Pizza Hut unprofessional behavior from management black river falls, wi

I ordered two large pizzas, one medium, and broadsides by phone for me to carry out. I live outside of the delivery area and takes 15 to 20 minutes to get there. I was informed it would be a wait of 25 to 35 minutes for our order to be done when it was placed. I waited 15 minutes before leaving, then arrived and waited behind another vehicle in the drive-thru pick up the lane for an additional 10 minutes. The young girl Stephanie, was very professional and polite when I finally reached the window, I was given the total and handed her my debit card. She returned quickly with the slip for my signature and while I was signing an older man came to speak to her. I heard her ask, "why would I do that?" She never returned to the window, he came and grab the pen and clipboard with the signed slip, placed it inside the window and the told me "There was a problem with your order, it's not ready since it had to be remade. It will be another 25 to 35-minute
wait." I then asked him, "why did no one call me to let me know." It took me 20 minutes to get here."
After a brief silence, he laughed and said, "I am just kidding. It is a joke". I told him I did not find it funny, nor did I appreciate being treated like this." I asked to speak to his manager, and he replied, "I am the manager." Once he realized I was going to make a complaint he kept apologizing to me, over and over again. If I did not have hungry children at home, and I had not already paid for the pizza I would have told him to keep the pizzas. How could this person be a manager? The workers under him must be miserable and afraid of standing up to him. This happened on 11/04/17 at 06:12 pm. The following day, I looked at my banking account and was not surprised to see that I was charged twice for my order. I quickly got hold of my bank and the second charge of $34.77 was credited to my account. At this time, I am not confident that anything will be done to resolve my issue. We live in a very small town, and if he remains working as an employee there will be no way I would trust buying food from this, the only pizza placed within the 45-mile radius again. I do want a refund, a lifetime of free food is what my daughter says will be fair. Is it too much to want to be treated with respect? We are of Native American ethnicity, maybe that's why he felt he would get away with it.

While the joke he made was in poor taste and they should not have charged you twice, he apologized and your bank credited you for the second charge.

You received and ate the pizza you paid for and therefore do not deserve a refund. I'm assuming you're joking about the lifetime of free food because that would be pretty high on the list of the dumbest things I have ever heard from a customer. Any patron would never be worth that.

Pizza Hut charging for extra cheese and not mentioning extra charge

Pizza hut in north Muskegon mi 49445 has been a restaurant my family has been using for many many years. The last few months have made me not want to return. It is ridiculous that I can purchase a medium deluxe pizza for 6.99 but if I want nothing on it but extra cheese I am charged 2.00 more. 2.00 extra on a pizza that only costs 6.99 is a total rip off. I was charged this up charge 3 different times and never once told about it until I finally noticed and questioned them. There were no apologies that they had been ripping me off by not telling me. I wouldn't even have to ASN for extra cheese if you put enough on to begin with. I see holes all over the top of the pizza when j get only cheese because there isn't enough yo cover the top. Little Caesars and dominoes plus many others put way more cheese on to start and if I ask for extra there is no charge. Keep it up and they will become me new favorite.

Technically extra cheese is considered an add-on/topping (at least at my local Domino's and Papa Johns). It is your responsibility to ask if there is a cost whenever you are asking for something that isn't already included.

Pizza Hut employee of store 6090 winchester rd memphis, tn

I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza on 11/6/15 at 7:30pm from this location. Order number 3171106193038001184007881. When I went to pick up my pizza I was told by the female cashier on schedule that night that there was no order placed for me. I gave her my name and phone number. I returned home and called Pizza Hut at [protected] and let them know that my order was not found at the Winchester Rd store even though I received a confirmation email. The employee on the phone called the store and the female cashier that spoke to me at the store earlier answered. She first told the employee on the phone that I asked to have my pizza paid for. I let her know that isn't what happened. She clicked back over to the female employee in the store who then told her that I never came for my pizza. I hung up and returned to the store, frustrated at this point. I spoke to the same cashier when I entered the store. She found my order, and gave it to me. I received no explanation or apology for the inconvenience. The only thing she said to me was that my pizza was covered when i tried to pay. I come to this location regularly and have had this cashier before. She has never given me issues like this, so I would love to know what happened this night.

It sounds like a one-time isolated mistake. While she should have apologized, she did more than what was required by giving you the pizza for free. I don't see how your situation could be resolved any further.

Pizza Hut my pizza order

Hi I ordered online pizzas and cinnamon sticks got there paid for my order which wasn't ready I then observed the young lady to go straight from the cash register to the cut table no hand washing or anything I then asked the Mgn and no apology or anything just told her to wash her hands but she still didn't listen she continued cutting and boxing pizza he still had the nerve to ask me did I just want the order or him to make it I was so upset cause he did not acknowledge me as the customer or even try to apologize or such and left still upset but I still went to another store and purchased some

Pizza Hut foreign object on pizza

Hi, i ordered two regular pizza via online for my family which includes kids on 7/11/17 at around 9pm. While, serving the pizza for kids my mother noticed a piece of plastic which was probably cooked together with the pizza (based on the appearance). This is really ridiculous as it was a big piece of plastic and I am curious that the staff did not notice it. As a doctor, i am really concerned in this matter as it i am pretty sure that the chemicals from the plastic had already been mixed with the pizza and that pizza was almost being served to the kids. How good is the quality control service that pizza hut is dealing with?.
Furthermore, i called and spoken to the HQ manager in charge (name not to mentioned here) at around 10pm and that person said he will contact the branch manager in-charge of the outlet that delivered the pizza. After almost an hour waiting, i didnt receive any call from anyone. I called back the HQ and requested for the branch number. Then, I called the branch and spoke to the manager on duty (name not to mentioned here), surprisingly the manager on duty was questioning me on what was my complaint. I never knew pizza hut communication service will be this efficient. And again I had to explain the same thing to the branch manager. After almost one hour dealing this, the manager then told that he will replace the pizza immediately which i really felt useless for me to accept it as the time was almost 11pm and its time for bed and not dinner.
I am really disappointed with Pizza Hut, the service and how quick they respond to a complaint. I take this matter serious as it involves health concern of the food served for kids.
I am expecting an effective respond and action from the management team regarding this matter. Do revert to me as soon as possible. Thank You.

Pizza Hut terrible service

I made an order through your store at 2508 Preston Hwy, Louisville, KY 40217. Last time I ordered from them, over a year ago, they never delivered my pizza. An hour later, I finally called to find out what was going on with my order and they said, "sorry, we don't deliver to your area." They had never bothered calling me to let me know that I wasn't going to get my order.

Last night, I decided to give the store a second chance. I ordered my pizza at 6:40 pm when my sons and I put on a movie. Your app quoted me a 25-35 min wait time. After an hour, I called your store to find out if they were ignoring my order, again. The woman who answered the phone said it was out for delivery. 45 minutes go by and I still didn't have my order. I was about to call the store again to cancel the order when your delivery guy finally arrived. When my food finally arrived it was cold and missing items, like the sauces for the wings and breadsticks.

Typically, I won't waste my time complaining about a delivery service. I understand that stores can get backed up, and there can be unforeseen delays. I understand that things can be forgotten in the middle of a rush like that. But, put everything together, and the service was completely unacceptable. I was charged $30 for cold food that was late, and not even my complete order. On top of it all, the woman answering the phones lied to me about my order being out for delivery; and, when I called back to the store to complain to a manager, I was left on hold for ten minutes before I finally hung up.

I won't be ordering from your stores anytime soon and I'll warn my friends to stay away from the terrible service at your store.

Pizza Hut customer service

Tried to order pizza November 4th by phone at your Rainbow City Alabama location no one would answer phone when they picked up they hung phone up it was around 630pm to 7pm. I had been sick before so i had to get dressed go down there. There were no customers inside . When i got approached i told the man could have been manager that i had been trying to call he started getting smart saying phone had been ringing off hook and all he had was thin crust pizza which was on a Saturday night.I just said never mind and walked out door tripped nearly fell on rug and all my change in wallet fell out on ground so I had to pick up. He never came out to check on me I was so upset. Left withNo pizza and was driving through Burger King to get food and your pizza hut truck was behind me ordering food in line. Real busy huh! It is a shame you cant call and complain no one will answer Customer service phone either. Many more times doing this to customers and you will close because Iput on Fb and everyone else commented and has had experiences in this store. I will change pizza place for sure.

Pizza Hut pizza

This is the second time this pizza hut has provided me a terrible pizza. This time, in particular, Friday, November 3, I had ordered a stuffed crust pizza on the mobile app. I picked the pizza up within the 10-minute window they provided, but the pizza was barely warm. Upon arriving at home I learned that the pizza was definitely not stuffed crust. I double checked my order and I had indeed ordered stuffed crust. I had to drive all the way back to the store and wait an additional 20 minutes for them to make me a correct pizza. They did offer to provide me a credit attached to a phone number, but they didn't offer the pizza for free that night for my trouble and I have no plans to ever use that Pizza Hut again, so the credit is not very useful to me.

Pizza Hut stealing

The store manager by the name of (Marie Hudson), and an delivery driver (named Kelly Denman) have been stealing money from loyal customers, writing in fake tip amounts on various receipt. This has been on going, but the district manager has yet to look into this matter. Issues at this location has been swept under the rug and no actions have been taken. They have been going against the companies policy for quite a while. Kelly Denman has been using the store managers password to steal money, and also hangs up on customers over the telephone. Also, Both have been stealing food, drinks, and making money off of it with customers going against store policy. There is discrimination and favoritism that has been on going and the company reuses to look into this issue. There should be a secret customer that comes in the store more often, or the district managers at this stores location should be more active and check in on their employees more often. The manager at this location should be demoted or terminated, as well as the delivery driver (Kelly Denman) for discrimination and favoritism, and as well as stealing from loyal customers.

The store manger at 1032 s Oliver pizza hut and another co-worker thats a driver has been harassing me while i am trying to notify the website and get corporate involved with the discrimination going on at the store. they have been making fake accounts pretending to be and stating false information. they are very unprofessional. i have tried to notify garland and brian sapp as well. they both keep getting on my complaints pretending to be me with a fake account and trying to cover up everything thats going on. the district managers should find out whats going on at this location and start terminating and demoting, as we have already taken legal actions. thank you!

Store manager marie at pizza hut 1032 s Oliver Wichita ks and a delivery driver named kelly were both supposed to be "working" but yet they have been leaving comments on my threads harassing me simply because i am exposing the madness going on at this location and trying to get corporate involved concerning issues at this store, such as them both stealing, and discriminating against black workers. They claim to be good professional WORKERS and claim they do their jobs right, but they have been so worried about me reporting them to corporate and this website. please watch them carefully. thank you! they keep commenting on all my threads both MARIE AND KELLY, thats very unprofessional. prime example of why they both should be terminated.

Okay I admit it was me that was stealing and I was fired for it. But I have a reason. I am a single parent. I falsely accused them of stealing and they fired me. But it is discrimination because they fired me because I am black. My white coworker can come into work late and still has a job. I explained to them my financial situation and they fired me anyway. They said that they would have helped me if I explained the situation. But because I was black Mary talked down to me as if I was a child and gave me a lecture about stealing.

These people are heartless and uncaring about my situation. The truth is that neither Kelly Delman nor Mary Hudson were the ones that were stealing. It was I who was stealing from the register as well as food and drinks. I am a single mother of three. I was desperate. Kelly Delman saw me do this and though I begged her not to she reported me to Mary Hudson who fired me. Not only that but Mary Hudson lectured me like I am a child even though she is two years younger than I about stealing and fired me. She lied to me. She said that if I had come to them with my home situation they would she would have helped me by giving me left over ingredients This is a total lie because if this were true she would not have fired me.. Then I don't know who is the other whistle blower, but someone told Mary and Kelly Delman about my post on here and Mary Hudson is lying again. When she fired me she said that she would not press charges, now she is threatening to press charges if I don't confess to what really happened. How heartless can she be.She said that she can understand me stealing food. But what is not acceptable is me stealing money from the register which if she had half a brain she would know it was to buy other food for my children. I guess you don't need an education to be one of their managers.

I have a confession to make because unfortunately my former coworker ls being a big [censor]. She is threatening to take legal action unless I post the truth. Unfortunately it was me that stole food and drinks. It was me who used the manager's password to steal money. I have three children. I am a single mom and I am desperate and needed to feed them and make ends meet. Unfortunately Kelly Denman is the one that caught me stealing. I begged and pleaded her to report me. she reported me to Marie Hudson who fired me. They are both heatless individuals that ruined the life of a single mother. Maria Hudson is the manager that fired me. She did not understand my situation at all. She lectured me as if I was a child telling me that I made poor choices. THat she could understanding the stealing of the food and drinks but not the money. Duh how else am to pay for my groceries? Then she got angry at me when she found out that I wrote these lies about her and Kelly Delman. She said that she was being kind by not pressing charges but if I don't tell what really happens she may press charges. She even lied an said that if I had explained the situation they could have donated leftover ingredients which is obvious a total lie because if it were true they would not have fired me and threatened to press charges.

Pizza Hut pizza

On Sunday, November 5th around 5:13 pm I order a thin and crispy pizza (carryout). After ordering my pizza I went to pizza hut to pick it up. My order was $11.15. I paid the cashier and then she gave me my pizza. I opened it up to find a pizza i did not order. When I told them i order a thin and crispy pizza and it said it on my receipt their response was, "OH WE DON'T HAVE THIN & CRISPY). So they were going to intentionally pass off a pizza i didn't order knowing they didn't have what i order. Why would they make it or just call and say we don't have thin & crispy today. Needless to say i was very upset at how it was handle and they had no care in the world. Is this how you do your customer this was an intent to deceive and fraudulent. Just to make a sell pizza hut is willing to deceive their customers. WOW! The Store was located at 11114 Flatlands Ave Brooklyn, NY 11207 Phone number [protected].

Pizza Hut food and crew

This order was absolutely terrible on 11/2/2017... And manager was rude and i got jipped out of my order that was a remake an i waited a hour and 45 mins for 2 meduim pizzas. No breadsticks when my receipt said. 2 large 2 topping pizzas with breadsticks for 19 99. And the remake was worse then what i paid for

Pizza Hut service complaint

Worker from Pizza Hut name Carrie was very rude, disrespectful, mean, the way that she was acting was like she was under drugs or she was burn out the way she was talking it was to loud out of control very rude even she refused to give my order ( that was 2 large pizzas) which I wasted my time and gas money to pick the pizzas up I hope u guys fired her she very dangerous person tours the costumers, even she try to argue with my daughter, when that happened I just wish to punch her at her face but I control my self and I told my daughter let's go home we don't have to waste more time. With some one like if she still working there for sure she will going to cause some one in trouble cuz some people can't control their self .please do something :location North river by Holland Mi date happened 11-4-17 around 9:35 pm.

Pizza Hut medium pizza ordered online was thin crust

Placed online order for 2 medium pizza thin crust pepperoni and 1 order of bread sticks. Drove 20 plus minutes to pick up the order. Staff said order was complete. After driving 20 plus minutes back home. Open up top box was bread sticks. The bread sticks were over cooked. So proceed to open up the medium pepperoni pizza amd it was THICK crust. The online order was for THIN crust. No receipt was get upon check out. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH SERVICE

Pizza Hut i'm complaining about discrimination.

The store manager by the name of Marie @ Pizza hut 1032 s Oliver st Wichita Ks had been discriminating against her workers. She has wrongfully terminated a number of black workers works without warning. She has shown favoritism between workers every since she become a manager at this location. She had refused a number of times to give anyone the Regional managers phone number for important matter's. 3 workers are taking legal action due to this matter. She has shown a number of unprofessional characteristics, such as hanging up on customers, verbally abs using her workers, and cutting hours simply because she "doesn't like" the other person, and has terminated black workers for issues that other non black workers have done that go unmentioned.

Pizza Hut my order

Last night which was nov 4 2017 I ordered 2 medium 2 topping pizza stuffed garlic knots boneless chicken n cinnamon sticks... The chicken was fine however my cinnamon sticks had a garlic taste to it considering they put it in the same box. My garlic knots were supposed to be stuffed but nothing was in them although they tasted very good w garlic. My pizzas were very doughy not good at all...

Pizza Hut over charging

I ordered 2 medium pizza she did not give me the special price which is order two or more and get them for 699 each i called back and she told me I had to tell her to give me the special price I had never had to before she charged me full price for the pizza not very happy at all not going to order from that store again. Why should I tell her how to do her job many better training would help these people do there job right.

Pizza Hut delivery

Don't order from 411 E Royal Ln, Irving, TX 75039.
Pizza arrived 1 hour late and was cold. There was no dipping sauce for my bread sticks. Then I called and waited for a manager; eventually someone picked up the phone and did not speak and hung up on me. I called again and waited over 15 minutes and again someone picked up and I said Hello but they said mothing then hung up on me. Worst experience EVER. I will never order from Pizza Hut again! TERRIBLE AWFUL UNPROFESSIONAL!

Don't ever order at the Pizza Hut on 10060 Dumfries Rd in Manassas VA. I just experienced the work customer service there ever. They made a mistake and would not rectify then they had the nerve to tell me to call corporate and when I asked for the number the "Manager" claims he didn't know it. When I asked his name he said it was "Carmen". I called back and spoke to Vanessa and she said she didn't know it either. They kept hanging up on me then this "Carmen" character gave me a bogus number to call corporate and hung up on me again. He said there's was NOTHING he could do for me. He even refused to refund me after I cancelled the order. Rest assure...Corporate will be informed of this horrible customer service.

Liliana, "Carmen", and Vanessa need to be fired ASAP!

Pizza Hut customer service

I wanted to order the special of 1 large 2 toppings. When doing it online it gave me a total of 13.99, i called into the store where i always place my order at and the girl that answered the phone had an attitude from the time she picked up the phone. I explained to her what i was trying to do she cuts me off by saying there is a max of 10.00 its a new policy online I said where exactly does it say that online she hung up on me, i called back twice back to back and the call was put on hold bith times.

Pizza Hut customer service

I called pizza hut customer service line yesterday (11/3/17) around 930 pm to place an order for a large 2 topping pizza at the reg. Price, cheese sticks and cinnamon sticks because I received a 10$ coupon for completing a survey for a prior order I had did. I had spoke to 1 rep. I had received a call on my other end, I asked the rep to hold for 30 seconds. She disconnected the call. I called right back, spoke to a 2nd rep. I was placing my order as I was driving. The rep had advised me the store I was ordering from had ran out of products. I asked her what product had they ran out of. She placed me on hold for about 2 minutes. She came back and said they are out of the triple deal and medium hand tossed. I said ok. Im ordering a large 2 topping, cheese sticks and cinnamon sticks. I asked how long the wait was, she said 25 mins. I said ok. I would like to use this coupon I had gotten for completing a survey. She said nope, I cant submit the coupon because you have to do it online. I said im driving at the moment, I would really appreciate if you could do it as a courtesy. She said nope. No apology, no empathy. I said wow, please get me to a supervisor. I spoke with james. I advised him I had made two calls to place an order over the phone because I was driving at the moment. He apologized. Then, I advised him of what I wanted to order. He said they would not have been able to place the order for you anyway because the store closed at 839pm due to running out if products. I stated, I had to make 2 calls to them and a simple 2 min call turned into 15 mins, all for nothing. Had one of the prior reps advised me the store was closed, I would not be submitting this form but because 15 mins of my life was wasted while I was driving. I felt it unfair & wrong. That is not the way a loyal customer is supposed to be treated at all.

While they should have informed you that they could no longer take orders sooner, they may have truly been unable to enter the coupon. Some coupons are online only and the stores do not have the capability to enter them properly over the phone.
