Pick n Pay review: Customer complain

Good day here is Muremi Hulisani from Limpopo Makhado Louis Trichardt. I'm a Spoke Person of Zone 4 Crime Watch under All Police Station at Nzhelele again I'm a one of the Big Community Leader at Vhulaudzi Village a Chief Admin of Vhulaudzi Original Crime Prevention.

Here i have complain with Makhado Crossing Pick n Pay. I went there today where the security Guard command me to drop Laptop at Parcel counter. I put it because she was rude on me after i asked the security guard if the laptop is prohibited... She fail to answer my question.

I called the manager called Mudzunga shr come with high attitude and tendency to defend the security. I asked her if the have procedures to instruct customers to drop off Laptop's at parcel counter. But she also fail to maintain my questions.

I feel bothered by the management failing to solve the issue and all she do is bringing the pride, attention and defending her team. I'm giving her few day's to solve this before i contact customer consumer rights and sharing my stories on social media... From Facebook, X page and Instagram etc
