I don't recommend the new pick and Pay ASAP app. Today I spent my last R1300 to buy groceries on the app. Money was debited on my account my order was no completed. I did not get order number When I called the call centre they told me they can only refund me after 5 to 7 days. I asked if they can credit it in my smart shopper card so I can proceed. Initially I didn't want a refund just the groceries I ordered. Now I have no money and no groceries I don't know what to do. I spent R60 on the call with.I have have 2 kids to feed I don't know what to do. Ref no [protected]

Recommendation: NEVER USE BEW ASAP APP
