food was cold and I spent well over $30. I had to call the restaurant several times and was told I would have a complete refund along with 2 $15 credits due to the error and non-communication on their behalf. I have not received my full refund or credit that I was promised. Please assist me with rectifying this situation

On 3/1/18 I placed a order at store #103 4002 Elton Way, Greensboro NC 27406. My ticket number is 18 server was Carolyn at 1:12pm. After retrieving my order I asked the cashier if I could get some packs of parmesan and she very rudely pointed to a poster and told me to "read it". I then say again "I don't want any dipping sauces, I would like the packs of cheese." She again rudely points at the poster and says "read that." So at that point, I signed the receipt and stated to her 'she could have just told me they now charge for the packs of cheese instead of being rude. She states "My manager advised me to make sure all customers read the poster so that's what I do." I tell her " but you don't have to be so rude about it. I then asked for her name and she states her name is "Morgan" I asked for the manager she stated the manager was not there but that her name was "Carolyn" name and she stated it was "Carolyn". Ironically my receipt shows my server is "Carolyn". She gives me the store number and I asked for corporate number because I knew the store number would send me to customer service to place an order. She states I would make the complaint w/ customer services and it would be sent to the store since they are a franchise. So after I called customer service and advised I needed to make a complaint, they transferred me directly to the store and low and behold the cashier that was rude to me answered.

Tonight my family wanted pizza so we decided to go to Pizza Hut since we haven't been in a while. We ordered the big box with wings. The only thing in this box that was good was the wings. When I ordered online it said ready in 10 to 20. I live 15 min. away. When I got home with my pizza it looked like it had been sitting all day, the mushroom looked old, the crust was all bumpy and the ends where crunchy and hard. The crust was also thick on the outside and thin in the middle as if the crust hadn't risen. I don't know if it was a new employee making the crust, but I have never been so disappointed. We had breadstick also they where even hard. Even my kids where complaining and they love breadsticks.

I wanted a Pizza Hut so bad so I went out of my way to be very disrespectful treated by I guess he was the store manager but the Young guy that was going to take my order was trying I asked for a personal size pizza because just me going to eat it he told me they didn't have any but I could get two pizzas for $5.99 each that's a special but I am the only one eating it so how much for one he said $10.00 so he asked the fat dirty looking man name James couldn't he give me 20% off one medium he said no after he just asked him about how long would it take for the personal and he said we don't have none with the worst attitude I said wow and left out the store.

I recently have had problems with the pizza hut staff in Pennington Gap, Virginia. I hope you will take my complaint into consideration. A woman was just recently fired from this Pizza Hut because the other workers were mad that she had more hours than them. They told everyone they knew to send complaints about the lady and got her fired. This woman has no place to work now and the other coworkers have been taking extra money from credit cards WITHOUT CUSTOMERS CONSENT! My mother happens to be one of the customers this happened to. The employee took several dollars more than what she had on the receipt and what she told my mother to pay. Mom asked the lady what it was and she told her it was a tip she took out. My mother didnt give a tip because she had just picked up a pizza, she didnt eat in. Mom asked to speak to the manager and nothing was done. I have also heard several others say this happened to them as well. The specific lady that was fired is going to the labor board and something WILL be done about this. I also expect you find some way to inspect this branch in Pennington Gap. This is not right. i will leave this review on anything i can until YOU FIX THIS, PLEASE.

I ordered pizza by calling the call center and the representative was very rude. She had trouble making my beef and cheese pizza after I said I wanted the deal for $20 which comes with 2 large pizzas (1 specialty and 1 one topping pizza). I told her I wanted a cheese and beef pizza but she argued with me telling me that I had to get a specialty pizza. I told her to give me a meat lovers and take everything off except the beef and cheese. When I went to pick up my order, it was a cheese and bacon pizza. They told me I had to wait 25 minutes to get the pizza I wanted. I didn't have 25 minutes to spare so I just got a refund. When I called and complained the superviser offered me $10 off my next order. Well, I just tried to obtain that offer and no one seen the $10 credit on my account. I'll never order from Pizza Hut again. The service is terrible.

The original order I had placed about 8:15 pm. It was an online request and it said the delivery would be 25 to 35 mins that evening. Which I took to mean I would receive my order no later than 845 pm, with a grace period. The delivery guy, who introduced himself as Derrick, came to the door at approximately 9:05 pm with an order of wings. That was only a 1/3 of what I initially ordered. He began to tell me he forgot the rest of my food but he would be right back, while urging me to sign the receipt as payment for the order. I informed him I would not sign anything he had not fulfilled. We went back and forth for a moment and then he left. He returned after 9:30 pm and I told him that arriving without my order was very unprofessional and asked what they planned to do to rectify the situation. He said "I told you I apologize and I brought your food back now can you just sign this receipt." Again, I refused due to his lack of professionalism and poor customer service skills. We debated for about five mins. He told me if I was not going to sign the receipt he was not going to give me my order. Also, that he had other customers. He left and took the 2/3 of my order back with him. I called the store manager and I explained the situation to him. He claimed he was aware of the incident and he told me the delivery driver should be at my door shortly. I informed him that Derrick had just left and took my order back with him. He offered to reimburse me for the order. Which is commendable, but how is it a reimbursement when I did not receive the order? Of course I would not be responsible for the bill if I never received my order. My goal was not to receive a free meal or a credit to my account, as I would not want either from that establishment. I wanted to be treated as a paying customer should be treated. With respect and courtesy. This was a horrible experience for me.

Placed online order at 530.. over 50.00 worth. Delivery time was at 6.00. pizza came at 620 after I had to call. Pizza boxes were bent, one pizza was smashed on one side. They had no peppers, cheese or napkins when I asked. Didn't ask for me to verify my card nor had a pen available for me to sign. I tipped $5 but it was bc he was nice. I could tell the pizza had been sitting there for some time.

Tonight I went into Pizza Hut to purchase a $7.99 pizza and they told me that I couldn't buy it that I had to order it on line that is the most stupid thing so I did not buy anything I just walked out it seems like a business would like to sell their product especially if they are making money . Everything you buy this day and time just about has to be online or you can't get it . I will never ever buy from Pizza Hut again there is no need in any company being that way. I can understand ordering things online that are not readily in the store but all Pizza Hut had to do was make a pizza for me but would not that's pretty sorry.

I ordered a pizza at 10:01 and didn't get it till 12:07! It said it was out for delivery at 10:50! And when we finally got it, it was cold and hard. I have pictures of the email and pizza and receipt. All I want is my money back. I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I was provided. I order pizza hut at least 3 times a month and this isn't the first problem i've had with it but nothing has been as bad as this my daughter was waiting on that pizza for dinner, I had to server her top ramen because she had to go to bed!

Like a week ago I ordered pizza and my order was way late then they send me a coupon for a free large pizza as a compensation, so yesterday I try to claim my large pizza online and my coupon was no accept I was charging me the all order, so I decided call to order the time for delivery was 3 hours! And the employees don't not how to take my coupon they pass me on the line for a manager 3 time and hand up, so I decided to order online my self paid the price for the pizza but instead take a 50% I was a especial and go to the store for carry out the price come out a 17 dollar so went I get there the girl in store said that is 32 dollars I was like what but I decided no to argue anymore my family was hungry and me I was a way time that I wasted trying to get my order and a the and I finish with my pizza hard bad a otro le service and paid the all price . I'm so disappointed that this happens to me, I love Pizza Hut and going tru this yesterday make me feel like I don't want to order from Pizza Hut anymore
