bad service etc

i was very upset by the whole experince. on sat 25th october we took my grandson sister their mum two aunts and two cousins to pizza hut dartford for a special 5th birthday treat.we ordered drinks and food four times it took by several members of staff to get the drinks right they kept bringing the wrong one excuse being sorry but he is new hear. the pizza we ordered arrived but the meal deal arrived different to what was shown on menu when this was pointed out a rude manageress said you should have looked at the small print as our menus change even though when ordered my daughter pointed to the one she wanted to the waiter and he never said a word.after about a fifteen minute time period a waiter came over to say the pasta we ordered was all gone would we like to reselect which we did after a further long wait as everbody else had near enough finished a waitress came over an apologised for th delay and asked if we would like to select from the salad cart to which we declined as most of our nine strong party had finished eventually the pasta arrived on asking for refills for drinks three different staff had to be remindedbefore you got anywhere all in all what should have been a joyous occasion turned into a nightmare. to top it all once again as every time i have used this pizzahut the icecream factory machine was not working.I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR YOUR VIEWS ON THIS DISASTRIOUS OCCASION.please reply to Mrs J C Ducie 32 Ward Way Bexhill-onSea East Sussex TN39 4HL I spent nearly 60 pounds to be treated in this way will not win my business again most distressing day out look forward to hearing from you soon with your comments.a very unhappy grandmother.


Just had an extremely disappointing visit to pizza hut. On my previous visit to the same restaurant some friends were treated with racist discrimination by one of the staff before we arrived. Did not pursue my complaint at the time. Tonight the starter arrived after 30 minutes together with the pizza! There were 8 other customers! Minimum cheese on pizza. Was supposed to be a supreme. Nothing supreme about it! Very much doubt if the cola served was actually Pepsi as advertised. Won't ruin another evening eating at pizza hut.

    How Pathetic the service over the phone, the lady who I didn't get her name, I can tell you she was working Tuesday, August 12, 2008 time 5;30 pm location Kenner LA Chateau Estates, no Delivery because of a little rain, give me a break! I won't be calling pizza hut again Papa Johns had no problem over a little rain what kind of business you all running, you need to hire people who want to work!!!

    I went to pizza hut for a meal with my mum and a friend of mine. I got a table straight as it was not that busy. We sat down and chose what we wanted to eat and then ordered. The waitress took our order which got a bit confusing at first but then I repeated the order at the end.

    1 meal for one – Garlic bread and a small vegetarian hot one NO CHEESES which we said three times and made very clear the waitress seemed to understand this.

    1 medium vegetarian hot one

    Drinks: 2 tap waters 1 J2o

    We waited 20 minuets got our food we were very hungry, we didn’t get what we asked for. Instead we got:

    Plate of garlic bread which if I may add was cold

    2 Small vegetarian hot one both WITH CHEESE

    We made a complaint and told them that we were hungry and had already waited 20mins. They said that was what we order, when I tried to tell them that was not our order they told me I was wrong. They kept on telling us that we were wrong. We asked to speak to the manager and the waitress and the gentleman that was there with here ‘claimed’ to be the manager after telling us we was wrong several times we told to bring our correct/ new order they will make them again in 5mins. We told them we do not want to pay for a meal or we want a discount they said they can’t do that even though they got the order wrong. How can you get such a simple order wrong?

    We got our meal which was correct, we enjoyed our meal as we always do, but not one person came to us to ask us if our meal was ok as they normally should do in ALL restaurants. We finished our meal and went to pay expecting a discount for two orders they got wrong. In the end we went to pay out bill and we told the so called manager that we was not happy at all. When we asked him why not one person came to us to ask us how our meal was he said he did send someone. He practically said we were lying. There were only three staff members two of them we already had an argument with and the third on only sat us to our table and took our plates that are the only time we had someone attended to us. He then got very sarcastic with us and was talking down to us.

    The staff were very rude and scruffy not one staff member was were a name badge the manager was leaning over the counter and talking to us. The body language came across as if he did not care about what we had to say and he was not bothered.

    I don’t know what kind of staff Pizza Hut as a big company employ but that is not the kind of staff I would ever hire. I worked in retail as well before and the same rules apply such as name badge should be worn at all time, neat and tidy NEVER lean across the till area or the counter and always make customers feel welcome. In this case none of this happened. We never got an apology at all not from any staff member or the so called ‘manager’ I hope something will be done about this. I will never go to that pizza hut again an I will make sure none of my family or friend ever do go there because I do not what the to be treated in the same way as we was.

    Yesterday i went to the new pizza hut at alor star here to have my breakfast with my friend. no one great us, no one came to me to give the menu. then lastly i have called a waiter. his name AZAM. he came and gv us the menu. after half and hour only i get the menu. that guy ome and gv me the menu. after that no one come and get the order at my table. so i fed up with ur staf on that day so i just get out from the pizza hut. one thing pls make a note that yesterday is the first and last that i went to pizza hut. why ur staf very slow and lazy to done their job. what kind of bisness that u having. we not came to ur company to eat FOC. we gv u service charge. bleddy fool bisness that u having. that guy not metched to be ur staf. i realy hate this new pizza hut. good bye forever.     They are suppose to welcome you to Pizza Hut, and they are suppose to wear the uniform that is to be worn at Pizza Hut, name badge, black pants, black shoes, Pizza Hut hats, and Pizza Hut work shirts. If the employees does not wear their uniforms they could've been fired or Pizza Hut could've been shut down, if the inspector came in to the store and seen it for their self. Pizza Hut is not what it's suppose to be anymore. I know cause i had worked at a Pizza Hut in Indiana.

    Couldn't get answer on the phone and when I did they put me on hold and didn't come back. I decided to go by
    actual location and stood at the front and waited to place an order and nobody would acknowledge me. So I left and went to the Dairy Queen where I was greeted
    very enthusiastically and warmly. Service was great!
    Someone needs to check management at some of their
    Pizza Huts. This would never have happened if someone else had been in charge. Old management who were ousted were great and this is what happens when the right people are no longer there. I have been in management and customer service and this was awful!

    They have the most unprofessional employees at night.This store hires anyone with no common sense.These young people that works there want a job but care less about doing it.Even the male manager there thinks if your isn't right then its your fault for placing that order. The delivery service there is so mess up, they will cancel your order if the driver can't locate your house in the neighborhood. Ask this question, why no map, gps, phone or hire people with some knowledge of where they will be working. Please if you just got to have Pizza Hut, try one the other side of town. The store service represent its employees

    i ordered pizza from pizza hut kemaman on 29/3/12. i ordered online, and paid with my visa. after 2 hours, got a called saying they r only going to send then, which was already at 11pm (ordered at 9pm), at 11:30 no sign of it, so i called. the manager said she thought my order has arrived. then called again saying they couldnt find the house (which was supposed to be sorted out earlier). i cancelled, and asked for refund but apparently manager was ?slow. offered to deliver my pizza THE NEXT DAY!!! and didnt understand wht a refund is. - very pissed

rude & unacceptable behaviour of staff member

On 9/oct/08, we being 2 youth workers from bristol city council, took a group of 12 year 9 bme students from fairfield high school for a day trip to a go karting activity in newport. Over the past 3 years we have visited the pizza hut on numerous occassions for meals. On 9/10/08, we encountered an experience that both the staff & young people felt was unacceptable behaviour from a member of the staff team, citing himself as the manager.
A member of the staffing, taking orders, asked us, when ordering our pizzas, "how old are the young people?". At this point, she informed us that if they are 12 or under, they can purchase the children buffet. To which I replied, as far as I am aware they are year 9 students as from september 08. To my knowledge most of the students ages were around 12/13. The woman taking the order proceeded to order childrens buffet. To my, & other guests surprise, this man in a very abnoxious manner told me that these black students "looks 15 to 16 years old". At this point I challenged his opinion & told him the facts about the young people, which he did not accept & to my surprise told us to leave the premises. We refused & I told him to charge the group adult rates & I will be making a formal complaint to you. We want an apology, particularary for the young people, who felt the treatment was grossly unfair. We have informed our respective authouities namely, bristol city council & the education authorities about the issues. Until further notice we will not be using pizza hut again.

I had been ordering pizzahut from the Klang, branch nearby Ocean. Suprisingly when I ask the waiter remember to give me some tomato packets, she said no tomato saurce provided here. Only Cili sauce will have. Wah!!!, I taught something wrong with my ears, what so of services they provide!!!. At least, if you said temporary out of order, I still can accept, but no totally did not provide. Customers Services Division, please do something to meet your customer's needs. Thank you.

iwas treated very badly

I order a pizza today from one of your stores here in odessa. Texas 10/17/2008 the store # is 013237 the young lady that took the order was ana my batch # 632 invoice #39. After getting my order getting ready to feed the kids I find out that they had sent the worng pizza, so I call them and for 25mins. I let the phone ring I finally got some one after my third try to call the store cause someone was picking up the phone an hanging it up, I let the young lady know that my order was not right she told me she had to talk to her boss I was put on hold for one hour, got on my cell phone to call them agin and I asked to speak to a superivor and I was told she was not coming to the phone. Before this I told them my kids were hungry and ready to eat this ment nothing to them and as of 10:28 p. M no one has tried to slove the worng pizza. There was no trouble in taking my credit card. My kids went to bed on peanutbutter sandwiches yes I feel wornged I even told them the kids cannot eat the other pizza cause it was sausage and they could have it back. They are very rude and I will stop payment on this order we dont have $41.64 to waste. Thank you jacqueline burditt

credit card order

I placed an online order from Pizza and received a confirmation email. Once the pizza arrived, I followed the instructions from the site and showed my credit card to the delivery driver and tipped him. No sooner than I opened the box and was impressed at how delicious the order looked; his manager informed him that I had to submit my credit card information once again. I refused to re-submit my credit card information because I have been a victim of identity theft and didn't want to fall prey to fraudulent charges. For some insane reason Pizza Hut would rather me give the information again which would allow me to be charged twice eventually. Nevertheless, I sent the pizza back and logged onto my laptop in attempt to seek justice!

we got a pretty big order it was the game pack 2 mediums and hotwings 2liter pepsi and a stuff crust pepperoni, well the pepperonis were burnt and only HALF the pizza had cheese all three this was a rip off im pry never going there again i was NOT happy or on the other hand if i ever do go i will check the order BEFORE i even leave the store that was bad.

    We were spending the winter in South Texas and were celebrating our 52nd anniversary so thinking Pizza Hut would be a good choice, we ordered 3 large supreme pizzas to go as we were having a party at our place and it was the worst pizza I have ever eaten and we were so embarrased. There was just literally NO toppings and very little cheese, I could have served frozen pizza and it would have been better and a whole lot cheaper. I hope this message gets to someone who cares about your customers.

    Beggars can't be choosers. If you are buying Pizza Hut pizzas, you obviously don't have the money for a real gathering. If the ocassion meant anything to you, why would you choose fast food pizza? You got what you paid for.

    I order a pizza at 9:22 pm and it was going to be ready in 15 min. when I picked it up it looked like they were in an extra hurry and didn't care how my pizza came out and the pizza taste like just a piece of bread without cheese, pepperoni and sauce. I had never tasted a pizza that bad before. It really looked like and tasted just like bread without anything else.

    my husband & i went to pizza hut, had a large pepperoni & mushrooms the put one klob of pepperoni on it we saw some between the cheese & tomato souce & the cheese, it was verry bad hardly any cheese, I complaint
    the guy sad this is how we do it here we will never go there again.
    maybe somboddy could talk to them.

poor customer service & wrong order multiple times

The crossgates location made the same wrong order twice in 3 days. When I called the call center to report the incorrect order, I complained that this problem happened twice within three days and I was frustrated. The service rep was non caring and told me that I should have checked my order. I asked for his supervisor and was transferred to another non caring person that seemed to be aggravated about having to deal with a customer complaint. He also told me it was my responsibility to check orders not the restuarant. He was very short with his responses and when I asked for his name he said "Jason" I asked for last name and he stated that all I needed to know was that he was the manager of the call center and his name was Jason. I went back to the Crossgates location and asked for a refund and the manager on duty, Sylvia, was also not friendly but seemed to be inconvenienced to have to even service me.
When do people get to have jobs in the customer service and treat people with no respect. I may only be one person but I hold a high position at a local bank that spends thousands with Pizza Hut each year. After tomorrow Pizza Hut will no longer be used by our bank for any catering dinners or luncheons and I will tell everyone I talk to about the poor service Pizza Hut managers give to their customers.

cheap manager

Service quality and food stuff is very poor at faisalabad pizza hut all because of his manager. Who is very cheap & rood, he is promoted from waiter to manager, so he don't even know how to deal with customers. I could not remember his name exactly but I think mr. Zahid. When I told him that I complaint u, he refused to give me receipt & emp. No, and said go and do whatever u want to do nobody

    I live in st Paul's and decided to place an order from home so when I got to lumberton it would be ready. Called and was put on hold so I decided to start driving anyway. Never did anyone come back to the phone to take my order. When I walked in pizza hut still on the phone, there was no big line like I imagined! Just two customers in line to pay and two families sitting down. I let the manager know how long I had been on the phone and she just says "oh sorry" Something really needs to be done about the slow response to calls as well as the nonchalant attitude of the employees. This is the reason why I suspect the revenue is down!

professionalism/courtesy to customer

I visited Pizza Hut in Columbia, MS on August 25, 2008 and place a simple order, "personal pan cheese and personal pan supreme." Well the order was completely wrong even after having them repeat the order to me before hanging up. The assistant manager, Tina would not even come talk to me about the order, instead she had another co-worker talk to me. I told her that I did not want the order because it was wrong that I wanted a refund. Well the asst manager allowed her to refund me for the pepperoni, which I never even asked for, as for the supreme, no refund. The asst manager said it was what I asked for. Well, you tell me, do two pieces of bell pepper on one slice of the pizza, one mushroom, and maybe three or four pieces of sausage constitutes as a supreme pizza? I think not. On top of that she, the asst manager, had the nerve to have an attitude. This is not the first, second or third time I've ordered with Ms Tina being on duty and this is happened. Number one, no matter what the situation, she should always remain professional. And, where is it written that if the customer is not satisfied that they have to take the product?

    I have a complaint of my own, with out going into all the story, let me say that the pizza hut in Ridgecrest calif. is by far the worst managed most illmannered i have ever encountered. It makes me sick how our "hospitality" business 's have been let to treat people like we are'nt paying them.
    as if they are just doing people a favor with the half ### ed service. I am done with pizza hut, ampm, taco bell walmart, just to name a few. If people would stop going where customers are not appreciated then maybe they'd miss our $'s?

    Mesa AZ pizza hut on broadway and gilbert.Worst pizza ive ever had, terrible sauce, mediocre crust, very little cheese.Low grade crap with a bad after taste ! I ate 3 slices and threw the three pizzas away.I wont ever buy pizza hut ever again.

unreasonable manageress

Visiting from England, I went to Pizza Hut Express at The Gyle Shopping Centre in Edinburgh to buy lunch for my 2 children age 6 and 2.
I inadvertantly ordered 2 mini Marguerita's and 1 water before realising they had a meal deal for kids of Mini Marguerita, Juice, fries and desert for much less than I had just paid. I instantly apologised to the server and asked if I could change my mind to 2 kids meal deals. She called the Manageress who basically said it was my tough luck as I had ordered and paid. I perevered as I had only ordered seconds before but she was adamant that it was my problem and I would not be able to get the meal deal and there was "nothing she could do".
I think this is terrible customer service and won't be going again.


La Raza Pizza is the worst excuse for a franchise I have ever seen. You would think that for all the people working to make the owner his millions of dollars, he would pay better. NO WAY!!! And what is the deal with continually raising the delivery charge, oh wait "convienience fee", but not upping the rate that the driver is reimbursed. Everytime these wankers do this, tips go down. But as long as he has his big mansion, what is the harm right? [censored].

horrible service/experience

My brother and sister-in-law live in East County San Diego and recently welcomed home their first baby. I live in Los Angeles and wasn’t going to be able to drive down to deliver a meal to the new family, so I decided to call their local Pizza Hut to schedule a Saturday meal delivery.
Kevin, the Pizza Hut employee, was very helpful. He kept putting my on hold to speak with his supervisor to see how they could accommodate me. They would take my order over the phone, but I would have to fax them a copy of my license and credit card. No problem, I thought. It was just after 11am when I placed my order and I requested a 5pm delivery. I faxed in my license and credit card, and then followed up with another phone call to the Pizza Hut to confirm receipt of the fax. The employee said he had it in his hands. Great!
Well, when dinner was delivered, the driver asked to see the credit card. Obviously my brother-in-law wouldn’t have my credit card. The driver then requested payment in another form! Not knowing what else to do, and not wanting to argue with a delivery driver, the new parents paid for the meal. Pizza Hut received two payments for one meal.
Later that evening, my sister-in-law called and told me what had transpired. I immediately called Pizza Hut and spoke to the shift supervisor, Susana. She said she didn’t know what was going on and told me that she was going to call her boss, Kimberly, and call me back. After an hour and no return phone call, I called Pizza Hut again. Susana informed me that it was a driver error—he was unaware of the arrangement. She apologized and said that my brother-in-law can come to the store for a refund. I asked if one of her drivers could take the refund to the house and she said no because three of her drivers had called in sick and that she was “screwed”. It was already 9pm and my brother-in-law was home with his wife and baby; making a special trip out to Pizza Hut was not something he wanted to do, nor was it something he should have had to do. I told Susana that he would come in the morning for his refund. Susana assured me that it wasn’t going to be a problem and that she would leave a note for her opening manager.
The following morning, my brother-in-law went to the Pizza Hut for his refund and was told that the purchase on my credit card had been voided and they no longer had my credit card number to charge me in order to refund him. Kimberly, the manager/franchise owner showed him the computer screen displaying a voided transaction. Kimberly also stated that she didn’t receive the fax of my ID and credit card until that morning. A total lie! I called to confirm transmission of it!
My question: Why was the refund available Saturday night but not Sunday morning?
I called Pizza Hut…again…and, of course, Kimberly was not it. I wanted to know why my card was voided and my brother charged. The shift supervisor knew nothing of the situation and there was nothing he could do to help me. I asked him to call Kimberly and to have her call me. After about an hour, I called Pizza Hut…again…and asked if Kimberly had any intention of calling me. He said no because she is off and with her family.
The following day, Monday, I called Pizza Hut…again…and spoke with yet another shift supervisor who couldn’t help. He told me to call back at 4pm when Kimberly was in.
My next call was to Pizza Hut corporate offices to file a complaint.
At around 4pm on Monday, I called Pizza Hut…again…and finally spoke to Kimberly. She stated that it’s company policy to confirm credit card orders upon delivery and that she personally voided the transaction on my card. She went on to state the whole situation was a lack of communication and apologized. My bank account still reflects a charge and no void, so I asked her to fax me a voided receipt and she stated that she couldn’t. I asked her why she stated that she didn’t receive the fax until Sunday morning. She said she didn’t say that to my brother-in-law. So now, on top of not returning any of my calls (more lack of communication on her part, so it’s no wonder that her shift supervisors can’t communicate either), Kimberly was now lying to me. She said she didn’t know what was going on between her shift managers because she was off. Her shift managers where calling her! I told Kimberly to stop claiming ignorance because I know that her shift leaders were calling her. Another lie. Never once did she Kimberly ask what she could do to rectify this situation—no offer of a refund, no offer of a certificate for a free pizza, nothing! All I wanted was confirmation that my family was not double charged and I wanted to know how such a simple transaction went so horribly wrong. I wanted to pay for the meal and I wanted driver to deliver a refund to my in-laws and apologize. Kimberly’s refusal to communicate and her refusal to accept responsibility were infuriating.
You know what she did do? She hung up on me! That’s right. Was I getting loud? Yes. Obscene or threatening? No. Nothing that warranted a hang up.
I called Pizza Hut…again…and she was “busy.” I was told to call her boss, Michael. I would have done just that, but I couldn’t because I was given a bogus number for her boss. I called Pizza Hut…again…to obtain the correct number. I called and spoke with Michael. How odd, he was able to fax me a copy of the computer printout showing the void on my credit card. Any other peace offerings? No, of course not.
Sadly, the franchise owners and their employees represent the Pizza Hut name. Kimberly was the rudest, the most inconsiderate, and the least effective communicator I have ever encountered in the fast food industry. And I used to work in the industry! Given my knowledge of, and experience with, the service industry’s handling of customer complaints, I know no disciplinary measures will be taken against Kimberly and my only recourse is to NEVER again patronize a Pizza Hut. I will have my family follow suit and I will encourage all of my friends to do the same and to spread the word—Boycott Pizza Hut. My in-laws and their family and friends will do the same, and, hopefully, we can have some negative impact on the Pizza Hut location on Jamacha Road in El Cajon.
I also find it personally offensive that Kimberly wouldn’t take the time to call me back because she was home with her family, but she showed no remorse for ruining what should have been a very nice family experience for her customers. Kimberly’s inconsideration and lack of professionalism were insulting, and I plan to obtain compensation (since I was not offered any) and satisfaction by sharing my experience in writing, by word of mouth and online in hopes that Kimberly’s franchise will suffer some financial loss.
I am in the San Diego area often and I am entertaining the idea of standing in that Pizza Hut’s parking lot, passing out flyers, encouraging possible patrons to eat elsewhere.
This experience has left me wondering:
Couldn’t all of this have been avoided with a PAID sticker on the order?
Why can I order flowers and have them delivered as a gift? Why can order gifts online and have them shipped elsewhere? Recipients don’t have to show credit cards. UPS just drops the package off. Why can’t I order a meal as a gift? Maybe Pizza Hut can be a pioneer in the food delivery industry in promoting, “Give the Gift of Food”

    i called and placed a order for 4 pizzas and wings deep dish when i got there my pizzas was not ready they told me thirty min and when i got there i had to wait 30 more minutes for my order and when i finally got my order it was not correct it was not deep dish and they did not have my pizza toppings correct they where very rude to me and they told me if i wanted them corrected it would be longer so i said dont worry about it they told me they would put acredit towards all my large pizzas when icalled back two weeks later there where no credits there was a bunddle of lies i was very pissed of and i have not ate pizza hut again since

    I've had horrible service with Pizza Hut, as well. My first bad experience was about a year ago. Me and my fiance decided to stop and grab a pizza before renting some movies. When we arrived, there were about 4 customers. We waited to be seated for about 20 minutes. During this time we almost got up and left at least five times. We decided to stay because we both worked in fast food at the time and understood how frustrating it could be.
    Our waitress finally seated us at a booth and took our drink orders. It took her another twenty minutes to bring us our drinks. Why? Because she was carrying on a conversation with her manager about how her boyfriend who was "not gonna talk to her child like that". At this time, several of the booths around us filled up with people. After we got our drinks, the waitress walked off without taking our order!!! We had our menus closed for quite sometime now. We had now been in Pizza Hut for almost an hour and not even ordered yet. Some of the people who had been in there less time than us had already left.
    We finally ordered: One Large Stuffed crust Pepperoni Pizza with extra cheese. How long did we wait on this pizza? One hour and forty five minutes. Ridiculous. The total came out to be almost 30 dollars. We did not leave a tip, and made a complaint to the manager as we left. What did she say? They were very busy, and we could have left whenever we wanted, so it must not have been so bad.

    Needless to say, we didn't eat at Pizza Hut again for a long time. The other night, however, my brother was over and we wanted to order a pizza so I wouldn't have to cook. The only pizza place he's ever really eaten at is Pizza Hut, so we decided to give it one more try. We ordered our pizza online because we kept getting put on hold over the phone. Everything seemed to go smoothly and we paid with our debit card online. Pizza Hut sent me confirmation of my order and payment.
    We waited an hour, practically starving the whole time. When we called, they told us that we didn't put the apartment number on our order. I checked the confirmation e-mail, and there was an apartment number!! They also claimed that the number we provided did not work. I asked them to repeat the number to me, and it was my cell number. My cell had been sitting right beside me the whole time.
    They told us that they would take care of it, and another 45 minutes later, we received our pizza: cold. When the pizza delivery boy gave us our pizza, he told us that we still owed for it. I was very confused, so I showed him the confirmation e-mail as well as an online bank statement that showed the money being taken out of my account. He then preceded to pull out the receipt of my payment and told me I just needed to sign it. When I asked him why he thought I hadn't paid when he had the receipt in his hand, he responded by saying that he 'forgot' he had the receipt. I'm not sure how stupid he thought I was, but we called the Pizza Hut back who told us we should speak to manager. They put us on hold, then after about five minutes, hung up.

    That is the last time I will ever deal with Pizza Hut. Ever.

irresponsible and least bothered staff attitude

This complaint is for the Pizza Hut delivery service and the staff who take order on phone. Today when i order they took 2 and half hour and in this duration i called them 4 times, the first guy told me that your order will be delivered in half an hour, second time when I called after an hour to ask about my order then other guy told me that your order has dispatched and you will get in a while; but it never comes...!!! After half an hour i called again then there was some female she was like that we don’t have any order with your name and from this number, i said i am calling from the same number and last time when I called the person told me that your order has dispatched then how can you say that you don’t have order with my name. Then she was like "oh yes i got the information an will let you know in a while and asked me for my cell number that I gave her, then i was waiting, waiting and waiting...! Then again i called and said that I want to cancel my order because now it more than 2 and half hours, the female asked me to hold on and said "I will let you know in a while" after 3minutes she told me that we don’t have order with your name... hm!

I have been a customer of this Pizza Hut for many, many years. But no more! When you call for delivery it will be an hour or more...staff is least bothered whether order has delivered or not, and nobody is responsible for it.
